普通的运动休闲PU合成革采用一般无纺布基和聚氨酯树脂制成,达到相同的拉断及撕裂强度不仅厚度厚、重量重,而且皱折大、成鞋定型差,制成鞋产品后穿着笨重,行动极为不便,影响穿着的轻便性和舒适性,不能顺应市场鞋革领域美观、时尚及轻量化的发展潮流。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种厚度极薄、超轻量化、高物性同时具有皱折小、手感柔韧好和定型性佳的运动休闲鞋革,以确保制成鞋产品具有轻盈、舒适性好,能充分满足运动、休闲需求的特点,符合当今运动休闲鞋市场的发展趋势。
本发明解决技术问题,采用如下技术方案:
本发明超薄轻量化运动休闲鞋革的制造方法,其特点在于按如下步骤进行:
a、采用湿法合成革生产设备,将超薄复合布基通过聚氨酯浸渍浆料浸渍,经过浓度为30-40%的DMF水溶液凝聚后,经过温度为110-130℃烫平辊,然后在所述超薄复合布基正面涂覆聚氨酯涂层浆料,再依次经过凝聚、水洗、烘干制得湿法合成革半成品;
所述超薄复合布基是由机织布与无纺布通过铺网针刺粘合的方式加工而成,所述超薄复合布基的厚度为0.3-0.4mm,所述超薄复合布基的纤维成份为质量比为0-100:100-0的锦纶与涤纶,所述超薄复合布基以机织布面为正面;
所述聚氨酯浸渍浆料的各组分的重量份配比为:

b、采用后处理磨皮机将所述湿法合成革半成品表面进行定向磨削,提高所述湿法合成革半成品表面平整度;
c、采用干式合成革生产设备,首先在离型纸上涂覆一层热塑性聚氨酯树脂干法涂层浆料,烘干后,再涂覆一层热塑性聚氨酯干法粘结层浆料,再经过烘箱烘至半干时,贴合上表面进行过定向磨削的湿法合成革半成品,烘干、熟成后即得超薄轻量化运动休闲鞋革成品;
所述热塑性聚氨酯树脂干法涂层浆料的各组分的重量份配比为:
聚氨酯浆料LT-50  100-150份;
二甲基甲酰胺     10-50份;
色浆BLPN-560     0-10份;
所述热塑性聚氨酯干法粘结层浆料的各组分的重量份配比为:
聚氨酯浆料SA-3635  120-180份;
二甲基甲酰胺       10-20份。
本发明超薄轻量化运动休闲鞋革的制造方法,其特点也在于:
步骤b中采用后处理磨皮机将所述湿法合成革半成品表面进行定向磨削的条件为:磨削机的砂纸目数为100~240目,砂轮转速为800~2000转/分钟,车速为6~12米/分钟,磨削量为2~6丝。
步骤c中热塑性聚氨酯树脂干法涂层浆料的涂覆厚度为5~15丝,烘干温度为80-160℃;热塑性聚氨酯干法粘结层浆料的涂覆厚度为5~15丝,烘干温度为80-160℃,生产车速12M/min。
与已有技术相比,本发明有益效果体现在:
1、本发明中采用超薄复合布基作为基材,具有厚度薄、克重轻、正面密度均匀、平整度良好,渗透快速均匀的优点,保证了成革的超薄轻量化的性能,同时具有较高拉断及撕裂强度,符合现代鞋业倡导的“轻量化”的概念;
2、本发明中采用聚碳化二亚胺改性湿法聚醚聚碳共混聚氨酯树脂,发孔成肌性能好、成膜弹性好,赋予了产品良好的物理机械强度和革面平整度;
3、本发明所制备的成品除了具有超薄轻质量化的性能外,其皱折细小、手感柔韧性佳、成本低廉,大面积使用该产品可以较大程度减轻鞋子的重量,使鞋子穿着更加轻便、舒适,节约成本;
4、本发明制成的超薄轻量化运动休闲鞋革厚度:0.60-0.70mm,克重:280-300g/m2,拉断强度可达:径向≥350N/3cm;纬向≥350N/3cm,撕裂强度:径向≥50N;纬向≥50N,低温曲折-20℃*8万次不裂,10%NAOH碱液测试72小时剥离强度≥90N/3cm;
