Abstract

本发明公开一种液晶显示装置的组装方法,包括将液晶面板与触摸板进行固定,形成触摸显示屏;检测所述触摸显示屏;经检测所述触摸显示屏无缺陷后,将所述触摸显示屏和背光单元进行固定,形成触摸显示背光模组屏;检测所述触摸显示背光模组屏。所述液晶显示装置的组装方法能降低背光单元浪费,提高良率。

液晶显示装置的组装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示装置的组装方法。
背景技术
目前,触摸液晶显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经广泛的应用于各种电子产品中,这些电子设备的边框越来越窄,亮度要求也越来越高,同时还要满足省电的要求。
一般情况下,一种触摸的背光模组显示屏,包括:一导光板、设置于所述导光板周围的胶框、灯源柔性电路板以及遮光胶带,所述灯源柔性电路板通过所述遮光胶带固定于所述导光板和胶框上,光学膜片也通过遮光双面胶带固定在胶框上,液晶显示屏则通过双面胶与背光单元四周固定,触摸板与液晶显示屏固定。
目前的生产工艺是先将液晶显示屏与背光单元进行固定,组成液晶背光模组,然后将触摸板与液晶背光模组固定,组成触摸液晶背光模组;然而,当发现固定触摸板后发现有缺陷(例如气泡、异物等显示缺陷)需要重工时,就要触摸板和液晶背光模组进行拆开,而且需要在超低温冷冻的环境和溶剂中拆开,这个过程就会损坏背光单元,造成极大的浪费。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种液晶显示装置的组装方法,能降低背光单元浪费,提高良率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式提供如下技术方案:
本发明供了一种液晶显示装置的组装方法,包括:将液晶面板与触摸板进行固定,形成触摸显示屏;检测所述触摸显示屏;经检测所述触摸显示屏无缺陷后,将所述触摸显示屏和背光单元进行固定,形成触摸显示背光模组屏;检测所述触摸显示背光模组屏。
其中,检测所述触摸显示屏时,将所述触摸显示屏放置于检测治具上,所述检测治具上设置一块通用背光单元,所述触摸显示屏放置于所述通用背光单元上。
其中,当检测所述触摸显示背光模组屏过程中发现缺陷时,将所述背光单元拆离所述触摸显示屏,重工所述背光单元。
其中,所述背光单元与所述触摸显示屏之间通过双面胶固定。
其中,所述液晶面板与所述触摸板之间通过光学胶固定。
其中,检测所述触摸显示屏过程中,检测所述液晶面板与所述触摸板之间的气泡或异物或亮线的缺陷。
本发明通过先将将液晶面板与触摸板进行固定,形成触摸显示屏,然后检测所述触摸显示屏,保证所述触摸显示屏无缺陷后,再组装背光单元,组装背光单元后,再经检测发现缺陷时,只需要将背光单元拆下,重工,拆下背光单元的过程简单易行,因为背光单元与触摸显示屏之间只通过双面胶固定,这样能够提高生产效率,且提高良率,降低成本。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本发明供了一种液晶显示装置的组装方法,请参阅图1,液晶显示装置的组装方法包括如下步骤:
将液晶面板与触摸板进行固定,形成触摸显示屏。具体而言,所述液晶面板与所述触摸板之间通过光学胶固定。液晶面板包括依次层叠设置的上偏光片、玻璃和下偏光片,所述触摸板通过光学胶粘贴固定在上偏光片的上方。
检测所述触摸显示屏。检测所述触摸显示屏时,将所述触摸显示屏放置于检测治具上,所述检测治具上设置一块通用背光单元,所述触摸显示屏放置于所述通用背光单元上。通用的背光单元的尺寸较大,可以配合不同尺寸的触摸显示屏使用,通用背光单元在检测治具中的作用是为触摸显示屏提供光源,以照亮的情况下,去检测触摸显示屏是否存在缺陷。检测所述触摸显示屏过程中,检测所述液晶面板与所述触摸板之间的气泡或异物或亮线的缺陷。
若经检测所述触摸显示屏存在缺陷时,需要将触摸板拆离液晶面板,这个过程需要在超低温冷冻的环境和溶剂中拆开,由于触摸显示屏还没有组装背光单元,即使在这个步骤重工,也不会有背光单元的损坏,因此,不但提升了生产效率,也节约了成本。
经检测所述触摸显示屏无缺陷后,将所述触摸显示屏和背光单元进行固定,形成触摸显示背光模组屏;所述背光单元与所述触摸显示屏之间通过双面胶固定。
检测所述触摸显示背光模组屏。当检测所述触摸显示背光模组屏过程中发现缺陷时,将所述背光单元拆离所述触摸显示屏,重工所述背光单元。由于背光单元与液晶显示屏之间通过双面胶固定,重工背光单元的过程非常简单,不需要特殊的环境和溶剂。
本发明通过先将将液晶面板与触摸板进行固定,形成触摸显示屏,然后检测所述触摸显示屏,保证所述触摸显示屏无缺陷后,再组装背光单元,组装背光单元后,再经检测发现缺陷时,只需要将背光单元拆下,重工,拆下背光单元的过程简单易行,因为背光单元与触摸显示屏之间只通过双面胶固定,这样能够提高生产效率,且提高良率,降低成本。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种液晶显示装置的组装方法,其特征在于,包括:
将液晶面板与触摸板进行固定,形成触摸显示屏;
检测所述触摸显示屏;
经检测所述触摸显示屏无缺陷后,将所述触摸显示屏和背光单元进行固定,形成触摸显示背光模组屏;
检测所述触摸显示背光模组屏。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置的组装方法,其特征在于,检测所述触摸显示屏时,将所述触摸显示屏放置于检测治具上,所述检测治具上设置一块通用背光单元,所述触摸显示屏放置于所述通用背光单元上。
3.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置的组装方法,其特征在于,当检测所述触摸显示背光模组屏过程中发现缺陷时,将所述背光单元拆离所述触摸显示屏,重工所述背光单元。
4.如权利要求3所述的液晶显示装置的组装方法,其特征在于,所述背光单元与所述触摸显示屏之间通过双面胶固定。
5.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置的组装方法,其特征在于,所述液晶面板与所述触摸板之间通过光学胶固定。
6.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置的组装方法,其特征在于,检测所述触摸显示屏过程中,检测所述液晶面板与所述触摸板之间的气泡或异物或亮线的缺陷。
