技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于车辆制动***液压设备的泵单元的低压密封圈,所述泵单元具有泵壳和在泵壳内可移动地被引导的泵活塞,其中,所述低压密封圈适用于密封泵壳以及密封泵活塞。此外,本发明还涉及这种低压密封圈在车辆制动***液压设备的泵单元上的应用。
背景技术
如在车辆制动***上用于调节防抱死功能期间制动压力的液压设备中具有泵壳,泵壳内特别是可以移动支承至少两个活塞。两个活塞借助唯一的偏心传动装置轴向往复运动并按照这种方式向各一个在活塞前构成的压力室吸入并从该压力室输出液压流体。压力室在此方面由本身的外壳套或也在活塞侧密封的缸包围。缸和活塞这样形成一个泵单元,其安装在外壳的阶梯孔内并经常从外面压紧。活塞在此方面进一步伸入外壳内偏心传动装置末端上所处的区域内。在这里称为低压区的该区域内还构成向缸内输送液压流体的管线。与此同时活塞与外壳之间原则上存在的环形间隙必须借助低压密封圈密封。低压密封圈因此在低压区与属于偏心传动装置的偏心室之间进行密封。在此方面所使用的低压密封圈优选作为大多由EPDM(三元乙丙橡胶)制造的O形圈或Q形圈构成并因此比较软。它们有利地在泵壳与泵活塞之间进行密封,但同时也面临在最不利的情况下在泵壳与泵活塞之间翻转的危险。这样会导致低压密封圈损坏和不密封性。
发明内容
依据本发明,提供一种用于车辆制动***液压设备的泵单元的低压密封圈,所述泵单元具有泵壳和在泵壳内可移动地被引导的泵活塞。低压密封圈适用于密封泵壳以及密封泵活塞。此外,低压密封圈还具有台阶,通过该台阶所述低压密封圈能够定位在泵壳处的台肩上。该台阶特别是指向径向外部并且于是贴靠在泵壳的指向径向内部的台肩上。
通过依据本发明的低压密封圈,在泵壳与泵活塞之间的密封特别是通过以下方式得到改善:低压密封圈利用其台阶安置在泵壳处的台肩上。通过该台阶首先产生一定程度的使制动流体的通流变得困难的迷宫效果。此外还可以沿轴向至少轻微地将定位在该台阶上的低压密封圈压紧到泵壳上以及在此必要时也可以至少轻微地轴向压缩该低压密封圈。这样轴向压缩的低压密封圈由于其材料的弹性,径向上也压靠到相邻的部件上并因此特别是压靠到泵活塞上。依据本发明的低压密封圈一定程度上也承担长度公差的公差补偿、也就是泵单元处轴向上的公差补偿的任务。低压密封圈的装配得到简化,因为其定位和位置可以借助台阶非常简单和自动地识别。最后需要注意的是,通过依据本发明的解决方案,特别是还可以可靠地防止低压密封圈在泵活塞上的倾斜。
所述台阶在低压密封圈的横截面中看,优选构造为直角的。这种台阶在泵壳方面以及在低压密封圈方面而言都是可以成本低廉地制造的。该台阶具有很强的迷宫效果并可以实现低压密封圈的可靠安装。
有利地,与所述台阶紧接着地形成有在低压密封圈的横截面中看为直的、朝向泵壳密封的第一密封面。这样构成的第一密封面使低压密封圈相对于泵壳在径向上定位。该密封面还附加地确保在泵壳与泵活塞之间尽可能的密封。此外,优选地为了改善密封在低压密封圈上设有用于密封到泵壳上的第一密封***部。
在依据本发明的低压密封圈上,此外有利地形成有在低压密封圈的横截面中看为直的、朝向泵活塞密封的第二密封面。泵活塞沿该第二密封面滑动,其中,该密封面特别有利地有助于在低压密封圈与泵活塞之间形成均匀的润滑膜。优选地,在依据本发明的低压密封圈上然后还设有用于附加地密封到泵活塞上的第二密封***部。
低压密封圈此外优选地构造有端侧的、朝向相邻的部件、特别是过滤器密封的第三密封面。第三密封面用作相邻部件的接触面,通过该接触面将低压密封圈沿轴向压靠到泵壳上,由此可以使低压密封圈既唯一定位地、还密封地贴靠到泵壳上。
相应地,本发明还涉及一种这种依据本发明的低压密封圈在车辆制动***液压设备的泵单元上的应用。该泵单元具有泵壳、在泵壳内可移动地被引导的泵活塞和用于过滤流入泵单元内的制动流体的过滤器。在此,低压密封圈利用其台阶定位在泵壳的台肩上并借助泵单元的另一部件压靠到泵壳上。
正如上面已经提到的那样,通过依据本发明的低压密封圈的这种应用,非常有利地在泵单元的长度方面产生公差补偿。此外,低压密封圈对泵壳的密封由于在台阶上向泵壳压紧而得到改善。同时低压密封圈在此受到轴向压缩,由此改善了低压密封圈对泵活塞的密封。因此产生低压密封圈既在外部向泵壳的、又在内部向泵活塞的径向压紧。这种压紧可以利用轴向施加到低压密封圈上的压紧力准确地调整到所希望的量。