具体实施方式
本发明超薄轻量化运动休闲鞋革制造方法主要经过三个制备过程,首先,选用厚度0.3-0.4mm、纤维成份质量比:锦纶:涤纶=0-100:100-0的超薄复合布基作为基材,采用湿法合成革生产设备,将超薄复合布基通过聚氨酯浸渍浆料浸渍,经过浓度为30-40%的DMF水溶液凝聚后,经过温度为110-130℃烫平辊,再在超薄复合布基正面涂覆聚氨酯涂层浆料,依次经过凝聚、水洗、烘干制得湿法合成革半成品;采用砂纸目数100~240目、砂轮转速800~2000转/分钟的后处理磨皮机将湿法合成革半成品表面进行定向磨削2-6丝,提高坯革表面平整度;采用干式合成革生产设备,首先在离型纸上涂覆一层厚度5-15丝热塑性聚氨酯树脂干法涂层浆料,烘干后,再涂覆一层厚度5-15丝热塑性聚氨酯干法粘结层浆料,再经过烘箱烘至半干,贴合上经过处理的湿法合成革半成品,80-160℃条件下烘干,熟成后得超薄轻量化运动休闲鞋革成品。
实施例1
本实施例按以下步骤进行:
1、选用厚度0.4mm、纤维成份质量比(锦纶:涤纶=50:50)的超薄复合布基作为基材;
超薄复合布基是由机织布与无纺布(两者的纤维成份皆为质量比为50:50的锦纶与涤纶)通过铺网针刺粘合的方式加工而成。
2、采用湿法合成革生产设备,将超薄复合布基经过含浸涂湿法工艺,制成湿法半成品;
聚氨酯浸渍浆料是由以下质量份数的各原料得到:
聚氨酯浸渍浆料的配制方法是:向湿法配料釜中依次加入DMF 250份、泼水剂F-3D 0.8份,并在常温常压下搅拌10分钟,再在常温常压下边搅拌边依次加入聚酯聚氨酯树脂SW-402860份、聚酯聚氨酯树脂SW-5025 50份和色浆BLPN-560 6份,然后再在常温常压下搅拌15分钟,即得聚氨酯浸渍浆料;
聚氨酯涂层浆料由以下质量份数的各原料得到:
聚氨酯涂层浆料的配制方法为:
向湿法配料釜中依次加入DMF 110份、泼水剂F-3D 0.6份、孔型调节剂HY-601 3份、消泡剂OH/60 0.2份以及色浆BLPN-560 3份,常温常压下搅拌10分钟后,加入CaCO3共5份、木质粉JRS 20份,常温常压下充分搅拌10分钟,在常温常压下边搅拌边依次加入聚醚聚碳共混聚氨酯树脂SW-6102A 220份、聚酯聚氨酯树脂SW-4080H 110份,然后再在常温常压下搅拌25分钟,最后在常温真空度≤-0.75bar的条件下搅拌40分钟,得到聚氨酯涂层浆料。
3、采用后处理磨皮机将湿法合成革半成品表面进行定向磨削、提高坯革表面平整度;
磨削工艺基本要求为:
4、采用干式合成革生产设备,首先在离型纸上涂覆一层热塑性聚氨酯树脂干法涂层浆料(涂覆厚度为5丝),120℃烘干后,再涂覆一层热塑性聚氨酯干法粘结层浆料(涂覆厚度为5丝),再经过烘箱120℃烘至半干后,贴合上经过处理的湿法合成革半成品,120℃烘干,熟成后得超薄轻量化运动休闲鞋革成品。
贴面处理所用的干法工艺的干法涂层浆料的原料及配比为:
聚氨酯浆料LT-50,    100份;
DMF(二甲基甲酰胺),  20份;
色浆BLPN-560,       2份;
干法顶涂层浆料的配制方法是:向干法配料桶中加入DMF 20份、在常温常压下边搅拌边加入聚氨酯浆料LT-50 100份、最后加入色浆BLPN-560 2份,然后在常温常压下搅拌15分钟,最后在常温真空度≤-0.75bar的条件下搅拌30分钟,制得干法顶涂层浆料;
