船用风电偏航***,它涉及风力发电设备领域,具体涉及一种船用风电偏航***。偏航电机(1)与减速机(2)连接,减速机(2)输出端设置有输出齿轮(3),输出齿轮(3)与偏向轴承(4)啮合,偏向轴承(4)上方一侧设置有受力检测仪(5),减速机(2)通过法兰装置(6)与固定底座(7)固定连接,固定底座(7)一侧设置有控制装置(8)。它通过简单的受力检测仪检测风力,及时调节更改偏向,保证的风力发电最大化。

本发明涉及风力发电设备领域,具体涉及一种船用风电偏航***。
背景技术:
风力机的偏航***也称为对风装置,其作用在于当风速矢量的方向变化时,能够快速平稳对准风向,以便风轮获得最大的风能。偏航***是由偏航控制机构和偏航驱动机构两大部件组成。
现有的风力发电机组的偏航***是通过偏航电机带动偏航轴承转动,当机舱将要转到平行于风向的位置的时候,刹车钳启动,使转动的机舱停止。由于机舱在转动的时候有惯性的作用,刹车的时候会产生一个刹车距离,这样的***在偏航的过程中会产生误差,刹车过程也会不稳定。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种船用风电偏航***,它通过简单的受力检测仪检测风力,及时调节更改偏向,保证的风力发电最大化。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用一下技术方案:它包含偏航电机1、减速机2、输出齿轮3、偏向轴承4、受力检测仪5、法兰装置6、固定底座7和控制装置8;偏航电机1与减速机2连接,减速机2输出端设置有输出齿轮3,输出齿轮3与偏向轴承4啮合,偏向轴承4上方一侧设置有受力检测仪5,减速机2通过法兰装置6与固定底座7固定连接,固定底座7一侧设置有控制装置8。
所述的控制装置8与偏航电机1和减速机2连接,能准确的启停偏航电机1和减速机2。
所述的受力检测仪5与控制装置8连接,便于信号传输。
在风力发生改变时候,受力检测仪5会检测到并将信号传输给控制装置8,控制装置8启动偏航电机1和减速机2通过输出齿轮3和偏向轴承4带动偏航***的运作,当打到风力最佳点时候,受力检测仪5再次将信号传输给控制装置8,控制装置8关闭偏航电机1和减速机2。
本发明通过简单的受力检测仪检测风力,及时调节更改偏向,保证的风力发电最大化,其结构简单,稳定性好。

参看图1,本具体实施方式是采用以下技术方案:它包含偏航电机1、减速机2、输出齿轮3、偏向轴承4、受力检测仪5、法兰装置6、固定底座7和控制装置8;偏航电机1与减速机2连接,减速机2输出端设置有输出齿轮3,输出齿轮3与偏向轴承4啮合,偏向轴承4上方一侧设置有受力检测仪5,减速机2通过法兰装置6与固定底座7固定连接,固定底座7一侧设置有控制装置8。
所述的控制装置8与偏航电机1和减速机2连接,能准确的启停偏航电机1和减速机2。
所述的受力检测仪5与控制装置8连接,便于信号传输。
在风力发生改变时候,受力检测仪5会检测到并将信号传输给控制装置8,控制装置8启动偏航电机1和减速机2通过输出齿轮3和偏向轴承4带动偏航***的运作,当打到风力最佳点时候,受力检测仪5再次将信号传输给控制装置8,控制装置8关闭偏航电机1和减速机2。
本具体实施方式通过简单的受力检测仪检测风力,及时调节更改偏向,保证的风力发电最大化,其结构简单,稳定性好。

1.船用风电偏航***,其特征在于它包含偏航电机(1)、减速机(2)、输出齿轮(3)、偏向轴承(4)、受力检测仪(5)、法兰装置(6)、固定底座(7)和控制装置(8);偏航电机(1)与减速机(2)连接,减速机(2)输出端设置有输出齿轮(3),输出齿轮(3)与偏向轴承(4)啮合,偏向轴承(4)上方一侧设置有受力检测仪(5),减速机(2)通过法兰装置(6)与固定底座(7)固定连接,固定底座(7)一侧设置有控制装置(8)。