具体实施方式
图1示出了液压设备的泵单元10,该泵单元设置在块状的泵壳12内。液压设备在对应的车辆制动***的车辆制动器上特别是可实现防抱死功能、防滑功能和行驶动态调节功能(ABS、ASR和ESP)。
在泵壳12内形成阶梯孔14,在该阶梯孔内设置泵单元10。阶梯孔14具有三个台肩16、18和20,通过这些台肩直径14从外向内呈阶梯式增加地缩小。泵单元10具有多件式的泵缸22,该泵缸包围同样为多件式的泵活塞24。
多件式的泵缸22包括一个环形的过滤器26,在该过滤器上,通过入口28可以从径向外部向径向内部穿过泵壳12输送制动流体。指向轴向外部地,缸杯30与该过滤器26连接,通过该缸杯包围压力室32。然后完全位于外部地设有与泵壳12流体密封地压密的缸盖34,通过该缸盖将过滤器26以及缸杯30并因此整个泵单元10保持在阶梯孔14内。在缸盖34内设有排出阀36,通过该排出阀可使处于压力下的制动流体受控地从压力室32导出到出口38。
多件式的泵活塞24构造有圆柱形的活塞杆40,该活塞杆位于孔14的轴向最内部的区域中。偏心轮44可以在一端面42上使活塞杆40沿轴向从孔14中运动出来。在活塞杆40的另一端面46上,活塞套48与该活塞杆邻接,通过入口28和过滤器26流入的制动流体可以经过该活塞套继续向径向内部流动。然后沿轴向一个活塞密封盘50与活塞套48邻接,其中,在活塞套48与活塞密封盘50之间设有用于将流入的制动流体输送到压力室32内的进入阀52。
活塞杆40作为泵活塞24的一部分在阶梯孔14的后面部分内借助导向圈54、支撑圈56和低压密封圈58被引导。通过低压密封圈58提供在过滤器26上存在的低压区60与偏心轮44上存在的完全无压力的偏心轮区域62之间的密封。
传统的低压密封圈58依据图1在此情况下设置在过滤器26与支承圈56之间、阶梯孔14的一个纯圆柱形的区域64内。为了将泵单元10支撑和固定在阶梯孔14内,过滤器26利用其内端部贴靠在第二台肩18上并支撑在该第二台肩上。
图2和图3示出了依据本发明的低压密封圈58,其沿径向指向外地或者说指向径向外部地具有直角的台阶66,低压密封圈利用该台阶定位在泵壳12的台肩18上。一方面通过台阶产生一定程度的迷宫效果,另一方面低压密封圈58由于沿径向施加给它的挤压压力不仅在外侧压紧在泵壳12上而且还在内侧压紧在泵活塞24上,由此低压密封圈58的这样支撑在泵壳12上的台阶66改善了在泵壳12和低压区60处的泵活塞24之间的密封。
这样构成和保持的低压密封圈58特别有利地通过以下方式满足其新型的密封功能:该低压密封圈与台阶66紧接着地具有在低压密封圈58的横截面中看为直的、朝向密封泵壳12密封且指向偏心轮区域62的第一密封面68。密封面68以同样用于泵壳12处的密封的第一密封***部70终止。此外,低压密封圈58在径向内侧还具有在横截面中看为直的、朝向泵活塞24密封的第二密封面72,该第二密封面朝向偏心轮室62以第二密封***部74终止。低压密封圈58在其朝向过滤器26的端面上构造有第三密封面76。该第三密封面76用作相邻过滤器26的接触面,通过该过滤器使低压密封圈58沿轴向压靠到泵壳12上。由此低压密封圈58特别地既唯一定位地、也密封地压紧在泵壳12和泵活塞24上。

Claims (7)

1.用于车辆制动***液压设备的泵单元(10)的低压密封圈(58),所述泵单元具有泵壳(12)和在该泵壳内可移动地被引导的泵活塞(24),其中,所述低压密封圈(58)能够密封所述泵壳(12)以及密封所述泵活塞(24)并且此外还具有台阶(66),通过该台阶所述低压密封圈能够定位在泵壳(12)处的台肩(18)上,其特征在于,与所述台阶(66)紧接着地形成有在所述低压密封圈(58)的横截面中看为直的、朝向所述泵壳(12)密封的第一密封面(68)。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的低压密封圈,其中,设有用于密封到所述泵壳(12)上的第一密封***部(70)。
