Abstract

本发明提供一种空气净化器，包括壳体、设置于壳体底部的风机、设置于壳体内的净化部件，以及与所述净化部件固定连接的活动侧壁，所述壳体下部设置有两进风口，上部设有两出风口，所述净化部件包括从进风口依次向出风口设置的表面涂覆有光触媒的活性炭纤维网结构的第一过滤网、紫外灯和第二过滤网，在壳体顶部与两出风口处形成两个斜面。这种斜面结构能使过滤后的空气较顺畅的排出出风口，减少排出空气与顶壁之间的撞击，减小了噪音。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化设备领域，尤其是涉及一种空气净化器。
背景技术
目前市面上的空气净化器大都采用风机作为使空气流动的动力机构， 风量大， 空气流通效率高， 但同时也会产生噪音， 不适合净化器夜间工作， 会影响人的睡眠质量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种降低噪音的空气净化器。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供一种空气净化器，包括壳体、设置于壳体底部的风机、设置于壳体内的净化部件，以及与所述净化部件固定连接的活动侧壁，所述壳体下部设置有两进风口，上部设有两出风口，所述净化部件包括从进风口依次向出风口设置的表面涂覆有光触媒的活性炭纤维网结构的第一过滤网、紫外灯和第二过滤网,在壳体顶部与两出风口处形成两个斜面。这种斜面结构能使过滤后的空气较顺畅的排出出风口，减少排出空气与顶壁之间的撞击，减小了 噪音。优选的两个斜面形成V形凹陷。
作为进一步的改进，在第二个过滤网与出风口之间设置有消音装置，这样能进一步降低噪音。这里的消音装置可以是吸音棉 ，也可以是现有的其他消音材料构成的消音装置。
作为进一步的改进，第二过滤网和出风口之间还有添加空气清新剂的装置，这里的空气清新剂可以由乙醇、香精和去离子水组成，也可以是现有的其他无害的空气清新剂组分。这样不仅能降低噪音的同时还能给人以空气清新的感觉，能够给人带来好心情。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例一如图1所示提供一种空气净化器，包括壳体、设置于壳体底部的风机5、设置于壳体内的净化部件，以及与所述净化部件固定连接的活动侧壁，所述壳体下部设置有两进风口1，上部设有两出风口2，所述净化部件包括从进风口依次向出风口设置的表面涂覆有光触媒的活性炭纤维网结构的第一过滤网3、紫外灯和第二过滤网4,在壳体顶部与两出风口处形成两个斜面。这种斜面结构能使过滤后的空气较顺畅的排出出风口，减少排出空气与顶壁之间的撞击，减小了 噪音。优选的两个斜面形成V形凹陷，更有利于空气的排出，减小噪音。
本发明的实施例二与实施例一的不同之处在于，如图2所示在实施例一的基础上在第二个过滤网4与出风口3之间设置有消音装置6，这样能进一步降低噪音。这里的消音装置可以是吸音棉 ，也可以是现有的其他消音材料构成的消音装置。
本实施例二的消音装置的位置也可以设置在风机与第一层过滤网之间，也可以两者都设置消音装置。这里消音装置两处可以相同也可以采用不同的消音装置配合使用。
本发明的实施例三是在前两种实施例的基础上在第二过滤网和出风口之间增加一个盛放空气清新剂的装置，这里的空气清新剂可以由乙醇、香精和去离子水组成，也可以是现有的其他无害的空气清新剂组分。这样不仅能降低噪音的同时还能给人以空气清新的感觉，能够给人带来好心情。

1.一种空气净化器，包括壳体、设置于壳体底部的风机、设置于壳体内的净化部件，以及与所述净化部件固定连接的活动侧壁，所述壳体下部设置有两进风口，上部设有两出风口，所述净化部件包括从进风口依次向出风口设置的表面涂覆有光触媒的活性炭纤维网结构的第一过滤网、紫外灯和第二过滤网,其特征在于：在壳体顶部与两出风口处形成两个斜面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器，其特征在于：所述两个斜面形成V形凹陷。
3.根据权利要求2所述的空气净化器，其特征在于：在第二个过滤网与出风口之间设置有消音装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的空气净化器，其特征在于：所述消音装置为吸音棉。
5.根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的空气净化器，其特征在于：所述第二过滤网和出风口之间还有添加空气清新剂的装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的空气净化器，其特征在于：所述的空气清新剂由乙醇、香精和去离子水组成。
