Abstract

本发明公开了一种光源模块,包括:供电板(10);若干LED芯片(20),阵列排布于所述供电板(10)的表面上;导光壳(30),设置于所述供电板(10)之上,且其底面与所述供电板(10)的表面结合,以将所述LED芯片(20)封装于所述导光壳(30)与所述供电板(10)之间。本发明还公开一种具有该光源模块的背光模组。本发明通过在供电板表面上打件LED芯片,而后在供电板表面上涂覆反光层,并将该供电板与LED芯片上方的导光壳结合为一体,形成一整体光源模块,可达到提高液晶显示器的可视区比例的目的。

Description

光源模块及具有该光源模块的背光模组
技术领域
本发明属于液晶显示技术领域,具体地讲,涉及一种能够提高可视区比例的光源模块及具有该光源模块的背光模组。
背景技术
液晶显示器具有轻薄、耗电少、辐射低等优点,被广泛应用于笔记本计算机、移动电话、电子词典等电子显示设备。通常液晶显示器包括相对设置的液晶显示面板及背光模组,其中,由于液晶显示面板无法自身发光,所以其必须借用背光模组提供的背光而显示影像。
目前,在移动通讯产品及便携类设备产品的设计中,背光模组所用的背光源均为将发光二极管(LED)芯片打件于柔性电路板上组成的灯条;对于此种光源,由于发光区及混光区的存在,无法做成全屏光源。如图1所示为现有技术中背光源对应的显示面板1,由于现有技术中的背光源的缺陷,造成了在该显示面板1上有显示区1a和非显示区1b。然而,目前随着该类产品的屏占比的不断提高,显示面板1的可视区比例(即显示区1a所占整个显示面板1的比例)成为该类产品开发的瓶颈。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种将供电板与导光壳相结合,并将打件于供电板表面上的LED芯片封装在二者之间的光源模块及具有该光源模块的背光模组,以达到提高液晶显示器的可视区比例的目的。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种光源模块,包括:供电板;若干LED芯片,阵列排布于所述供电板的表面上;导光壳,设置于所述供电板之上,且其底面与所述供电板的表面结合,以将所述LED芯片封装于所述导光壳与所述供电板之间。
进一步地,所述导光壳的底面具有若干凹槽,其中,所述LED芯片容置于对应的所述凹槽中。
进一步地,所述供电板表面设置有反光层。
进一步地,所述导光板的顶面上设置有若干网点。
进一步地,所述供电板为印刷电路板。
本发明还提供了一种背光模组,包括背框、胶框及光源模块,所述光源模块设置在所述背框之中,所述胶框设置在所述背框的侧壁与所述光源模块的侧面之间,所述光源模块包括:供电板,设置于所述背框的底板之上;若干LED芯片,阵列排布于所述供电板的表面上;导光壳,设置于所述供电板之上,且其底面与所述供电板的表面结合,以将所述LED芯片封装于所述导光壳与所述供电板之间。
进一步地,所述导光壳的底面具有若干凹槽,其中,所述LED芯片容置于对应的所述凹槽中。
进一步地,所述供电板的表面上设置有反光层。
进一步地,所述导光壳的顶面上设置有若干网点。
进一步地,所述供电板为印刷电路板。
本发明通过在供电板表面上打件LED芯片,而后在供电板表面上涂覆反光层,并将该供电板与LED芯片上方的导光壳结合为一体,形成一整体光源模块,可达到提高液晶显示器的可视区比例的目的。

