一种结构简单,重量轻,成本低,占用空间小,方便运输,防水性能好,电压失效模式低的弹簧复位式无电磁开关起动机;包括壳体,壳体内左侧设有电动机,壳体内右侧设有行星齿轮轴,电动机输出轴与行星齿轮轴通过减速器连接,单向离合器内设单向离合器滚套、单向离合器滑动套和单向离合器压盖,所述行星齿轮轴输出端连接有单向离合器,单向离合器滚套输出端设有起动齿轮,行星齿轮轴的轴身上设有周向的螺旋花键,单向离合器滑动套内设有螺旋花键副,所述螺旋花键副与行星齿轮轴上的螺旋花键相配合;所述单向离合器滑动套外固设有电磁制动器转子,所述壳体内壁右侧固设有电磁制动器定子,该电磁制动器定子环绕在电磁制动器转子外部。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种起动机,特别是一种弹簧复位式无电磁开关起动机。
背景技术
现有的起动机通常是通过启动电磁开关,带动拨叉杠杆顶出起动齿轮并使起动齿轮与发动机齿圈相啮合来进行起动机的起动作业,并通过电磁开关复位弹簧等完成起动机起动齿轮的回缩复位,其存在以下不足:
1、由于电磁开关和拨叉杠杆的使用,电磁开关会与起动机本体并行安装,受外形结构复杂影响,防水功能不易实现。
2、由于电磁开关和拨叉杠杆的使用,起动机的体积较大、外形不规整,在运输过程中要占用更多的空间,并且在安装到整车发动机的过程中常因为电磁开关与发动机部件干涉而造成起动机或发动机的相应结构调整。
3、电磁开关起动***涉及到开关、拨叉杠杆、电磁开关复位弹簧等机构,结构复杂、耗材多、重量大、成本高。
4、由于结构复杂,对电瓶的承载能力要求较高,所以失效模式较多。如果汽车电瓶电压低就会造成电磁开关不吸合,整机不动作的情况。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术问题,提供一种结构简单、重量轻、成本低、占用空间小、方便运输、防水性能好、电压失效模式低的弹簧复位式无电磁开关起动机。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种弹簧复位式无电磁开关起动机,包括壳体,壳体内左侧设有电动机,壳体内右侧设有行星齿轮轴,电动机输出轴与行星齿轮轴通过减速器连接,其特殊之处在于:
所述行星齿轮轴输出端连接有单向离合器,单向离合器内设单向离合器滚套、单向离合器滑动套和单向离合器压盖,单向离合器滚套输出端设有起动齿轮,行星齿轮轴的轴身上设有周向的螺旋花键,单向离合器滑动套内设有螺旋花键副,所述螺旋花键副与行星齿轮轴上的螺旋花键相配合;所述单向离合器滑动套外固设有电磁制动器转子,所述壳体内壁右侧固设有电磁制动器定子,该电磁制动器定子环绕在电磁制动器转子外部。
所述单向离合器滑动套右端面上设有平推轴承,所述平推轴承通过复位弹簧顶靠在单向离合器滑动套右端面上。
本发明的有益效果是:
1. 本发明采用行星齿轮轴上的螺旋花键与电磁制动器转子(单向离合器滑动套)内部的螺旋花键副相配合的装置及安装在外壳上的电磁制动器定子等装置,取代了电磁开关、拨叉杠杆、电磁开关复位弹簧等装置,实现了起动齿轮的工作与复位,没有突出外部的附属结构,防水效果好。
2.本发明无电磁开关等外部部件,整体体积小,形状规整,方便安装和运输。
3.本发明无电磁开关等外部部件,结构简单,耗材少,重量小,成本低。
4.本发明由于结构简单,对电瓶的承载能力要求较低所以失效模式较少。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种弹簧复位式无电磁开关起动机,包括壳体1,壳体1内左侧设有电动机2,壳体1内右侧设有行星齿轮轴4,电动机输出轴201与行星齿轮轴4通过减速器3连接,所述行星齿轮轴4输出端与单向离合器5连接,单向离合器内设单向离合器滚套501、单向离合器滑动套502和单向离合器压盖504,通过固设在单向离合器滑动套502上的单向离合器压盖504将单向离合器滚套501内端限定在单向离合器滑动套502内,单向离合器滚套501输出端安装有起动齿轮6,行星齿轮轴4的轴身上设有周向的螺旋花键401,单向离合器滑动套502内设有螺旋花键副503,螺旋花键副503与行星齿轮轴4上的螺旋花键401相配合;所述单向离合器滑动套502外固设有电磁制动器转子7,所述壳体1内右侧固有电磁制动器定子8,电磁制动器定子8环绕在电磁制动器转子7外部;所述电磁制动器转子7右端面上设有平推轴承9,在平推轴承9和壳体内右端面之间设置复位弹簧10,通过复位弹簧10将平推轴承9顶靠在电磁制动器转子7右端面上。
起动过程开始时,对电动机2通电,电动机输出轴201开始旋转,并通过减速器3带动行星齿轮轴4旋转。在电动机2通电的同时,电磁制动器定子8绕组短接,开始对电磁制动器转子7进行反向制动。行星齿轮轴4在旋转的同时,行星齿轮轴4上面的螺旋花键401与单向离合器滑动套502上的螺旋花键副503发生相互作用,单向离合器5在这种相互作用力下向右侧运动并通过平推轴承9压缩复位弹簧10,单向离合器滚套501将起动齿轮6推出。
起动齿轮6到位后,电磁制动器定子8绕组开路,不再对电磁制动器转子7进行制动,电磁制动器转子7旋转运动不再受电磁制动器定子8阻碍;但因对外传递扭矩而受到发动机的阻力,工作过程中始终有发动机阻力存在,所以螺旋花键401与螺旋花键副503相互作用的轴向向右的力始终存在,始终保持起动齿轮6的弹出状态。
起动过程结束时,将电动机2断电,由于发动机的转速大于起动机的转速,发动机将带动起动齿轮6更加快速的旋转,所以单向离合器滚套501随着起动齿轮6继续转动,由于单向离合器的单向旋转特性滑动套502不随单向离合器滚套501转动,螺旋花键与螺旋花键副之间的相互作用力将不复存在。这时,复位弹簧10将单向离合器5弹回到通电前状态初始位置,从而拉动起动齿轮6回到通电前状态初始位置,与发动机发生分离。

1.一种弹簧复位式无电磁开关起动机,包括壳体,壳体内左侧设有电动机,壳体内右侧设有行星齿轮轴,电动机输出轴与行星齿轮轴通过减速器连接,其特征在于:
所述行星齿轮轴输出端连接有单向离合器,单向离合器内设单向离合器滚套、单向离合器滑动套和单向离合器压盖,单向离合器滚套输出端设有起动齿轮,行星齿轮轴的轴身上设有周向的螺旋花键,单向离合器滑动套内设有螺旋花键副,所述螺旋花键副与行星齿轮轴上的螺旋花键相配合;所述单向离合器滑动套外固设有电磁制动器转子,所述壳体内壁右侧固设有电磁制动器定子,该电磁制动器定子环绕在电磁制动器转子外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹簧复位式无电磁开关起动机,其特征在于:所述单向离合器滑动套右端面上设有平推轴承,所述平推轴承通过复位弹簧顶靠在单向离合器滑动套右端面上。
