塑料管种类很多,分为热塑性塑料管和热固性塑料管两大类。属于热塑性的有聚氯乙烯管,聚乙烯管,聚丙烯管、聚甲醛管等;属于热固性的有酚塑料管等。塑料管的主要优点是耐蚀性能好、质量轻、成型方便、加工容易、缺点是强度较低,耐热性差。塑料的弹性模量介于橡胶和纤维之间,受力能发生一定形变。软塑料接近橡胶,硬塑料接近纤维。狭义的塑料定义是指以树脂(或在加工过程中用单体直接聚合)为主要成分,以增塑剂、填充剂、润滑剂、着色剂等添加剂为辅助成分,在加工过程中能流动成型的材料。塑料为合成的高分子化合物,可以自由改变形体样式。塑料是利用单体原料以合成或缩合反应聚合而成的材料。

随着人们对环保以及对材料性能要求的提高,对于塑料材料要求具有良好的耐电绝缘性和安全环保性能,其耐热性、耐老化、阻燃性的指标要求也在提高,开发研制新型有效的、环境友好的阻燃耐磨舒适制塑料材料具有重要的意义。
尼龙66是聚酰胺树脂的熔点较高,具有很好的物理力学性能和耐老化性、耐磨性以及自润滑性,但是由于自身存在吸水率较高,可以长期吸收空气中的水分,从而导致物性变化,尤其是在长期持续高温高湿度的环境中,这个缺点已经变得无法接受了,必须得到大幅度改善。从合成树脂、塑料机械和塑料制品生产来看,中国塑料工业强劲的发展势头,现有的塑料管一般为单纯的塑料管,其强度比较低,而且这种塑料管在特定的条件下膨胀系数大、管道易软化和易变形,不易广泛应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗腐蚀阻燃环保的高硬度塑料。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种抗腐蚀阻燃环保的高硬度塑料,分为内外两层,其特征在于,原料按照重量份组成如下:
外层塑料管:氯化聚乙烯橡胶15-25份、短纤维1-3份、偏苯三酸三辛酯0.3-0.5份、改性淀粉胶-6份、聚苯乙烯16-18份、炭黑5-7份、白炭黑3-5份、抗腐蚀剂0.5-0.8份、石蜡2-3份、滑石粉3-5份;
内层玻璃纤维管:尼龙6620-25份、玻璃棉10-12份、无卤无碱玻纤12-14份、环保阻燃剂2-4份、促进剂TMTD0.2-0.5份、硬脂酸0.2-0.3份、抗氧化剂0.6-0.8份;
所述外层塑料管中的改性淀粉胶为含有3-5%LH-C96硫化剂由三元乙丙橡胶、丁苯橡胶按照2:1:1组成的混合橡胶。
进一步的,所述的抗腐蚀剂为单硬脂酸甘油酯和山梨糖醇按照2:3组成的混合物。
进一步的,所述的环保阻燃剂为质量比为1∶1的有机蒙脱土和三芳基磷酸酯聚合而成。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的外层塑料管改性淀粉胶和炭黑等成分,提高了塑料的耐磨性,操作机械性能良好,采用抗腐蚀剂复配制备高效、环保型塑料,并将其应用到天然橡胶体系中,提高材料的抗腐蚀性;内层玻璃纤维管具有耐老化性、耐磨性等化学稳定性好,内层采用了强度较高的玻璃纤维等材料制成的,增强了塑料管的强度和刚度,提高了其高温承压性能,具有良好的抗冲击性能。

实施例1
一种抗腐蚀阻燃环保的高硬度塑料,分为内外两层,其特征在于,原料按照重量份组成如下:
外层塑料管:氯化聚乙烯橡胶15份、短纤维1份、偏苯三酸三辛酯0.3份、改性淀粉胶6份、聚苯乙烯16份、炭黑5份、白炭黑3份、抗腐蚀剂0.5份、石蜡2份、滑石粉3份;
内层玻璃纤维管:尼龙6625份、玻璃棉12份、无卤无碱玻纤14份、环保阻燃剂4份、促进剂TMTD0.5份、硬脂酸0.3份、抗氧化剂0.8份;
所述外层塑料管中的改性淀粉胶为含有3-5%LH-C96硫化剂由三元乙丙橡胶、丁苯橡胶按照2:1:1组成的混合橡胶。
进一步的,所述的抗腐蚀剂为单硬脂酸甘油酯和山梨糖醇按照2:3组成的混合物。
进一步的,所述的环保阻燃剂为质量比为1∶1的有机蒙脱土和三芳基磷酸酯聚合而成。

内层玻璃纤维管:尼龙6620份、玻璃棉10份、无卤无碱玻纤12份、环保阻燃剂2份、促进剂TMTD0.2份、硬脂酸0.2份、抗氧化剂0.6份;
所述外层塑料管中的改性淀粉胶为含有3-5%LH-C96硫化剂由三元乙丙橡胶、丁苯橡胶按照2:1:1组成的混合橡胶。
进一步的,所述的抗腐蚀剂为单硬脂酸甘油酯和山梨糖醇按照2:3组成的混合物。

1.一种抗腐蚀阻燃环保的高硬度塑料,分为内外两层,其特征在于,原料按照重量份组成如下:
外层塑料管:氯化聚乙烯橡胶15-25份、短纤维1-3份、偏苯三酸三辛酯0.3-0.5份、改性淀粉胶-6份、聚苯乙烯16-18份、炭黑5-7份、白炭黑3-5份、抗腐蚀剂0.5-0.8份、石蜡2-3份、滑石粉3-5份;
内层玻璃纤维管:尼龙6620-25份、玻璃棉10-12份、无卤无碱玻纤12-14份、环保阻燃剂2-4份、促进剂TMTD0.2-0.5份、硬脂酸0.2-0.3份、抗氧化剂0.6-0.8份;
所述外层塑料管中的改性淀粉胶为含有3-5%LH-C96硫化剂由三元乙丙橡胶、丁苯橡胶按照2:1:1组成的混合橡胶。
