背景技术
在厨房,卫生间以及造船业等场合,目前市面上通用使用装饰原材料,密度板上压制三聚氰胺胶纸,多层板及木工板冷压防火板等工艺。在上述环境中大量接触水分,导致板材、脱胶、起鼓、膨胀、腐烂等。在我们常见公共卫生领域,卫生间隔断拐角常见膨胀引起的腐烂等,每年重复更换,耗费大量的木质资源及费用等。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种生态防潮板及其制备方法,采用聚氯乙烯和氯化聚乙烯为主料,加入填充补强剂和发泡剂,制得发泡塑料,使本发明具有优异的防潮耐水性能,而且强度高,保温性能好。

本发明采用聚氯乙烯8型、聚氯乙烯7型、氯化聚乙烯作为主料,使本发明具有优异的防潮耐水和耐腐蚀性能,而且强度高、韧性好,耐候性、耐臭氧、耐老化性能优良,耐油性、阻燃性及着色性能良好;再加入活性碳酸钙、金黄石钛白粉作为填充补强剂,形成本发明的骨架,进一步加强本发明的强度,提高耐腐蚀、防潮耐水性能;再加入发泡调节剂、黄发泡剂和白发泡剂相互配合使用,使本发明发泡均匀,大幅提高本发明的保温性能。

本发明还提出的一种上述生态防潮板的制备方法,将聚氯乙烯8型、聚氯乙烯7型、氯化聚乙烯、活性碳酸钙、金黄石钛白粉、发泡调节剂、复合稳定剂、内滑剂OK-60、聚乙烯蜡、黄发泡剂、白发泡剂和荧光增白剂加入高速搅拌机中以870rpm的搅拌速度进行第一次搅拌,在第一次搅拌过程中以15℃/min的升温速度升至127℃,然后移至低速搅拌机中以240rpm的搅拌速度进行第二次搅拌得到物料A,在第二次搅拌过程中冷却至61℃,将物料A加入控温成型设备得到物料B,其中控温成型设备分为四个温度区间,四个温度区间的温度依次为152℃、163℃、164℃、158℃,将物料B加入定型设备中进行水冷却定型得到生态防潮板,其中定型设备中冷却水的温度为7℃。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种生态防潮板,其原料按重量份包括:
聚氯乙烯8型                            90份,
聚氯乙烯7型                            65份,
氯化聚乙烯                              4份,
活性碳酸钙                              17份,
金黄石钛白粉                            0.5份,
发泡调节剂                              11.5份,
复合稳定剂                              1.4份,
内滑剂OK-60                            0.4份,
聚乙烯蜡                                0.2份,
黄发泡剂                                0.5份,
白发泡剂                                0.6份,
荧光增白剂                              0.1份;
其中活性碳酸钙的粒径为25-35nm。
本发明还提出的一种上述生态防潮板的制备方法,将聚氯乙烯8型、聚氯乙烯7型、氯化聚乙烯、活性碳酸钙、金黄石钛白粉、发泡调节剂、复合稳定剂、内滑剂OK-60、聚乙烯蜡、黄发泡剂、白发泡剂和荧光增白剂加入高速搅拌机中以800rpm的搅拌速度进行第一次搅拌,在第一次搅拌过程中以17℃/min的升温速度升至120℃,然后移至低速搅拌机中以300rpm的搅拌速度进行第二次搅拌得到物料A,在第二次搅拌过程中冷却至58℃,将物料A加入控温成型设备得到物料B,其中控温成型设备分为四个温度区间,四个温度区间的温度依次为160℃、155℃、170℃、155℃,将物料B加入定型设备中进行冷却定型得到生态防潮板。

