Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于隔离变换电路的原边控制电路,使用了本发明的电路后,隔离变换电路无需辅助绕组提供反馈信号,其反馈电路耦接在变压器的原边绕组,其控制电路基于反馈信号和流过主开关的电流信号来提供开关信号,用以控制主开关的导通和断开,进而控制隔离变换电路的输出。基于本发明的隔离变换电路及其方法无需辅助绕组,通过原边反馈实现对输出端的控制,从而简化***电路。

一种用于隔离变换电路的原边控制电路
技术领域
本发明涉及一种直流直流隔离变换装置,特别涉及一种使用原边控制技术的隔离变换电路。
背景技术
离线式电源最明显的特点是含有隔离变压器,隔离变压器使得离线式电源的输入和输出隔离,因此若需要控制离线式电源的输出就需要一种能够跨越隔离变压器的反馈信号。通过光耦进行反馈,是一种常用的跨越隔离变压器的反馈方式。光耦的电流型反馈,使其具有精度高、反馈速度快等优点,但是光耦反馈也存在受温度影响大、光耦本身寿命短、抗干扰能力差等问题。原边反馈是另一种反馈方式,采用了磁反馈技术,请参考图1,是一种原边反馈控制方案,离线式电源反激变换器,包含一隔离变压器T,将反激变换器隔离分为原边和副边。电流采样电路使用采样电阻Rs1与变压器T的原边绕组Np串联,感测流过原边绕组Np的电流值IFB,根据变压器原边和副边电流的匝比关系间接感测出流过副边绕组Ns的电流值。原边控制电路通过与隔离变压器T相连的绕组Naux感测副边电压。原边控制电路将感测到的副边电压经过一分压电路形成反馈电压VFB,以供原边控制电路22使用。采用原边反馈控制的优点是省去了光耦,但是其仍然需要一辅助绕组间接的感测副边绕组的电压。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,是针对前述背景技术中的缺陷和不足,提供一种电路,该电路无需辅助绕组,在变压器原边反馈隔离变换电路的输出电压,来实现对输出端的控制,从而使***电路结构简单化。本发明为解决以上技术问题,所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于隔离变换电路的原边控制电路,包括:
隔离变压器,所述隔离变压器包括原边绕组和副边绕组,所述原边绕组接收输入信号;
开关,与所述原边绕组耦接;
电流采样电路,采样所述原边绕组中的电流;
电压采样电路,采样所述原边绕组的输入电压
控制单元,接受所述电流采样电路和所述电压采样电路的输出信号,为所述开关提供开关信号,用以控制所述开关的导通和断开
根据本发明的实施例,所述电流采样电路为一采样电阻,所述采样电阻与所述原边绕组串联。
根据本发明的实施例,所述电压采样电路为一由两个电阻串联构成的分压电路,所述分压电路与所述原边绕组并联。
根据本发明的实施例,所述控制单元为一RS逻辑运算器。

具体实施方式
下面将详细描述本发明的具体实施例。应当注意,这里描述的实施例只用于举例说明,并不用于限制本发明。基于规范描述和方便阅读的考虑,定义本发明专利申请文件中出现的隔离变换电路,所述隔离变换电路是指使用隔离变压器的变换器。需要说明的是,上述术语仅作为指称其意指的名称之一,因此凡意指与其相同或近似的名称均应视为其等价物。
以下将结合附图,对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
如图2,为本发明的一具体实施例。隔离变换器为一反激变换器,包含一隔离变压器T,将反激变换器隔离分为原边和副边。电流采样电路使用采样电阻Rs1与变压器T的原边绕组Np串联,感测流过原边绕组Np的电流值IFB,并将感测到的电流值提供给一RS逻辑运算器的R端。原边控制电路通过电压采样电路感测隔离变压器的输入电压。所述电压采样电路为一使用电阻R1和电阻R2进行串联构成的分压电路,所述分压的电路的一端和所述隔离变压器的输入正极连接,所述分压电路的另一端和所述隔离变压器的地连接,原边控制电路将感测到的原边边电压提供给一RS逻辑运算器的S端,所述RS逻辑运算器进行逻辑运算后其Q端为开关Q提供驱动信号。
需要特别说明的是,本文所举出的实施例仅为说明本发明的技术思想,并不能以此限定本发明的保护范围,凡是按照本发明提出的技术思想,在技术方案基础上所做的任何改动,均落入本发明保护范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于隔离变换电路的原边控制电路,包括:
隔离变压器,所述隔离变压器包括原边绕组和副边绕组,所述原边绕组接收输入信号;
开关,与所述原边绕组耦接;
电流采样电路,采样所述原边绕组中的电流;
电压采样电路,采样所述原边绕组的输入电压
控制单元,接受所述电流采样电路和所述电压采样电路的输出信号,为所述开关提供开关信号,用以控制所述开关的导通和断开。
2.如权利要求1所述一种用于隔离变换电路的原边控制电路,其特征在于所述电流采样电路为一采样电阻,所述采样电阻与所述原边绕组串联。
3.如权利要求1所述一种用于隔离变换电路的原边控制电路,其特征在于所述电压采样电路为一由两个电阻串联构成的分压电路,所述分压电路与所述原边绕组并联。
4.如权利要求1所述一种用于隔离变换电路的原边控制电路,其特征在于所述控制单元为一RS逻辑运算器。
