Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于治疗咽喉炎的中药组合物，包含下述成分，以质量分数计：地黄5-10，金莲花5-15，玄参5-12，麦冬5-12，山豆根5-12，金银花5-10，射干5-15，木蝴蝶3-10，金果榄3-10，桔梗3-10，胖大海5-15，蝉蜕3-10，生甘草2-8。本发明的中药组合物，各成分之间具有显著的协同效果，能够有效杀灭引发咽喉炎症的各种细菌，避免细菌及细菌分泌物停留，从而消除咽喉炎症。

Description

一种用于治疗咽喉炎的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体涉及一种能够用作治疗咽喉炎药物的中药组合物。
背景技术
咽喉炎是咽喉部粘膜、粘膜下组织及淋巴组织的急慢性炎症，一般是由细菌或病毒引起，具有病程长，易反复，难以治愈的特点，该病症的临床常见症状包括喉感不适，异物感、烧灼感、干燥感，常见体征有咽壁粘膜充血、呈暗红色，在咽后壁可见分散凸起的小颗粒或成片如串珠，其周围有扩张的血管网，表面有时附有粘液或脓性分泌物。
目前，在治疗咽喉炎上具有两种治疗方案，一种是西药的消炎药，直接强力杀灭细菌和病毒，但这种方式容易导致杀灭人体内的正常菌种，也容易产生抗药性等副作用；另一种是具有利咽润肺作用的薄荷、金银花、胖大海等中药，但这类中药通常只能舒缓咽喉部不适，无法治愈咽喉部炎症。
发明内容
申请人在长期临床研发过程中，发明了一种中药组合物，在传统的金银花、胖大海等基础上进行了成分改进，从而产生了协同效果，能够有效治疗因细菌等引发的咽喉炎症，具有标本兼治的效果。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种用于治疗咽喉炎的中药组合物，包含下述成分，以质量分数计：地黄5-10，金莲花5-15，玄参5-12，麦冬5-12，山豆根5-12，金银花5-10，射干5-15，木蝴蝶3-10，金果榄3-10，桔梗3-10，胖大海5-15，蝉蜕3-10，生甘草2-8。
优选的，各成分用量为地黄8，金莲花10，玄参8，麦冬8，山豆根8，金银花8，射干10，木蝴蝶6，金果榄6，桔梗6，胖大海10，蝉蜕6，生甘草5。
在上述成分中，利用金银花、胖大海、生甘草起到利咽润肺作用，快速减轻患者不良感受；利用麦冬、山豆根、木蝴蝶、蝉蜕起到清咽利喉、抑制口干舌燥的效果，利用地黄、玄参、射干、金果榄、桔梗的抗菌抗炎、杀灭多种真菌、球菌、病毒等的效果根治致病原。上述几种成分协同作用，产生了标本兼治的功效。
相应的，本发明公开了上述中药组合物的制备方法，具体的说是通过煎煮提取各成分的活性成分，为了加强提取效果，优选的是至少煎煮两次：首次煎煮将原料放入水中浸泡，然后用大火将浸泡的药液煮沸；煮沸后用小火维持沸腾，然后将药液倒入容器中；二次煎煮将剩余残渣重复上述过程；合并煎煮的药液即可。
其中，首次煎煮水量淹没过药面3-5cm，浸泡20-60分钟，煎煮时间20-30分钟；二次煎煮水量与药面持平，浸泡20-60分钟，煎煮时间25-35分钟。
在上述中，所称的二次煎煮水量与药面持平指的是水面稍微淹没过药面或者二者持平即可。
在上述中，所称的大火、小伙指的是火焰的加热温度，大火通常是利用200-300℃的火焰加热使得水迅速沸腾，而小伙通常是利用100-170℃的火焰对药锅小面积加热维持药液处于微沸腾状态。
由于本发明的中药组合物治疗咽喉炎具有良好的效果，因此本发明还公开了所述中药组合物作为治疗咽喉炎药物的应用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
