本发明公开了一种抗老化高强度塑料管,分为内外两层,原料按照重量份组成如下:管壁外层塑料管:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯20-25份、聚苯乙烯30-35份、活性炭10-15份、云母3-5份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.3-0.5份、改性淀粉胶3-5份、抗老化剂0.5-0.8份;内层玻璃纤维管:尼龙6612-15份、玻璃棉10-12份、无卤无碱玻纤15-18份、耐乙二醇处理剂0.8-1份、丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物2-3份、抗氧化剂0.6-0.8份。本发明得到的塑料管耐老化性、耐磨性等化学稳定性好,具有良好的抗冲击性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料材料领域,具体涉及一种抗老化高强度塑料管。
背景技术
塑料管种类很多,分为热塑性塑料管和热固性塑料管两大类。属于热塑性的有聚氯乙烯管,聚乙烯管,聚丙烯管、聚甲醛管等;属于热固性的有酚塑料管等。塑料管的主要优点是耐蚀性能好、质量轻、成型方便、加工容易、缺点是强度较低,耐热性差。
据大量水质监测数据表明:采用冷镀锌钢管后,一般使用寿命不到5年就锈蚀,铁腥味严重。随着人们生活水平、环保意识的提高以及对健康的关注,在给排水领域掀起了一场建材行业的绿色革命。塑料管材具有改善生活环境、使用寿命长、安装方便等特点,在管道工程界越来越受到重视,形成一种势不可当的发展趋势。
尼龙66 是聚酰胺树脂的熔点较高,具有很好的物理力学性能和耐老化性、耐磨性以及自润滑性,但是由于自身存在吸水率较高,可以长期吸收空气中的水分,从而导致物性变化,尤其是在长期持续高温高湿度的环境中,这个缺点已经变得无法接受了,必须得到大幅度改善。从合成树脂、塑料机械和塑料制品生产来看,中国塑料工业强劲的发展势头,现有的塑料管一般为单纯的塑料管,其强度比较低,而且这种塑料管在特定的条件下膨胀系数大、管道易软化和易变形,不易广泛应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗老化高强度塑料管,耐老化性、耐磨性等化学稳定性好,同时塑料管的强度和刚度等物理力学性能也比较稳定。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种抗老化高强度塑料管,分为内外两层,其特征在于,原料按照重量份组成如下:
管壁外层塑料管:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯20-25份、聚苯乙烯 30-35份、活性炭10-15份、云母3-5份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.3-0.5份、改性淀粉胶3-5份、抗老化剂0.5-0.8份;
内层玻璃纤维管:尼龙66 12-15份、玻璃棉10-12份、无卤无碱玻纤15-18份、耐乙二醇处理剂0.8-1份、丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物2-3份、抗氧化剂0.6-0.8份。
上述的内层玻璃纤维管的外侧均涂覆有胶层与外层塑料管紧密粘结为一体。
上述的抗氧化剂为烷基化二苯胺、二丁基羟基甲苯或二甲基甲酰胺中的一种。
上述的抗老化剂为单硬脂酸甘油酯、海藻酸钠、山梨糖醇按照1:1:5组成的混合物。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明得到的塑料管,外层采用了聚苯乙烯等材料,因而耐老化性、耐磨性等化学稳定性好,内层采用了强度较高的玻璃纤维等材料制成的,增强了塑料管的强度和刚度,提高了其高温承压性能,具有良好的抗冲击性能。

一种抗老化高强度塑料管,分为内外两层,其特征在于,原料按照重量份组成如下:管壁外层塑料管:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯20份、聚苯乙烯35份、活性炭10份、云母3份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.3份、改性淀粉胶3份、单硬脂酸甘油酯、海藻酸钠、山梨糖醇按照1:1:5组成的抗老化剂0.5份;内层玻璃纤维管:尼龙66 12份、玻璃棉12份、无卤无碱玻纤15份、耐乙二醇处理剂0.8份、丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物2份、烷基化二苯胺0.6份。内层玻璃纤维管的外侧均涂覆有胶层与外层塑料管紧密粘结为一体。
实施例2
一种抗老化高强度塑料管,分为内外两层,其特征在于,原料按照重量份组成如下:管壁外层塑料管:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯22份、聚苯乙烯 32份、活性炭12份、云母4份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.4份、改性淀粉胶4份、单硬脂酸甘油酯、海藻酸钠、山梨糖醇按照1:1:5组成的抗老化剂0.6份;内层玻璃纤维管:尼龙66 13份、玻璃棉11份、无卤无碱玻纤16份、耐乙二醇处理剂0.9份、丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物2份、二丁基羟基甲苯0.7份。内层玻璃纤维管的外侧均涂覆有胶层与外层塑料管紧密粘结为一体。

一种抗老化高强度塑料管,分为内外两层,其特征在于,原料按照重量份组成如下:管壁外层塑料管:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯25份、聚苯乙烯 30份、活性炭15份、云母5份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.5份、改性淀粉胶4份、单硬脂酸甘油酯、海藻酸钠、山梨糖醇按照1:1:5组成的抗老化剂0.6份;内层玻璃纤维管:尼龙66 15份、玻璃棉10份、无卤无碱玻纤18份、耐乙二醇处理剂0.9份、丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物3份、二甲基甲酰胺0.8份。内层玻璃纤维管的外侧均涂覆有胶层与外层塑料管紧密粘结为一体。

1.一种抗老化高强度塑料管,分为内外两层,其特征在于,原料按照重量份组成如下:
管壁外层塑料管:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯20-25份、聚苯乙烯 30-35份、活性炭10-15份、云母3-5份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.3-0.5份、改性淀粉胶3-5份、抗老化剂0.5-0.8份;
内层玻璃纤维管:尼龙66 12-15份、玻璃棉10-12份、无卤无碱玻纤15-18份、耐乙二醇处理剂0.8-1份、丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物2-3份、抗氧化剂0.6-0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗老化高强度塑料管,其特征在于,所述的内层玻璃纤维管的外侧均涂覆有胶层与外层塑料管紧密粘结为一体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗老化高强度塑料管,其特征在于,所述的抗氧化剂为烷基化二苯胺、二丁基羟基甲苯或二甲基甲酰胺中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗老化高强度塑料管,其特征在于,所述的抗老化剂为单硬脂酸甘油酯、海藻酸钠、山梨糖醇按照1:1:5组成的混合物。
