技术领域
本发明涉及一种鹌鹑养殖技术,属于家禽养殖技术领域,适于在规模化鹌鹑养殖时运用。
背景技术
鹌鹑肉、蛋,味道鲜美,营养丰富。鹌鹑肉是典型的高蛋白、低脂肪、低胆固醇食物,特别适合中老年人食用。经国内外临床证实,鹌鹑的内、蛋可辅助治疗浮肿、肥胖型高血压、糖尿病、贫血、肝大、肝硬化、腹水等多种疾病。鹌鹑内和鹌鹑蛋中所含丰富的卵磷脂和脑磷脂,是高级神经活动不可缺少的营养物质,具有健脑的作用。我国医学认为,鹌鹑肉可以补益五脏,强筋骨,止泄痢,消府积,养肝清肺,鹌鹑蛋的营养价值比鸡蛋更高一筹。虽然它们的营养成分多有相似,但由于鹌鹑卵中营养分子较小,所以此鸡蛋营养更易被吸收利用。一般3个鹌鹑蛋的营养含量相当千1只鸡蛋。鹌鹑蛋还含有能降血压的芦丁、来岂丁等物质。因此,鹌鹑蛋是心血管病患者的理想滋补品。因此鹌鹑养殖具有广泛的市场和经济价值,目前鹌鹑养殖户已比较普遍,也有比较成熟的技术,但是该技术需不断完善,以便进一步提高其成活,产蛋率,提高经济收益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,为满足上述需要,提供一种鹌鹑养殖技术
进一步提高鹌鹑养殖的各项经济指标。
本发明方法包括幼鹌鹑的培育、小鹌鹑饲养、母鹌鹑饲养,其特征在于:育雏温度初期35-380C,以后每天降1-2C ,温度逐渐降到24-260C左右,保温20天,同时在鹌鹑3-4天龄用24小时光照,然后可逐渐改为自然光照和早晚补充光照;小鹌鹑饲养时饲料组分及配比为玉米50%、豆饼26%、鱼粉10%、麸皮7%、草粉6%、骨粉1%配制,使饲料中粗蛋白含量为24-25%,钙磷比为2:1。另外可再加饲料量15%的打浆青料,或饲料中加10%维生素和适量微量元素及少量抗菌素;母鹌鹑饲养时饲料配料及百分比:玉米45、豆饼30、鱼粉12、麸皮3、草粉5、贝壳粉4、骨粉1,使其粗蛋白为27-28%,钙磷比为4:1,另再加适量维生素和微量元素。
采用上述方案的本发明鹌鹑养殖技术可进一步提高其成活率、生长速度和产蛋率,防止传染病发生,提高养殖投入产出比和经济效益。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明进行详细说明:
鹌鹑孵化期为16-17天,饲养40-50天开始产蛋,饲养过程中应按如下要求管理:
一、幼鹌鹑的培育:
40日龄前为幼鹑。小鹌鹑出壳雏毛干后,放入小型木制育雏箱内饲养,注意保温,保温热源可用电灯、煤油炉、木炭火盆或峰窝煤灶等。用电灯从育雏器的上方给温,同时在下方或旁边用煤油炉、木炭或蜂窝煤供温,则效果更好。大规模育雏可用保温伞,每伞可育雏鹌鹑200-300只。
鹌鹑育雏温度初期可用35-380C,以后每天可降1-2C ,温度逐渐降到24-260C左右,保温20天。育雏鹌鹑3-4天龄可用24小时光照,使小鹌鹑熟悉生活环境,充分采食,吃饱睡暖,以后可逐渐改为自然光照和早晚补充光照。
二、小鹌鹑饲养:
出壳后5-6小时的鹌鹑就会跑,开食宜早不宜迟。开食可用玉米、碎米、麦粉等混合料,加拌熟蛋黄,二、三天后逐渐转喂全价混合饲料。幼鹌鹑饲料可用玉米50%、豆饼26%、鱼粉10%、麸皮7%、草粉6%、骨粉1%配制,使饲料中粗蛋白含量为24-25%,钙磷比为2:1。另外可再加饲料量15%的打浆青料,或饲料中加10%维生素和适量微量元素及少量抗菌素,以防止疾病,又能促进生长。喂小鹌鹑可在育雏箱内用小食槽,加少量水调成糊状饲料。夏季易变质,喂干饲料,并用饮水器供水,水宜终日不断供应。开始时终日给料,二周后日喂六餐,四周后改为日喂四餐。育成一只小鹌鹑,约需精料0.5公斤。
三、母鹌鹑饲养:
40日龄后母鹌鹑即转为产蛋期。母鹌鹑从喉至胸有斑点,公鹌鹑胸部毛色深无斑点。母鹌鹑可用4-6层笼养。鹌鹑笼可用木制,高160-180厘米,长90-100厘米,深40厘米,每层笼高15厘米,承粪板空间10厘米。中间可隔成2-4个小笼,笼底用粗铁线,间距0.5厘米,以便漏粪。笼底后高前低,向前稍有倾斜,产蛋后可自动流出到前面档板,以便饲养员在笼外捡蛋。笼子四周用细铁线制,间距2.2-2.4厘米,外挂料槽和饮水槽,便于鹌鹑头颈伸出吃料饮水。
母鹌鹑饲料配料及百分比:玉米45、豆饼30、鱼粉12、麸皮3、草粉5、贝壳粉4、骨粉1,使其粗蛋白为27-28%,钙磷比4:1,再加适量维生素和微量元素,日喂干料3-4次。夏季饲料易变质,因此喂干料另给饮水,比较方便。 加强光照管理,可提高产蛋率。通常每20-25平方米面积,在2米高处悬挂一只60瓦的电灯,或在每层笼内吊电灯,每昼夜要求保持16小时光照,其余时间可改为弱光灯泡,以防黑暗惊扰鹌鹑,影响产蛋。
产蛋的母鹌鹑食欲旺盛,每只鹌鹑每天需要采食20克精饲料。精饲料配方为:玉米面50%、豆饼25%、麸皮3.5%、鱼粉12%、微量元素1%、骨粉2%、贝壳粉3.8%、细沙1.2%、多种维生素1.5%。青饲料要切碎打成浆,与精饲料按1∶1的比例加水混合饲喂,湿度以不糊嘴为准。每天喂5次(其中午后喂3次),饲喂时要注意做到定时、定量,不要随意改变饲料品种。
鹌鹑一般很少发病,流行性传染病也不多见,但一旦发病,往往造成全窝死亡,因此精心防病很重要。鹌鹑笼舍要保持通风、干燥、清洁,并定期用3%~5%来苏儿消毒。每周对鹌鹑进行一次肠道消毒(可在饲料中拌入土霉素钙盐、金霉素添加剂),以防传染病的发生。大量饲养鹌鹑时要对鹌鹑进行预防接种,接种方法与鸡的接种方法相同。

1.一种鹌鹑养殖技术,包括幼鹌鹑的培育、小鹌鹑饲养、母鹌鹑饲养,其特征在于:育雏温度初期35-380C,以后每天降1-2C ,温度逐渐降到24-260C左右,保温20天,同时在鹌鹑3-4天龄用24小时光照,然后可逐渐改为自然光照和早晚补充光照;小鹌鹑饲养时饲料组分及配比为玉米50%、豆饼26%、鱼粉10%、麸皮7%、草粉6%、骨粉1%配制,使饲料中粗蛋白含量为24-25%,钙磷比为2:1,另外可再加饲料量15%的打浆青料,或饲料中加10%维生素和适量微量元素及少量抗菌素;母鹌鹑饲养时饲料配料及百分比:玉米45%、豆饼30%、鱼粉12%、麸皮3%、草粉5%、贝壳粉4%、骨粉1%,使其粗蛋白为27-28%,钙磷比为4:1,另再加适量维生素和微量元素。