地黄8g，金莲花10g，玄参8g，麦冬8g，山豆根8g，金银花8g，射干10g，木蝴蝶6g，金果榄6g，桔梗6g，胖大海10g，蝉蜕6g，生甘草5g，放入砂锅内，加干净的冷水浸泡药物，加水量以淹没过药面3cm，浸泡30分钟。
每剂药煮两次。第一煎先用大火将浸泡好的药煮沸后，改用中小火，维持药物沸腾；第二煎加水稍淹没过药面，火候同第一煎。药物煮沸后开始计算时间。药物第一煎20分钟，第二煎18分钟。
将药液导入瓷碗或者玻璃器皿内，每副药分两次服用，早晚各一次，共7天一个疗程。
实施例2
地黄10g，金莲花15g，玄参5g，麦冬10g，山豆根10g，金银花5g，射干5g，木蝴蝶8g，金果榄9g，桔梗3g，胖大海5g，蝉蜕3g，生甘草4g，放入砂锅内，加干净的冷水浸泡药物，加水量以淹没过药面5cm，浸泡50分钟。
每剂药煮两次。第一煎先用大火将浸泡好的药煮沸后，改用中小火，维持药物沸腾；第二煎加水稍淹没过药面，火候同第一煎。药物煮沸后开始计算时间。药物第一煎30分钟，第二煎30分钟。
然后将药液导入瓷碗或者玻璃器皿内，每副药分两次服用，早晚各一次，共7天一个疗程。
实施例3
地黄6g，金莲花7g，玄参11g，麦冬6g，山豆根7g，金银花10g，射干12g，木蝴蝶4g，金果榄5g，桔梗9g，胖大海5g，蝉蜕8g，生甘草6g，放入砂锅内，加干净的冷水浸泡药物，加水量以淹没过药面4cm，浸泡40分钟。
每剂药煮两次。第一煎先用大火将浸泡好的药煮沸后，改用中小火，维持药物沸腾；第二煎加水稍淹没过药面，火候同第一煎。药物煮沸后开始计算时间。药物第一煎20分钟，第二煎30分钟。
然后将药液导入瓷碗或者玻璃器皿内，每副药分两次服用，早晚各一次，共7天一个疗程。
为了说明本发明中药组合物的效果，申请人进行了如下实验。
1、受试对象：选择年龄为7～75岁，无严重心、肝、肾等主要脏器疾患的急慢性咽炎、咽喉不适患者为受试对象50例，受试对象主观症状有咽痛、咽痒、咽干、异物感。经检查有咽部粘膜水肿、粘膜充血、咽后壁淋巴增生和分泌物附着中的至少一项。其中，男性25例，女性25例，病程最短1年，最长10年。
2、服用方法：服用实施例1制得的中药组合物及其使用方法。
3、功效判定标准：参考***发布的《中药新药临床研究指导原则》。
显效：症状减轻或消失，咽部体征减轻2级。
有效：症状减轻，咽部体征减轻1～2级。
无效：症状、体征无变化。
4、实验结果，根据不同的病症指标，治疗效果如下所示：

Claims (5)

1.一种用于治疗咽喉炎的中药组合物，其特征在于包含下述成分，以质量分数计：地黄5-10，金莲花5-15，玄参5-12，麦冬5-12，山豆根5-12，金银花5-10，射干5-15，木蝴蝶3-10，金果榄3-10，桔梗3-10，胖大海5-15，蝉蜕3-10，生甘草2-8。
2.根据权利要求1的中药组合物，其特征在于各成分用量为地黄8，金莲花10，玄参8，麦冬8，山豆根8，金银花8，射干10，木蝴蝶6，金果榄6，桔梗6，胖大海10，蝉蜕6，生甘草5。
3.权利要求1的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于至少煎煮两次：首次煎煮将原料放入水中浸泡，然后用大火将浸泡的药液煮沸；煮沸后用小火维持沸腾，然后将药液倒入容器中；二次煎煮将剩余残渣重复上述过程；合并煎煮的药液即可。
4.根据权利要求3的制备方法，其特征在于首次煎煮水量淹没过药面3-5cm，浸泡20-60分钟，煎煮时间20-30分钟；二次煎煮水量与药面持平，浸泡20-60分钟，煎煮时间25-35分钟。
5.权利要求1的中药组合物作为治疗咽喉炎药物的应用。
