技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料，具体为一种隔热保温建筑材料。
背景技术
随着各国工业化进程的发展，地球上可供人类利用的化石燃料已日渐枯竭，世界性能源危机的出路只有两条，开发新能源的同时注意节约能源。建筑能耗在人类整个能源消耗中所占比例甚高，故建筑节能是解决我国能源问题的根本途径，而建筑节能最直接有效的方法是使用保温隔热材料。在建筑上合理采用保温隔热材料，可以减少建筑材料的用量，提高建筑施工的工业化程度，大幅度节能降耗。原来在建筑中使用的保温隔热材料，主要是基于改善居住舒适程度，如今已转移到节能上面。使用建筑保温隔热材料对缓解能源危机以及提高人民的居住水平具有重要意义。
因此，研制开发和推广应用良好的屋面保温隔热材料，不仅有利于提高建筑面的保温隔热性，改善室内居住环境，同时可以节约能源，降低建筑的使用成本，保持国民经济的持续发展具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种保温、隔热效果好，并具有防水性能的隔热保温建筑材料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种隔热保温建筑材料，由以下重量份数的原料组成：碳纤维15~20份，橡胶颗粒25~40份，低密度聚乙烯树脂15~30份，碳酸钙5~15份，陶粒5~10份，氧化镁0.5~2份，热稳定剂1~3份，防水剂0.3~0.8份，增韧剂1~3份，发泡剂0.1~1份以及交联剂0.1~0.5份。
优选地，所述热稳定剂为硬脂酸锌。
优选地，所述防水剂为无机铝盐。
优选地，所述增韧剂为乙丙橡胶。
优选地，所述发泡剂为碳黑。
优选地，所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明提出的建筑材料导热系数小，具有优异的隔热保温性能，并且具有良好的防水效果，同时提高了材料的抗压强度，耐久性好，大大节约了能源的消耗，以及生产成本，可以广泛地用于建筑施工中。

一种隔热保温建筑材料，由以下重量份数的原料组成：碳纤维15份，橡胶颗粒25份，低密度聚乙烯树脂15份，碳酸钙5份，陶粒5份，氧化镁0.5份，硬脂酸锌1份，无机铝盐0.3份，乙丙橡胶1份，碳黑0.1份以及过氧化二异丙苯0.1份。
实施例2
一种隔热保温建筑材料，由以下重量份数的原料组成：碳纤维18份，橡胶颗粒30份，低密度聚乙烯树脂20份，碳酸钙10份，陶粒8份，氧化镁1份，硬脂酸锌2份，无机铝盐0.5份，乙丙橡胶2份，碳黑0.5份以及过氧化二异丙苯0.3份。
实施例3
一种隔热保温建筑材料，由以下重量份数的原料组成：碳纤维20份，橡胶颗粒40份，低密度聚乙烯树脂30份，碳酸钙15份，陶粒10份，氧化镁2份，硬脂酸锌3份，无机铝盐0.8份，乙丙橡胶3份，碳黑1份以及过氧化二异丙苯0.5份。
本发明提出的建筑材料导热系数小，具有优异的隔热保温性能，并且具有良好的防水效果，同时提高了材料的抗压强度，耐久性好，大大节约了能源的消耗，以及生产成本，可以广泛地用于建筑施工中。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种隔热保温建筑材料，其特征在于：所述热稳定剂为硬脂酸锌。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种隔热保温建筑材料，其特征在于：所述防水剂为无机铝盐。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种隔热保温建筑材料，其特征在于：所述增韧剂为乙丙橡胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种隔热保温建筑材料，其特征在于：所述发泡剂为碳黑。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种隔热保温建筑材料，其特征在于：所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯。
