Abstract
A plant includes actuating continues belt 1, plurality of blades 4 disposed in distance, fastened rotable onto said actuating belt outer surface, and intended to accept wind power, wherein each blade is fixed onto the shaft 9 rotable around the axis thereof, and electric generator functionally connected to actuating belt; at that, the plant includes plurality of regulators regulating each blade rotation, wherein each regulator includes a couple of supporting componentry 6 having upper and lower ends, wherein lower end is fixed onto the belt outer surface, the pushers 7 are attached to supporting componentry, cam fason discs 8 are mounted and fastened onto blade shaft ends, and have pre-defined profile; spring component 10, the ends whereof are fastened nearby said supporting componentry upper ends so that said pushers are in friction contact with said fason discs by said spring component tension force. s
