本发明涉及一种静电除尘喷头固定装置，包括：固定架、滑槽、滑块、固定孔。固定架由竖支板和横板台组成，在固定架的横板台上开设滑槽，固定孔设置在滑块上，滑块固定在横板台上。该静电除尘喷头固定装置可随时拆卸、依据喷涂工件的大小调整除尘喷头间距、省时省力。

技术领域
本发明涉及气体除尘技术领域，特别涉及一种涂料喷涂前除尘喷头的固定装置。
背景技术
在涂料涂装之前要对所涂装的工件进行表面除尘，目前很多企业都采用静电除尘的方法进行表面除尘。在现有技术的静电除尘工艺中，采用的除尘喷头固定装置是直接把除尘喷头的移动滑块固定在固定架上，当工件大小不同时，两个喷头的距离不能随之变化。那么设计一种喷头或者移动滑块拆卸方便的固定装置就非常关键。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，针对现有技术的不足提供一种拆卸方便、可随时调整除尘喷头间距的静电除尘喷头固定装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明所采取的技术方案如下：一种静电除尘喷头固定装置，包括：固定架、滑槽、滑块、固定孔、紧定螺钉。固定架由竖支板和横板台组成，在固定架的横板台上开设滑槽，固定孔设置在滑块上，滑块通过紧定螺钉固定在滑槽上方。
所述的紧定螺钉数量为2个。
本发明的有益效果在于，该静电除尘喷头固定装置可随时拆卸、依据喷涂工件的大小调整除尘喷头间距、省时省力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
一种静电除尘喷头固定装置，包括：固定架1、滑槽2、滑块3、固定孔4、紧定螺钉5。固定架1由竖支板和横板台组成，在固定架1的横板台上开设滑槽2，固定孔4设置在滑块3上，滑块3通过紧定螺钉5固定在滑槽2上方。
在固定架1的横板台上有多个滑块3，除尘喷头组件***固定孔4中，通过螺母固定在滑块3上；滑块3通过紧定螺钉5固定在滑槽2上方。当因喷涂工件大小不同需要改变除尘喷头间距时，可以随时拆卸紧定螺钉5，然后沿着滑槽2移动滑块3，使各个滑块3之间的距离符合需要。

1.一种静电除尘喷头固定装置，其特征在于，包括：固定架(1)、滑槽(2)、滑块(3)、固定孔(4)、紧定螺钉(5)。固定架(1)由竖支板和横板台组成，在固定架(1)的横板台上开设滑槽(2)，固定孔(4)设置在滑块(3)上，滑块(3)通过紧定螺钉(5)固定在滑槽(2)上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的静电除尘喷头固定装置，其特征在于，所述的紧定螺钉(5)数量为2个。
