所述复合维生素由维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B3、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E组成。
一种含有GABA的保健米粉的制备方法,步骤为:
步骤1、将黑芝麻、茯苓、干桔皮分别进行除杂、清洗;
步骤2、将经步骤1处理后的黑芝麻进行超微粉碎,形成黑芝麻粉;
步骤3、将经步骤1处理后的茯苓放入浸提装置,在65~70℃下浸提2.5h,然后经过过滤、去除杂质,制得清澈透明液,再添加黑芝麻粉、茶多酚和GABA,混合均匀后,加入适量蜂蜜进行调味,然后在压力为15~20Mpa的条件下进行均质,均质后在温度为140℃的条件下进行灭菌3s;
步骤4、将按照比例的大米用清水清洗半小时,加入水磨浆,过120目,加热温度保持在60~65℃,加α-淀粉酶,酶添加量控制在0.03%~0.05%,20min后得到米浆;
步骤5、将干桔皮煮沸后,浓缩至25℃下相对密度为1.2~1.4,再将小麦胚芽油、步骤3的混合物与之混合;将两种油相与水相混合后加***胶,加水稀释,油、水、胶比为3:3:1;按100kg米粉计,进料温度50℃,进料质量分数15.0%,滚筒转速为1.0r/min,滚筒表面温度为140℃进行混合滚筒干燥、粉碎;粉碎的米粉与复合维生素混合40min灌装既得;
所述磨浆过程中加入水重量:大米重量=1.2~1.5:1。
本发明的有益效果在于:米粉中加入小麦胚芽油,富含维生素E、亚油酸、亚麻酸多种生理活性组分,具有很高的营养价值。GABA、茶多酚、黑芝麻、茯苓具有调节免疫功能。原料中加入干桔皮,桔子皮中含有大量维生素C和香精油,可以提神。本发明得到的米粉,可美容润肤,延缓脑衰老机能,而且还可促进脑的活化性、缓解压力、促进睡眠。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例一:
一种含有GABA的保健米粉,由下述原料重量份数比制备而成:大米30份、小麦胚芽油10份、茶多酚0.005份、GABA 0.05份、黑芝麻5份、茯苓1份、干桔皮0.5份、复合维生素0.5份、蜂蜜20份。
所述复合维生素由维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B3、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E组成。

一种含有GABA的保健米粉,由下述原料重量份数比制备而成:大米40份、小麦胚芽油12份、茶多酚0.008份、GABA 0.08份、黑芝麻13份、茯苓5份、干桔皮5份、复合维生素1.2份、蜂蜜30份。
所述复合维生素由维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B3、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E组成。
一种含有GABA的保健米粉的制备方法,步骤为:
步骤1、将黑芝麻、茯苓、干桔皮分别进行除杂、清洗;
步骤2、将经步骤1处理后的黑芝麻进行超微粉碎,形成黑芝麻粉;
步骤3、将经步骤1处理后的茯苓放入浸提装置,在68℃下浸提2.5h,然后经过过滤、去除杂质,制得清澈透明液,再添加黑芝麻粉、茶多酚和GABA,混合均匀后,加入适量蜂蜜进行调味,然后在压力为18Mpa的条件下进行均质,均质后在温度为140℃的条件下进行灭菌3s;
步骤4、将按照比例的大米用清水清洗半小时,加入水磨浆,过120目,加热温度保持在62℃,加α-淀粉酶,酶添加量控制在0.04%,20min后得到米浆;
步骤5、将干桔皮煮沸后,浓缩至25℃下相对密度为1.3,再将小麦胚芽油、步骤3的混合物与之混合;将两种油相与水相混合后加***胶,加水稀释,油、水、胶比为3:3:1;按100kg米粉计,进料温度50℃,进料质量分数15.0%,滚筒转速为1.0r/min,滚筒表面温度为140℃进行混合滚筒干燥、粉碎;粉碎的米粉与复合维生素混合40min灌装既得;

实施例三:
一种含有GABA的保健米粉,由下述原料重量份数比制备而成:大米50份、小麦胚芽油15份、茶多酚0.01份、GABA 0.1份、黑芝麻20份、茯苓10份、干桔皮8份、复合维生素1.8份、蜂蜜40份。
所述复合维生素由维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B3、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E组成。
一种含有GABA的保健米粉的制备方法,步骤为:
步骤1、将黑芝麻、茯苓、干桔皮分别进行除杂、清洗;

步骤5、将干桔皮煮沸后,浓缩至25℃下相对密度为1.4,再将小麦胚芽油、步骤3的混合物与之混合;将两种油相与水相混合后加***胶,加水稀释,油、水、胶比为3:3:1;按100kg米粉计,进料温度50℃,进料质量分数15.0%,滚筒转速为1.0r/min,滚筒表面温度为140℃进行混合滚筒干燥、粉碎;粉碎的米粉与复合维生素混合40min灌装既得;
所述磨浆过程中加入水重量:大米重量=1.5:1。
Claims (4)
1.一种含有GABA的保健米粉,其特征在于,由下述原料重量份数比制备而成:大米30~50份、小麦胚芽油10~15份、茶多酚0.005~0.01份、GABA 0.05~0.1份、黑芝麻5~20份、茯苓1~10份、干桔皮0.5~8份、复合维生素0.5~1.8份、蜂蜜20~40份。
2.如权利要求1所述的含有GABA的保健米粉,其特征在于,所述复合维生素由维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B3、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E组成。
3.一种含有GABA的保健米粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将黑芝麻、茯苓、干桔皮分别进行除杂、清洗;
步骤2、将经步骤1处理后的黑芝麻进行超微粉碎,形成黑芝麻粉;
步骤3、将经步骤1处理后的茯苓放入浸提装置,在65~70℃下浸提2.5h,然后经过过滤、去除杂质,制得清澈透明液,再添加黑芝麻粉、茶多酚和GABA,混合均匀后,加入适量蜂蜜进行调味,然后在压力为15~20Mpa的条件下进行均质,均质后在温度为140℃的条件下进行灭菌3s;

4.如权利要求3所述的含有GABA的保健米粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述磨浆过程中加入水重量:大米重量=1.2~1.5:1。
