本发明是一种风动装置,其应用涉及广告领域和风力发电领域。本发明采用风帆式轨道式结构的风动装置,同时兼具户外广告牌与风力发电功能。本发明的结构主要包括三个主要部分:第一部分是驱动体部分,第二部分是控制部分,第三部分是传动部分,包括叶面、旋转轴、轴承、单向齿轮、底座、角度锁、单向导齿、同步杆、同步齿轮、托架、轨道、链条、凹轮、支撑柱等部件。本发明的外观形式可以根据具体环境情况进行调整,可以适用于很多复杂环境,除了圆形以外,还可以变换成三角形、矩形、多边形、不规则形状等,还可以进行内部或者外部嵌套,适应范围广泛。

背景技术
目前,广告牌和风力发电机已广泛使用在我们的生活当中,多数广告牌在人口密集的城市,多数风力发电机远在人口稀少的乡村旷野,因为受传统风力发电机的结构和占用空间的限制,他们很少相结合。传统风电设备行业进入壁垒比较高,有轴的风力发电机组装备看似简单,技术其实很复杂,风力发电装置稳定性要求较高,要经受住各种极端恶劣天气和非常复杂的风力环境,使用和维护困难,大型风力发电机无法进入城市,发出的电需要并入电网才能使用,小型风力发电机效率低下,无法城市化使用,而且风力发电还遇到并网困难等难题。
发明内容
本发明采用风帆式轨道式结构的风动装置,同时兼具户外广告牌与风力发电功能。为了达到上述的目的,本发明通过建立上下两条相同形状的封闭轨道,将许多风力叶片通过固定装置安装在轨道上面,使叶片能在轨道上***。让叶片间保持适当间隔,用链条连接形成闭环,通过控制叶片的迎风角度,让一部分叶片处于迎风状态,增加风对叶片的推力,另一部分叶片保持顺风状态,减少叶片对风的阻力,使得叶片整体在风的推动下,沿着轨道方向运动。链条随着叶片运动的同时,能够产生巨大的推力,通过与齿轮咬合,可以带动风力发电机发电。并且,将在每一个叶片上粘贴一定图画,无论叶片保持运动或者静止状态,当人从远处观看,可以形成整体画面,类似翻转广告牌的效果,使该发明能够风力发电的同时,兼具广告牌的作用。
本发明的结构主要包括三个主要部分:第一部分是驱动体部分:包括由叶面、旋转轴、一对轴承、一对单向齿轮等组成的叶片,本风动装置包括许多叶片。其连接方式为,叶面与旋转轴固定,旋转轴两端固定一对轴承和一对单向齿轮,轴承固定在底座上面。单向齿轮与角度锁咬合,这样,当单向齿轮与角度锁打开时,相对于底座,叶片可以360度自由旋转,类似门窗的合叶,叶片可以像风帆一样随风而动,减少阻力;当单向齿轮与角度锁闭合时,叶片只能单方向进行360度旋转,叶片可以像风帆一样被八面来风推动。把风能转变为动能用来驱动装置运动。
第二部分是控制部分:包括角度锁、同步装置、单向导齿等部件。每一个叶片两端的单向齿轮都与角度锁相咬合,角度锁采用机械或电子装置,通过感应风向和叶片运动方向,控制叶片迎风角度并锁住,使叶片只能单向旋转,与风向形成适当角度。当风向与叶片成180度角时,风推力最大;当叶片与风向成270度角时,风推力最小,改变迎风角度可以提高风能效率。风动装置包括若干个同步装置,具体数量根据具体情况而定。同步装置包括一根同步杆,同步杆两端固定一对同步齿轮,同步杆两端被托架支撑,托架起固定和支撑作用并固定在轨道上面。同步齿轮与上下两条链条咬合,控制链条同步运动。单向导齿固定在位于迎风面方向上的轨道上面,具***置根据风向和叶片运动方向而定,成对使用,单向导齿与叶片的单向齿轮咬合,单向导齿长度根据叶片需要转动的角度而定,其作用是把与其咬合的一个叶片转动适当角度,使叶片由顺风状态旋转到获得迎风面。
第三部分是传动部分:包括底座、轨道、链条、凹轮、支撑柱等部分。链条包括上下两条,固定在底座上面,与底座同时运动。底座内部有凹轮,一方面为叶片提供支撑,另一方面与叶片一同沿轨道运动。底座上面还有控制叶片角度的角度锁,锁定叶片与风向的角度,最大利用风能。
本发明的轨道形式可以根据具体环境情况进行调整,可以适用于很多复杂环境,除了圆形以外,还可以变换成三角形、矩形、多边形、不规则形状等,还可以进行内部或者外部嵌套,适应范围广泛。
本发明中包括的主要部件说明:1.叶面:构成风动装置叶片的部件,由刚性或者柔性材料制成,表面可以绘制或者粘贴广告画面,主要作用将风力转化为动力。
 2.旋转轴:构成风动装置叶片的部件,与叶面相固定,为页面提供支撑,可以绕轴向进行360旋转。
 3.轴承:构成风动装置叶片的部件,与旋转轴两端固定,减少旋转阻力。
 4.单向齿轮:构成风动装置叶片的部件,成对使用与旋转轴固定,与角度锁配合,可以使旋转轴单向旋转。
