Abstract
本发明提供了一种秸塑装饰板及其制造方法,该装饰板材为5层复合结构,由上至下分别为PVC复合层、胶粘层、PVC秸塑板、胶黏层、XPE减震隔音层。通过新的连续生产制造方法,从而使该装饰板材不怕虫蛀,不生真菌,抗强酸强碱,不吸收水分,不易变形,力学性能好,制品耐用性比单一材料高数倍,具有坚硬、强韧、耐久、耐磨、尺寸稳定等优点。它也是一种环保材料,原料丰富可回收,减少环境污染、保护森林资源、促进经济发展具有良好经济效益、社会效益和环保效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于装饰板材技术领域,主要涉及一种秸塑装饰板及其制造方法。
背景技术
目前我国秸秆利用率和利用水平都很低,绝大部分直接焚烧处理,这就造成了非常严重的环境污染,甚至对航空及高速公路交通的安全性产生严重的影响。PVC/秸秆复合发泡材料就是将PVC、秸秆纤维及其他助剂按一定比例混合,经塑料成型设备加热熔融成的一种含有连续均匀分布微孔发泡的复合材料。该复合材料有效利用了秸秆和废旧PVC,制得的产品与未发泡的PVC/秸秆复合材料相比密度大幅降低,节省了大量原料,装饰板应用领域有着广阔的发展前景。
但现有技术生产的秸塑板发泡孔径较大表面粗糙,拉伸弹性模量和弯曲弹性模量不好,加热尺寸变化率大易变形,没有减震隔音效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供了一种秸塑装饰板,其特征在于:该秸塑装饰板由上至小分别为PVC复合层、胶粘层、PVC秸塑板、胶粘层、XPE减震隔音层。
本发明中PVC秸塑板使用了聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂、稻麦或其他农作物秸秆粉、钙锌复合稳定剂、自制复合发泡剂、发泡调节剂和润滑剂,具体组分及重量份为:
本发明中PVC秸塑板使用了稻麦或其他农作物秸秆粉是将农作物秸秆干燥、破碎后磨粉得到粒径为80目以上的秸秆粉半成品,将磨好的秸秆粉半成品加入5-8%偶联剂高速搅拌30分钟处理得到。
本发明中PVC秸塑板使用了自制复合发泡剂是使用ADC(偶氮二甲酰胺)发泡剂、OBSH(4,4-氧代双苯磺酰肼)发泡剂、小苏打、氧化铝按照3∶3∶1.5∶1的比例混合而成。
本发明中PVC秸塑板使用了加入5-8%偶联剂处理的粒径为80目以上秸秆粉和自制复合发泡剂生产的秸塑板提高了秸塑板各组分的相容性,发泡泡孔为闭孔,孔径≤0.01mm且均匀犀利,吸音和隔音系数≥0.8。本发明使用以上组分及重量份,物理性能更高:邵氏硬度>55D、拉伸强度≥25MPa、弯曲弹性模量≥1000MPa、80℃加热尺寸变化率≤0.5%。
本发明中PVC复合层由下至上使用了PVC压延片、PVC花纹膜、PVC透明耐磨片用自动复合线复合压花后在表面PVC透明耐磨片上淋膜UV油经紫外线固化而成。
本发明中胶粘层为涂环保胶黏剂或热熔胶滚压而成。
本发明中XPE减震隔音层为化学交联聚乙烯发泡材料,是用低密度聚乙烯树脂加交联剂和发泡剂经过高温连续发泡而成,抗拉强度高,泡孔均匀犀利,减震消音。
本发明秸塑装饰板的制造方法为:
(1)PVC复合层制备:
将PVC压延片、PVC花纹膜、PVC透明耐磨片卷材经自动复合线180-250℃复合压花水冷却干燥后,经UV机淋膜UV油紫外线固化后,经90-140℃回火水冷干燥制备PVC复合层卷材。
(2)稻麦或其他农作物秸秆粉制备:
将农作物秸秆干燥、破碎后磨粉得到粒径为80目以上的秸秆粉半成品,将磨好的秸秆粉半成品加入5-8%偶联剂高速搅拌30分钟后制成秸秆粉待用。
(3)PVC秸塑板制备及贴胶复合:
按照PVC秸塑板配方比例称重后一起加入高速混合机热混搅拌到120-130℃放入冷混搅拌冷却到50-60℃,加入PVC秸塑板挤出线160-170℃恒温挤出、经挤出模具160-180℃发泡、定型模模压冷却定型、牵引形成PVC秸塑板。PVC秸塑板经涂胶机双面涂布各50-80g/m2的胶黏剂,贴合PVC复合层和XPE减震隔音层后经牵引滚压机5-8MPa压力下滚压后切割制成秸塑装饰板;或者用热熔胶机150-165℃热涂布热熔胶后贴合PVC复合层和XPE减震隔音层,经0.5-1MPa滚压后切割制成秸塑装饰板。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种秸塑装饰板,其特征在于该秸塑装饰板包括秸塑板、粘合层、PVC复合层,其中秸塑板配方为:聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂100份、稻麦或其他农作物秸秆粉100份、钙锌复合稳定剂7份、发泡剂3.0份、发泡调节剂12份和润滑剂2.0份。使用了加入5-8%偶联剂处理的粒径为80目以上秸秆粉和自制复合发泡剂生产的秸塑板提高了秸塑板各组分的相容性,发泡泡孔为闭孔,孔径≤0.01mm且均匀犀利,吸音和隔音系数≥0.8。本发明使用以上组分及重量份,物理性能更高:邵氏硬度>55D、拉伸强度≥25MPa、弯曲弹性模量≥1000MPa、80℃加热尺寸变化率≤0.5%。秸塑装饰板具有抗老化耐候性能优、质量轻、防水、耐磨、膨胀率小、柔韧性好、装饰性好、节能卫生环保、使用寿命长等优点。
