本发明公开了一种持久防污防锈漆,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液4-6、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚0.4-0.8、三聚磷酸钠1-2、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯3-4、超细云母粉3-5、防结皮剂0.4-1.0、抗氧剂10101-2、钼酸锌3-4、羊毛脂2-3、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、甲苯9-12、磺化蓖麻油2-3、聚丁二烯树脂33-35、环氧酚醛树脂28-32、正丁醇8-11、硅藻土3-5、轻质碳酸钙4-6、助剂4-7;本发明的防锈漆防锈时间长,还具有防污的功能,易擦洗,且硬度和耐磨性好,耐洗刷次数高,不易有划痕,本发明原料来源广泛,制备工艺简单,操作方便,成本低,功能全,适宜推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油漆及其制备方法,特别是一种持久防污防锈漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
    涂料是一种涂覆在被保护和被装饰基体表面并能形成牢固附着的连续薄膜的新型高分子材料和配套工程材料,应用领域极其广泛。在城市建的设当中,钢铁等金属材料的使用在发展中起到了不可忽视的作用,大多数船舶、汽车、室外电力保护等机械设备常常需要更换,它们不是到了使用寿命期报废的,而是被日晒、雨淋锈蚀所损坏的。据有关资料报道,全世界每年因为金属等材料腐蚀造成的经济损失大约在7000亿美元,占各国国民生产总值的2~4%,中国每年金属腐蚀损失也约占国民生产总值的4%左右。与其他各种防腐蚀手段相比,防锈涂料是最经济、最方便有效、应用最普遍的防腐材料,因此,人们习惯地把能够在自然条件下(即在大气、水和土壤等之中)防止金属腐蚀的底漆称为防锈涂料(或防腐底漆、防腐涂料、防锈底漆),防锈涂料占涂料总量约四分之一,是涂料最重要的组成部分。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种持久防污防锈漆及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种持久防污防锈漆,由下列重量份的原料制成:苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液4-6、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚0.4-0.8、三聚磷酸钠1-2、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯3-4、超细云母粉3-5、防结皮剂0.4-1.0、抗氧剂10101-2、钼酸锌3-4、羊毛脂2-3、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、甲苯9-12、磺化蓖麻油2-3、聚丁二烯树脂33-35、环氧酚醛树脂28-32、正丁醇8-11、硅藻土3-5、轻质碳酸钙4-6、助剂4-7;
所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:纳米陶瓷纤维6-8、岩棉纤维4-6、氧化石油脂钡皂2-3、石油磺酸钡2-3、动物胶2-3、白油10-15、单硬脂酸甘油酯1-3、乙醇10-14、环氧蓖麻油2-4、吗啉2-4、蛭石粉3-4、硅烷偶联剂KH5501-2、二甲基硅油1-2、苯乙烯7-11、橡胶粉4-6、硅藻土粉3-5、高耐磨炭黑3-4;制备方法是(1)将蛭石粉、苯乙烯、橡胶粉和硅藻土粉混合,加到流化床中;(2)将纳米陶瓷纤维、岩棉纤维、单硬脂酸甘油酯、动物胶和乙醇混合,加热至50-60°C,经强烈震荡形成混合液,然后输入流化床使其雾化,喷涂在步骤(1)的混合物上;(3)将白油加热至100-120°C,再加入硅烷偶联剂KH550、步骤(2)的产物及其它剩余物质,搅拌反应1-2小时后充分研磨即可得到。
本发明所述一种持久防污防锈漆,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将超细云母粉、硅藻土、轻质碳酸钙加到正丁醇和甲苯的混合溶液中,超声分散20-30分钟,加热至50-80°C时加入磺化蓖麻油、抗氧剂1010、助剂继续搅拌反应30-40分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)的产物继续升高温度至70-90°C,加入苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、聚丁二烯树脂、环氧酚醛树脂、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷,1200-1400转/分下高速混合搅拌反应1-2小时;
(3)将剩余物质加到步骤(2)的产物中,混合均匀后加到研磨机中研磨分散均匀,过滤得到细度为20-40μm的物料,包装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的防锈漆防锈时间长,还具有防污的功能,易擦洗,且硬度和耐磨性好,耐洗刷次数高,不易有划痕,本发明原料来源广泛,制备工艺简单,操作方便,成本低,功能全,适宜推广。
具体实施方案
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
 一种持久防污防锈漆,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液5、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚0.6、三聚磷酸钠1、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯3、超细云母粉4、防结皮剂0.7、抗氧剂10101、钼酸锌4、羊毛脂2、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1、甲苯10、磺化蓖麻油3、聚丁二烯树脂34、环氧酚醛树脂28、正丁醇9、硅藻土3、轻质碳酸钙4、助剂5;
所述助剂是由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:纳米陶瓷纤维6、岩棉纤维5、氧化石油脂钡皂2、石油磺酸钡2、动物胶3、白油12、单硬脂酸甘油酯1、乙醇13、环氧蓖麻油2、吗啉3、蛭石粉3、硅烷偶联剂KH5502、二甲基硅油1、苯乙烯10、橡胶粉5、硅藻土粉4、高耐磨炭黑3;制备方法是(1)将蛭石粉、苯乙烯、橡胶粉和硅藻土粉混合,加到流化床中;(2)将纳米陶瓷纤维、岩棉纤维、单硬脂酸甘油酯、动物胶和乙醇混合,加热至50-60°C,经强烈震荡形成混合液,然后输入流化床使其雾化,喷涂在步骤(1)的混合物上;(3)将白油加热至100-120°C,再加入硅烷偶联剂KH550、步骤(2)的产物及其它剩余物质,搅拌反应1-2小时后充分研磨即可得到。