 5.底座:底座包括上下两个,分别与叶面两端轴承相连,为叶片提供支撑。使叶片围绕纵轴进行360旋转。每个底座有内凹轮,可以在沿轨道运动。底座与传动链条固定,可以带动传动链条运动。
 6.角度锁:底座上的装置,采用机械或电子装置,成对与单向齿轮配合,控制叶片迎风角度并锁住,使叶片不再旋转,与风向形成适当角度。
 7.单向导齿:固定在轨道上的装置,叶片运动时,当单向导齿与叶片上的单向齿轮相咬合时,推动叶片旋转到特定角度,旋转角度由单向导齿的长度决定。
 8.同步杆:构成同步轴的部件,由刚性材料制成,保持风动装置上下链条运动同步。
 9.同步齿轮:构成同步轴的部件,固定在同步杆两端的一对同步齿轮,与上下链条咬合,控制链条同步运动。
 10.托架:构成同步轴的部件,固定在轨道上面,为同步杆提供支撑作用。
 11.轨道:位于风动装置的上部及下部,它由圆形钢轨构成特定形状的闭合轨道,上下两根,外形一致,对整个风动装置提供支撑和稳定作用,叶片沿轨道运动。
 12.链条:固定在底座上,每条链条连接所有的叶片的一端,使叶片保持相同的速度运动,同时把叶片获得的推力传递到齿轮组,带动发电机做功。
13.凹轮:固定在底座上面提供支撑,可以在轨道中滚动。
 14.支撑柱:与轨道固定,为整个风动装置提供支撑和固定。

2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种广告牌式风帆式轨道式风动装置,其结构具有广告牌功能,有广告牌作用,叶片上面可以绘制或者粘贴分割广告画面,或者将叶片与LED屏幕组合,形成动态显示屏幕,无论该风动装置处于静止还是旋转状态,都能够形成整体广告画面,能够从多角度进行广告展示。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种广告牌式风帆式轨道式风动装置,其特征是没有固定旋转轴,装置包括两根闭合轨道,轨道间有许多叶片,每个叶片两端与闭合链条连接,叶片之间保持一定间隔,叶片可以在轨道上运动,链条可以带动风力发电机做功。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的一种广告牌式风帆式轨道式风动装置,其结构主要包括三个部分:第一部分是驱动体部分,第二部分是控制部分,第三部分是传动部分,包括叶面、旋转轴、轴承、单向齿轮、底座、角度锁、单向导齿、同步杆、同步齿轮、托架、轨道、链条、凹轮、支撑柱等部件。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的一种广告牌式风帆式轨道式风动装置,叶片具有风帆式结构,可以360旋转,叶片可以采用刚性、硬性、柔性材料制作,只需要根据不同的材料进行适当的辅助结构设计即可实现同等功能。
6.根据权利要求书1所述的一种广告牌式风帆式轨道式风动装置,整个装置具有自适应性,通过使用采用机械或者电子装置的叶片锁,可以将每片叶片迎风角度进行控制,根据风力大小的不同,对叶片的迎风角度和运动方向进行自动调整,从而控制风动装置的线速度和扭力,以提供宽泛稳定的功率输出。
7.根据权利要求书1所述的一种广告牌式风帆式轨道式风动装置,叶片迎风角度可以采用机械或者电子设备控制,通过感应风向和叶片运动方向,使叶片面与来风方向形成合适角度,当叶片与风向成180度角时,风能最大;当叶片与风向成270度角时,风能最小。
8.根据权利要求书1所述的一种广告牌式风帆式轨道式风动装置,通过改变导轨的形状,可以形成圆型、矩形、三角形、不规则形状等方式。
9.根据权利要求书1所述的一种广告牌式风帆式轨道式风动装置,整个装置可进行多层嵌套,在外层风动装置内部,可以嵌套内径较小的内层风动装置,提高了空间利用率,提高了利用率。
10.根据权利要求书1所述的一种广告牌式风帆式轨道式风动装置,风动装置可以广泛应用在楼顶、楼体外侧、建筑物顶、建筑物体周围等地方,还可以根据建筑物外观要求进行定制设计。
11.根据权利要求书1所述的一种广告牌式风帆式轨道式风动装置,叶片、底座、角度锁、传动链条导轨、凹轮、单向导齿等均采用结构化设计,产品尺寸统一,备件规格统一,适合工厂化生产,区别规模大小不同的风动装置,只是由于链条的长度差异造成,叶片、角度锁等其他装置可以采用一致尺寸,批量生产,生产工艺标准化,适合大批量规模化生产,质量标准容易控制。
12.根据权利要求书1所述的一种广告牌式风帆式轨道式风动装置,整个装置使用范围广泛,传统风力发电站地面积大,维护复杂,适合野外使用,本风动装置使用范围广泛,适用于城市、乡村、旷野,既可以为建筑物提供电力,也可以具有广告展示作用。