干法工艺的干法粘结层浆料的原料及配比为:
聚氨酯浆料SA-3635,  130份;
DMF(二甲基甲酰胺),  10份;
干法粘结层浆料的配制方法是:向干法配料桶中加入DMF 10份、在常温常压下边搅拌边加入聚氨酯浆料SA-3635 130份,然后在常温常压下搅拌10分钟,最后在常温真空度≤-0.75bar的条件下搅拌40分钟,制得干法粘结层浆料;
干法工艺的工艺条件为:
经测试,本发明制成的超薄轻质量化运动休闲鞋革厚度:0.65-0.70mm,克重:290g/M2,拉断强度:径向:430N/3cm;纬向375N/3cm,撕裂强度:径向56N;纬向58N,低温曲折-20℃8万次不裂,10%NAOH碱液测试72小时剥离强度120N/3cm,皱折细小、手感柔韧性好。
实施例2
本实施例按以下步骤进行:
1、选用厚度0.35mm,纤维成份质量比(锦纶:涤纶=40:60)的超薄复合布基作为基材;超薄复合布基是由机织布与无纺布(两者的纤维成份皆为质量比为40:60的锦纶与涤纶)通过铺网针刺粘合的方式加工而成。
2、采用湿法合成革生产设备,将超薄复合布基经过含浸涂湿法工艺,制成湿法半成品;
聚氨酯浸渍浆料是由以下质量份数的各原料得到:
聚氨酯浸渍浆料的配制方法是:向湿法配料釜中依次加入DMF 220份、泼水剂F-3D 0.6份,并在常温常压下搅拌10分钟,再在常温常压下边搅拌边依次加入聚酯聚氨酯树脂SW-402870份、聚酯聚氨酯树脂SW-5025 40份和色浆BLPN-560 5份,然后再在常温常压下搅拌15分钟,制得聚氨酯浸渍浆料;

聚氨酯涂层浆料的配制方法为:向湿法配料釜中依次加入DMF 130份、泼水剂F-3D 0.5份、孔型调节剂HY-601 2.5份、消泡剂OH/60 0.3份以及色浆BLPN-560 4份,常温常压下搅拌10分钟后,加入CaCO3共10份、木质粉JRS 15份,常温常压下充分搅拌10分钟,在常温常压下边搅拌边依次加入聚醚聚碳共混聚氨酯树脂SW-6102A 250份、聚酯聚氨酯树脂SW-4080H 80份,然后再在常温常压下搅拌25分钟,最后在常温真空度≤-0.75bar的条件下搅拌40分钟,得到聚氨酯涂层浆料。
3、采用后处理磨皮机将湿法合成革半成品表面进行定向磨削、提高坯革表面平整度;
所述磨削工艺基本要求为:
4、采用干式合成革生产设备,首先在离型纸上涂覆一层热塑性聚氨酯树脂干法涂层浆料(涂覆厚度为8丝),140℃烘干后,再涂覆一层热塑性聚氨酯干法粘结层浆料(涂覆厚度为6丝),再经过140℃烘至半干后,贴合上经过处理的湿法合成革半成品,140℃烘干,熟成后得超薄轻量化运动休闲鞋革成品。
贴面处理所用的干法工艺的干法涂层浆料的原料及配比为:
聚氨酯浆料LT-50,    120份;
DMF(二甲基甲酰胺),  40份;
色浆BLPN-560,       3份;
干法顶涂层浆料的配制方法是:向干法配料桶中加入DMF 40份、在常温常压下边搅拌边加入聚氨酯浆料LT-50 120份、最后加入色浆BLPN-560 3份,然后在常温常压下搅拌15分钟,最后在常温真空度≤-0.75bar的条件下搅拌30分钟,制得干法顶涂层浆料;
干法工艺的干法粘结层浆料的原料及配比为:
聚氨酯浆料SA-3635    130份;
DMF(二甲基甲酰胺),  15份;
干法粘结层浆料的配制方法是:向干法配料桶中加入DMF15份、在常温常压下边搅拌边加入聚氨酯浆料SA-3635共130份,然后在常温常压下搅拌10分钟,最后在常温真空度≤-0.75bar的条件下搅拌40分钟,制得干法粘结层浆料;