具体实施方式
以下,将参照附图来详细描述本发明的实施例。然而,可以以许多不同的形式来实施本发明,并且本发明不应该被解释为限制于这里阐述的具体实施例。相反,提供这些实施例是为了解释本发明的原理及其实际应用,从而使本领域的其他技术人员能够理解本发明的各种实施例和适合于特定预期应用的各种修改。在附图中,为了清楚起见,可以夸大元件的形状和尺寸,并且相同的标号将始终被用于表示相同或相似的元件。
图2是根据本发明的实施例的背光模组的结构示意图。
参照图2,根据本发明的实施例的背光模组包括:用于提供光照的光源模块100、用于支撑光源模块100的背框200及夹设于背框200侧壁与光源模块100的侧面之间的胶框300;也就说,光源模块100设置在所述背框200之中。
胶框300在固定光源模块100的同时,可有效防止光源模块100与背框200之间因碰撞造成的破损。
图3是根据本发明的实施例的光源模块的结构示意图。
参照图3,上述光源模块100包括供电板10;在供电板10的表面上阵列排布的若干LED芯片20;及设置于供电板10之上的导光壳30,该导光壳30的底面与供电板10的表面结合,以将上述若干LED芯片20封装于导光壳30与供电板10之间。
在本实施例中,导光壳30的底面还设有若干凹槽31,这些凹槽31可使LED芯片20相应容置于其中,以使导光壳30可与供电板10紧密结合在一起,形成光源模块100。此外,在该供电板10的表面还具有反光层11,其可用于增强由LED芯片20发出的光的反射效果;也就是说,该反光层11涂覆在供电板10的朝向导光壳30的表面上。
为了提高视觉效果,使光线均匀的发射出来,同时由于供电板10上阵列排布的LED芯片20之间的距离较大,因此在导光壳30的顶面上设置有若干网点32,这些网点32的设置有利于使从导光壳30的顶面出来的光线更为均匀化,导光壳30的俯视结构图如图4所示。
优选地,上述供电板10可为印刷电路板(Printed Circuit Board,简称PCB),而若干LED芯片20可通过直接打件的方式形成在供电板10的表面上。
图5是根据本发明的实施例的背光模组对应的显示面板的显示示意图
相比图1中现有技术的背光源对应的显示面板1中的显示区1a,参照图5,由根据本发明的实施例的背光模组及显示面板400构成的液晶显示器,其显示面板400可实现全屏显示,从而达到了提高液晶显示器的可视区比例的目的。
虽然已经参照特定实施例示出并描述了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员将理解:在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可在此进行形式和细节上的各种变化。

Claims (10)

1.一种光源模块,其特征在于,包括:
供电板(10);
若干LED芯片(20),阵列排布于所述供电板(10)的表面上;
导光壳(30),设置于所述供电板(10)之上,且其底面与所述供电板(10)的表面结合,以将所述LED芯片(20)封装于所述导光壳(30)与所述供电板(10)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光源模块,其特征在于,所述导光壳(30)的底面具有若干凹槽(31),其中,所述LED芯片(20)容置于对应的所述凹槽(31)中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光源模块,其特征在于,所述供电板(10)的表面上设置有反光层(11)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光源模块,其特征在于,所述导光壳(30)的顶面上设置有若干网点(32)。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的光源模块,其特征在于,所述供电板(10)为印刷电路板。
6.一种背光模组,包括背框(200)、胶框(300)及光源模块(100),所述光源模块(100)设置在所述背框(200)之中,所述胶框(300)设置在所述背框(200)的侧壁与所述光源模块(100)的侧面之间,其特征在于,所述光源模块(100)包括:
供电板(10),设置于所述背框(200)的底板之上;
若干LED芯片(20),阵列排布于所述供电板(10)的表面上;
导光壳(30),设置于所述供电板(10)之上,且其底面与所述供电板(10)的表面结合,以将所述LED芯片(20)封装于所述导光壳(30)与所述供电板(10)之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述导光壳(30)的底面具有若干凹槽(31),其中,所述LED芯片(20)容置于对应的所述凹槽(31)中。
8.根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述供电板(10)的表面上设置有反光层(11)。
9.根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述导光壳(30)的顶面上设置有若干网点(32)。
10.根据权利要求6至9任一项所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述供电板(10)为印刷电路板。