1.一种生态防潮板,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:
聚氯乙烯8型                            90-110份,
聚氯乙烯7型                            55-65份,
氯化聚乙烯                              4-8份,
活性碳酸钙                              13-17份,
[1]                             0.5-1.5份,
发泡调节剂                              7.5-11.5份,
复合稳定剂                              1.4-3.4份,
内滑剂OK-60                             0.3-0.4份,
聚乙烯蜡                                0.2-0.3份,
黄发泡剂                                0.3-0.5份,
白发泡剂                                0.6-0.8份,
荧光增白剂                              0.06-0.1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述生态防潮板,其特征在于,活性碳酸钙的粒径为20-40nm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述生态防潮板,其特征在于,聚氯乙烯8型、聚氯乙烯7型、氯化聚乙烯和活性碳酸钙的重量比为95-105:57-63:5-7:14-16。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述生态防潮板,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:
聚氯乙烯8型                            95-105份,
聚氯乙烯7型                            57-63份,
氯化聚乙烯                              5-7份,
活性碳酸钙                              14-16份,
金黄石钛白粉                            0.8-1.2份,
发泡调节剂                              8.5-10.5份,
复合稳定剂                              1.9-3份,
内滑剂OK-60                             0.32-0.38份,
聚乙烯蜡                                0.23-0.26份,
黄发泡剂                                0.35-0.45份,
白发泡剂                                0.68-0.78份,
荧光增白剂                              0.07-0.09份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述生态防潮板,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:
聚氯乙烯8型                            100份,
聚氯乙烯7型                            60份,
氯化聚乙烯                              6份,
活性碳酸钙                              15份,
金黄石钛白粉                            1份,
发泡调节剂                              9.5份,
复合稳定剂                              2.4份,
内滑剂OK-60                             0.35份,
聚乙烯蜡                                0.25份,
黄发泡剂                                0.4份,
白发泡剂                                0.7份,
荧光增白剂                              0.08份。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述生态防潮板的制备方法,其特征在于,将聚氯乙烯8型、聚氯乙烯7型、氯化聚乙烯、活性碳酸钙、金黄石钛白粉、发泡调节剂、复合稳定剂、内滑剂OK-60、聚乙烯蜡、黄发泡剂、白发泡剂和荧光增白剂加入高速搅拌机中以800-900rpm的搅拌速度进行第一次搅拌,在第一次搅拌过程中以14-17℃/min的升温速度升至120-130℃,然后移至低速搅拌机中以200-300rpm的搅拌速度进行第二次搅拌得到物料A,在第二次搅拌过程中冷却至58-62℃,将物料A加入控温成型设备得到物料B,其中控温成型设备分为四个温度区间,四个温度区间的温度依次为150-160℃、155-165℃、160-170℃、155-165℃,将物料B加入定型设备中进行冷却定型得到生态防潮板。
7.根据权利要求6所述生态防潮板的制备方法,其特征在于,将聚氯乙烯8型、聚氯乙烯7型、氯化聚乙烯、活性碳酸钙、金黄石钛白粉、发泡调节剂、复合稳定剂、内滑剂OK-60、聚乙烯蜡、黄发泡剂、白发泡剂和荧光增白剂加入高速搅拌机中以830-870rpm的搅拌速度进行第一次搅拌,在第一次搅拌过程中以15-16℃/min的升温速度升至123-127℃,然后移至低速搅拌机中以240-260rpm的搅拌速度进行第二次搅拌得到物料A,在第二次搅拌过程中冷却至59-61℃,将物料A加入控温成型设备得到物料B,其中控温成型设备分为四个温度区间,四个温度区间的温度依次为152-158℃、157-163℃、164-166℃、152-158℃,将物料B加入定型设备中进行冷却定型得到生态防潮板。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述生态防潮板的制备方法,其特征在于,将聚氯乙烯8型、聚氯乙烯7型、氯化聚乙烯、活性碳酸钙、金黄石钛白粉、发泡调节剂、复合稳定剂、内滑剂OK-60、聚乙烯蜡、黄发泡剂、白发泡剂和荧光增白剂加入高速搅拌机中以850rpm的搅拌速度进行第一次搅拌,在第一次搅拌过程中以15.6℃/min的升温速度升至125℃,然后移至低速搅拌机中以250rpm的搅拌速度进行第二次搅拌得到物料A,在第二次搅拌过程中冷却至60℃,将物料A加入控温成型设备得到物料B,其中控温成型设备分为四个温度区间,四个温度区间的温度依次为155℃、160℃、165℃、155℃,将物料B加入定型设备中进行冷却定型得到生态防潮板。
9.根据权利要求6-8任一项所述生态防潮板的制备方法,其特征在于,定型设备采用水冷的方式进行冷却定型。
10.根据权利要求9所述生态防潮板的制备方法,其特征在于,定型设备中冷却水的温度为5-7℃。