干法工艺的工艺条件为:
经测试,本发明制成的超薄轻质量化运动休闲鞋革厚度:0.60-0.65mm,克重:285g/M2,拉断强度:径向:400N/3cm;纬向373N/3cm,撕裂强度:径向54N;纬向58N,低温曲折-20℃8万次不裂,10%NAOH碱液测试72小时剥离强度130N/3cm皱折细小、手感柔韧性好。
上述实施例中:DMF采用中国烟台万华公司的产品;孔型调节剂HY-601为常州市人杰精细化工有限公司;木质素采用德国JRS公司牌号为BE-300的产品,细度为300目;消泡剂OH/60为金湖县德兴精细化工厂产品;泼水剂F-3D为上海日深化工有限公司产品;色浆BLPN-560为浙江深蓝轻纺科技有限公司产品;聚氨酯树脂SW-4028、SW-5025、SW-4080H、聚醚聚碳共混聚氨酯树脂SW-6102A均为合肥安利聚氨酯新材料有限公司产品。
聚氨酯树脂LT-50和聚氨酯树脂SA-3635均为合肥安利聚氨酯新材料有限公司产品。

Claims (3)

1.一种超薄轻量化运动休闲鞋革的制造方法,其特征在于按如下步骤进行:
a、采用湿法合成革生产设备,将超薄复合布基通过聚氨酯浸渍浆料浸渍,经过浓度为30-40%的DMF水溶液凝聚后,经过温度为110-130℃烫平辊,然后在所述超薄复合布基正面涂覆聚氨酯涂层浆料,再依次经过凝聚、水洗、烘干制得湿法合成革半成品;
所述超薄复合布基是由机织布与无纺布通过铺网针刺粘合的方式加工而成,所述超薄复合布基的厚度为0.3-0.4mm,所述超薄复合布基的纤维成份为质量比为0-100:100-0的锦纶与涤纶,所述超薄复合布基以机织布面为正面;
所述聚氨酯浸渍浆料的各组分的重量份配比为:
所述聚氨酯涂层浆料的各组分的重量份配比为:
b、采用后处理磨皮机将所述湿法合成革半成品表面进行定向磨削,提高所述湿法合成革半成品表面平整度;
c、采用干式合成革生产设备,首先在离型纸上涂覆一层热塑性聚氨酯树脂干法涂层浆料,烘干后,再涂覆一层热塑性聚氨酯干法粘结层浆料,再经过烘箱烘至半干时,贴合上表面进行过定向磨削的湿法合成革半成品,烘干、熟成后即得超薄轻量化运动休闲鞋革成品;
所述热塑性聚氨酯树脂干法涂层浆料的各组分的重量份配比为:
聚氨酯浆料LT-50                   100-150份;
二甲基甲酰胺                      10-50份;
色浆BLPN-560                     0-10份;
所述热塑性聚氨酯干法粘结层浆料的各组分的重量份配比为:
聚氨酯浆料SA-3635                120-180份;
二甲基甲酰胺                     10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其特征在于:
步骤b中采用后处理磨皮机将所述湿法合成革半成品表面进行定向磨削的条件为:磨削机的砂纸目数为100~240目,砂轮转速为800~2000转/分钟,车速为6~12米/分钟,磨削量为2~6丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其特征在于:
步骤c中热塑性聚氨酯树脂干法涂层浆料的涂覆厚度为5~15丝,烘干温度为80-160℃;热塑性聚氨酯干法粘结层浆料的涂覆厚度为5~15丝,烘干温度为80-160℃,生产车速12M/min。
