Abstract
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,尤其涉及一种耐寒透湿型聚氨酯树脂的制备方法。该方法利用聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇,乙二醇和丁二醇为主要原料制备出新型树脂。本发明涉及一种耐寒透湿涂层聚氨酯树脂,可以有效解决现在的涂层树脂在冬天寒冷天气、以及东北寒冷地区手感***,穿着不舒服的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,尤其涉及一种耐寒透湿型聚氨酯树脂的制备方法。
背景技术
目前在服装行业,人们对衣服穿着质量要求日趋高涨。不但要保暖防风,透气透湿,还要在严寒的冬天,也能保持一定的柔软性。现有的涂层树脂在保暖透湿度方面,基本都能满足要求,但是在-20℃到-30℃的低温下,手感就会像纸板一样的硬,穿在身上极不舒服。
本发明主要提供了一种耐寒透湿涂层聚氨酯树脂,以解决现在的涂层树脂在冬天寒冷天气、以及东北寒冷地区手感***,穿着不舒服的问题。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种耐寒透湿型聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其步骤为:
(1)依次把聚酯多元醇1-5克、聚醚多元醇20—40克,乙二醇1-2克和丁二醇1-2克投入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
(2)再向反应釜内加入二甲基甲酰胺4.5—9克、丁酮4.5-9克和甲苯4.5-9克,升温到40-60℃,充分搅拌15—30分钟;
(3)将六亚甲基二异氰酸酯5—10克和有机锡类催化剂0.01-0.05克,加入反应釜中,保持搅拌,升温至70-80℃反应1-2小时;
(4)再向反应釜内分段加入甲苯二异氰酸酯5—10克,保持搅拌,继续反应5—6小时;
(5)当反应釜内物料粘度到达250000-300000cps/25℃范围内时,加入二甲基甲酰胺10.5—6克、丁酮10.5-6克和甲苯10.5-6克,控制最终粘度在100000-150000cps/25℃范围内;
(6)最后加入助剂0.1-0.5克,充分搅拌0.5-1小时,冷却、过滤、包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,步骤(1)中使用的聚酯多元醇的分子量在2000—3000之间,聚酯多元醇为己二酸新戊二醇酯,己二酸丁二醇酯,己二酸戊二醇酯中的一种或者它们的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,步骤(1)中使用的聚醚多元醇的分子量在2000—5000之间,聚醚多元醇为聚四亚甲基醚二醇,聚氧化乙烯二醇,聚氧化丙烯二醇中的一种或者它们的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,步骤(6)中使用的助剂由抗氧剂、树脂安定剂、黄变防止剂组成。

下面结合优选实施例对本发明所述的一种耐寒透湿型聚氨酯树脂的制备方法作进一步的说明。
实施例一:一种耐寒透湿型聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其步骤为:
(1)依次把聚酯多元醇1克、聚醚多元醇20克,乙二醇1克和丁二醇1克投入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
(2)再向反应釜内加入二甲基甲酰胺4.5克、丁酮4.5克和甲苯4.5克,升温到40℃,充分搅拌15分钟;
(3)将六亚甲基二异氰酸酯5克和有机锡类催化剂0.01克,加入反应釜中,保持搅拌,升温至70℃反应1小时;
(4)再向反应釜内分段加入甲苯二异氰酸酯5克,保持搅拌,继续反应5小时;
(5)当反应釜内物料粘度到达250000—300000cps/25℃范围内时,加入二甲基甲酰胺10.5克、丁酮10.5克和甲苯10.5克,控制最终粘度在100000—150000cps/25℃范围内;
(6)最后加入助剂0.1克,充分搅拌0.5小时,冷却、过滤、包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,步骤(1)中使用的聚酯多元醇的分子量在2000—3000之间,聚酯多元醇为己二酸新戊二醇酯,己二酸丁二醇酯,己二酸戊二醇酯中的一种或者它们的混合物。

实施例二:一种耐寒透湿型聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其步骤为:
(1)依次把聚酯多元醇5克、聚醚多元醇40克,乙二醇2克和丁二醇2克投入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
(2)再向反应釜内加入二甲基甲酰胺9克、丁酮9克和甲苯9克,升温到60℃,充分搅拌30分钟;
(3)将六亚甲基二异氰酸酯10克和有机锡类催化剂0.05克,加入反应釜中,保持搅拌,升温至80℃反应2小时;
(4)再向反应釜内分段加入甲苯二异氰酸酯10克,保持搅拌,继续反应6小时;
(5)当反应釜内物料粘度到达250000—300000cps/25℃范围内时,加入二甲基甲酰胺6克、丁酮6克和甲苯6克,控制最终粘度在100000-150000cps/25℃范围内;
(6)最后加入助剂0.5克,充分搅拌1小时,冷却、过滤、包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,步骤(1)中使用的聚酯多元醇的分子量在2000—3000之间,聚酯多元醇为己二酸新戊二醇酯,己二酸丁二醇酯,己二酸戊二醇酯中的一种或者它们的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,步骤(1)中使用的聚醚多元醇的分子量在2000-5000之间,聚醚多元醇为聚四亚甲基醚二醇,聚氧化乙烯二醇,聚氧化丙烯二醇中的一种或者它们的混合物。

实施例三:一种耐寒透湿型聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其步骤为:
(1)依次把聚酯多元醇3克、聚醚多元醇30克,乙二醇1.5克和丁二醇1.5克投入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
(2)再向反应釜内加入二甲基甲酰胺7克、丁酮7克和甲苯7克,升温到50℃,充分搅拌25分钟;
(3)将六亚甲基二异氰酸酯8克和有机锡类催化剂0.035克,加入反应釜中,保持搅拌,升温至75℃反应1.5小时;
(4)再向反应釜内分段加入甲苯二异氰酸酯8克,保持搅拌,继续反应5.5小时;
(5)当反应釜内物料粘度到达250000—300000cps/25℃范围内时,加入二甲基甲酰胺8克、丁酮8克和甲苯8克,控制最终粘度在100000—150000cps/25℃范围内;
(6)最后加入助剂0.3克,充分搅拌0.3小时,冷却、过滤、包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中使用的聚酯多元醇的分子量在2000—3000之间,聚酯多元醇为己二酸新戊二醇酯,己二酸丁二醇酯,己二酸戊二醇酯中的一种或者它们的混合物。

Claims (4)
1.一种耐寒透湿型聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于其制造方法为:
(1)依次把聚酯多元醇1—5克、聚醚多元醇20—40克,乙二醇1-2克和丁二醇1-2克投入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
(2)再向反应釜内加入二甲基甲酰胺4.5-9克、丁酮4.5-9克和甲苯4.5-9克,升温到40—60℃,充分搅拌15—30分钟;
(3)将六亚甲基二异氰酸酯5-10克和有机锡类催化剂0.01-0.05克,加入反应釜中,保持搅拌,升温至70-80℃反应1-2小时;
(4)再向反应釜内分段加入甲苯二异氰酸酯5—10克,保持搅拌,继续反应5—6小时;
(5)当反应釜内物料粘度到达250000—300000cps/25℃范围内时,加入二甲基甲酰胺10.5-6克、丁酮10.5-6克和甲苯10.5—6克,控制最终粘度在100000-150000cps/25℃范围内;
(6)最后加入助剂0.1-0.5克,充分搅拌0.5—1小时,冷却、过滤、包装。