实施例2:
一种秸塑装饰板,其特征在于该秸塑装饰板包括秸塑板、粘合层、PVC复合层,其中秸塑基材配方为:聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂100份、稻麦或其他农作物秸秆粉10份、钙锌复合稳定剂4份、发泡剂0.6份、发泡调节剂6份和润滑剂1.0份。使用了加入5-8%偶联剂处理的粒径为80目以上秸秆粉和自制复合发泡剂生产的秸塑板提高了秸塑板各组分的相容性,发泡泡孔为闭孔,孔径≤0.01mm且均匀犀利,吸音和隔音系数≥0.8。本发明使用以上组分及重量份,物理性能更高:邵氏硬度>55D、拉伸强度≥25MPa、弯曲弹性模量≥1000MPa、80℃加热尺寸变化率≤0.5%。秸塑装饰板具有抗老化耐候性能优、质量轻、防水、耐磨、膨胀率小、柔韧性好、装饰性好、节能卫生环保、使用寿命长等优点。
实施例3:
按照实施例1,2所述的秸塑装饰板的制造方法为:
(1)PVC复合层制备:
将PVC压延片、PVC花纹膜、PVC透明耐磨片卷材经自动复合线180-250℃复合压花水冷却干燥后,经UV机淋膜UV油紫外线固化后,经90-140C回火水冷干燥制备PVC复合层卷材。

(3)PVC秸塑板制备及贴胶复合:
按照PVC秸塑板配方比例称重后一起加入高速混合机热混搅拌到120-130℃放入冷混搅拌冷却到50-60℃,加入PVC秸塑板挤出线160-170℃恒温挤出、经挤出模具160-180℃发泡、定型模模压冷却定型、牵引形成PVC秸塑板。PVC秸塑板经涂胶机双面涂布各50-80g/m2的胶黏剂,贴合PVC复合层和XPE减震隔音层后经牵引滚压机5-8MPa压力下滚压后切割制成秸塑装饰板;或者用热熔胶机150-165℃热涂布热熔胶后贴合PVC复合层和XPE减震隔音层,经0.5-1MPa滚压后切割制成秸塑装饰板。
XPE减震隔音层为化学交联聚乙烯发泡材料,抗拉强度高,泡孔均匀犀利,减震消音。秸塑装饰板硬度提高2-8倍,耐磨性可提高4-5倍,耐磨性甚至比大理石还高。其吸湿性和吸湿膨胀率也较低,耐大气腐蚀能力很强。又予种特殊的性能。此外,它也是一种环保材料,原料丰富可回收,减少环境污染、保护森林资源、促进经济发展具有良好经济效益、社会效益和环保效益。
Claims (7)
1.一种秸塑装饰板,其包括5层复合结构,由上至下分别为PVC复合层、胶粘层、PVC秸塑板、胶粘层和XPE减震隔音层;其特征在于所述的PVC秸塑板配方质量份组成为:
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种秸塑装饰板,其特征在于:稻麦或其他农作物秸秆粉是将农作物秸秆干燥、破碎后磨粉得到粒径为80目以上的秸秆粉半成品,将磨好的秸秆粉半成品加入5-8%偶联剂高速搅拌30分钟处理得到。
3.根据权利要求1-2之一所述的一种秸塑装饰板,其特征在于:自制复合发泡剂是使用ADC(偶氮二甲酰胺)发泡剂、OBSH(4,4-氧代双苯磺酰肼)发泡剂、小苏打、氧化铝按照3∶3∶1.5∶1的比例混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的一种秸塑装饰板,其特征在于:PVC复合层由下至上使用了PVC压延片、PVC花纹膜、PVC透明耐磨片用自动复合线复合压花后在表面PVC透明耐磨片上淋膜UV油经紫外线固化而成。
5.根据前前述权利要求之一所述的一种秸塑装饰板,其特征在于:所述胶粘层为涂环保胶黏剂或热熔胶滚压而成。
6.根据前前述权利要求之一所述的一种秸塑装饰板,其特征在于:所述XPE减震隔音层为化学交联聚乙烯发泡材料,是用低密度聚乙烯树脂加交联剂和发泡剂经过高温连续发泡而成。
7.根据权利要求1-6之一所述的一种秸塑装饰板的制造方法,其特征在于:(1)PVC复合层制备:
将PVC压延片、PVC花纹膜、PVC透明耐磨片卷材经自动复合线180-250℃复合压花水冷却干燥后,经UV机淋膜UV油紫外线固化后,经90-140℃回火水冷干燥制备PVC复合层卷材;