(2)将步骤(1)的产物继续升高温度至70-90°C,加入苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、聚丁二烯树脂、环氧酚醛树脂、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷,1200-1400转/分下高速混合搅拌反应1-2小时;
(3)将剩余物质加到步骤(2)的产物中,混合均匀后加到研磨机中研磨分散均匀,过滤得到细度为20-40μm的物料,包装即可。
本发明的油漆为均匀流体无硬块,附着力:2级,柔韧性:1级,冲击强度≥65,硬度≥2H,耐高温(130°C)≥450H,耐油性(90#汽油,56h):不起泡,不脱落,漆膜落砂耐磨性实验(L/um)≥3,耐人工气候老化性实验:通过1200小时,耐碱性实验:120h漆膜无破损。

Claims (2)

1.一种持久防污防锈漆,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液4-6、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚0.4-0.8、三聚磷酸钠1-2、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯3-4、超细云母粉3-5、防结皮剂0.4-1.0、抗氧剂10101-2、钼酸锌3-4、羊毛脂2-3、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、甲苯9-12、磺化蓖麻油2-3、聚丁二烯树脂33-35、环氧酚醛树脂28-32、正丁醇8-11、硅藻土3-5、轻质碳酸钙4-6、助剂4-7;
所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:纳米陶瓷纤维6-8、岩棉纤维4-6、氧化石油脂钡皂2-3、石油磺酸钡2-3、动物胶2-3、白油10-15、单硬脂酸甘油酯1-3、乙醇10-14、环氧蓖麻油2-4、吗啉2-4、蛭石粉3-4、硅烷偶联剂KH5501-2、二甲基硅油1-2、苯乙烯7-11、橡胶粉4-6、硅藻土粉3-5、高耐磨炭黑3-4;制备方法是(1)将蛭石粉、苯乙烯、橡胶粉和硅藻土粉混合,加到流化床中;(2)将纳米陶瓷纤维、岩棉纤维、单硬脂酸甘油酯、动物胶和乙醇混合,加热至50-60°C,经强烈震荡形成混合液,然后输入流化床使其雾化,喷涂在步骤(1)的混合物上;(3)将白油加热至100-120°C,再加入硅烷偶联剂KH550、步骤(2)的产物及其它剩余物质,搅拌反应1-2小时后充分研磨即可得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种持久防污防锈漆,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将超细云母粉、硅藻土、轻质碳酸钙加到正丁醇和甲苯的混合溶液中,超声分散20-30分钟,加热至50-80°C时加入磺化蓖麻油、抗氧剂1010、助剂继续搅拌反应30-40分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)的产物继续升高温度至70-90°C,加入苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、聚丁二烯树脂、环氧酚醛树脂、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷,1200-1400转/分下高速混合搅拌反应1-2小时;
(3)将剩余物质加到步骤(2)的产物中,混合均匀后加到研磨机中研磨分散均匀,过滤得到细度为20-40μm的物料,包装即可。
