本发明涉及的是一种大米食疗改善便秘症状的天然营养素组合物,其特征是:取黑芝麻、桃仁、火麻仁用石磨磨出油,备用;残渣另外处理;取桑椹、胖大海、红枣,提取混合浓缩液,备用;取蒲公英、残渣,提取混合浓缩液,备用;然后将其按比例进行混合脱色,获无色混合浓缩液,再与糊精混合,干燥、造粒、杀菌、包装,即得。

本发明涉及的是一种大米食疗改善便秘症状的天然营养素组合物。
背景技术
便秘是个很普遍的问题,而便秘又分为燥热性和血虚型,并非都是用泻药可以解决的。目前大都靠服用药物解决痛苦。而药物都有副作用,长期使用,容易产生不良后果。事实上通过食疗改善和治疗便秘顽疾,是有很多成功例子的,然而食疗需要专门采购食材,相对比较麻烦。如果研制成功一种天然营养组合物,蒸米和熬粥时,加入,烹饪出来的食物,就具备了防止和改善便秘的功能,相信会受到欢迎的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种大米食疗改善便秘症状的天然营养素组合物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:a、取黑芝麻40-50%、桃仁40-50%、火麻仁10%、炒香,用石磨磨出油,备用;残渣另外处理;b、取桑椹30-40%、胖大海30-40%、红枣30%,用乙醇提取法,提取混合浓缩液,备用;c、取蒲公英40-60%、取a步骤获得的残渣40-60%,用乙醇提取法,提取混合浓缩液,备用;d、取a步骤获得的混合油5%、b步骤获得的混合浓缩液60%、c步骤获得的混合浓缩液35%,进行混合脱色,获无色混合浓缩液,备用;e、取d步骤获得的无色混合浓缩液90%、糊精10%,进行混合,干燥、造粒、杀菌、包装,即得。
本发明的积极效果在于:
黑芝麻:性平,补益精血,用于须发早白,头晕眼花,润燥滑肠,用于血虚津亏。补五内,益气力,长肌肉,填脑髓,明耳目,乌须发,利大小肠,逐风湿气。含丰富的VE,有祛除生物膜内自由基的功能,从而阻止生物膜被氧化而破坏其功能,VE可保护胰岛细胞,有助于缓解神经***症状,并能降低血糖。
桃仁:活血祛瘀,润肠通便,用于肺痈,肠痈,瘀阻疼痛。
火麻仁:用于老人,产妇及体弱者由于津枯血少所致的肠燥便秘。《药品化义》“凡年老血液枯燥,产后气血不顺,病后元气未复或禀弱不能运行者皆治”。还具有治疗健忘,落发不生,及一百二十种恶风。具有补中益气,肥健不老,延年益寿作用。现代研究,其含脂肪油30%,油中含***酚、植物钙、镁、挥发油、维生素B1等成分,具有降压、调节血脂、滑润性缓泻作用。
桑椹:味甘,含维生素B1、B2、C,糖类,蛋白质,有补肝益肾,养血生津的功能;用于头晕目眩、耳鸣、血虚、头发早白、便秘等症。药理作用:100%的桑椹煎液有中度激发淋巴细胞转化的作用,桑椹子能使小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬百分率吞噬指数明显升高。
胖大海:甘,寒,清宣肺气,清肠通便;用于肺气闭郁,痰热咳嗽,及肺热声哑,热结便秘而起之头痛、目赤、轻度发热等症。
红枣:味甘、性温,归脾、胃经,有补中益气,养血安神、补脾和胃的功能。用于气血津液不足,脾虚食少,妇女脏躁等症。化学成分:(1)、有机酸类:桦木酸,齐墩果酸,山楂酸,苹果酸,酒石酸,儿茶酸,油酸,亚油酸,肉豆蔻酸,棕榈酸,硬脂酸等。(2)、三萜类:山楂酸-3-0-反式对香豆酰酯,山楂酸-3-0-顺式对香豆酰酯,大枣皂苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ。(3)、生物碱类:斯特法灵,N-降荷叶碱,阿西米诺宾。(4)黄酮类:6,8一二葡萄糖基-2(S)柑橘素,6,8一二葡萄糖基-2(R)柑橘素,当归黄素,芦丁。(5)、糖类:葡萄糖、果糖,大枣果胶。(6)、维生素类:维生素C,核黄素,硫胺素,胡萝卜素,尼克酸。药理作用:(1)、保肝作用:对四氯化碳型肝损伤的家兔,每日喂大枣煎剂共一周,结果血清总蛋白与白蛋白较对照组明显增加,这表明大枣有保肝作用。(2)、抗***反应:实验证明,凡含有大枣的方剂,均有使白细胞C-AMP值升高的作用。又口服大枣后,靶细胞内C-AMP与C-GMP的比值增高,是大枣抗敏性的药理作用机制。
蒲公英:味苦,性寒,民间一种常食的野菜。有清热解毒,消痈肿的作用,能消除坚硬的肿块和结核,可消痈肿疗毒、***生痈。还有清泄湿热,利尿通淋,对湿热引起的黄疸、淋有明显疗效。同时有保护胃粘膜的作用。含有蒲公英甾醇,蒲公英苦素,菊糖,果胶,胆碱等。本品清热解毒,消痈散肿,为治热毒疱疡之佳品。对金黄色葡萄球菌,溶血性链球菌有较强的杀灭作用。对肺炎双球菌,脑炎球菌,白喉杆菌,绿脓杆菌,变形杆菌,痢疾杆菌等有一定杀灭作用。
糊精:填充辅料。
100g大米中加入10g该营养组合物与100g普通大米做的米饭,其主要成分对比如下表。
