Abstract

本发明涉及空调制造工艺领域,具体涉及一种空调面板的模内注塑方法。本发明中在膜片上预先印刷好图案,在膜片的背面设置有粘合层,然后使用注塑模具通过注塑的方法使得膜片和透明的空调面板粘合在一起,注塑时使用250摄氏度-300摄氏度的高温,注塑时间为10s-20s。本发明中将图案片材内覆于透明面板表面,通过折射和反射的作用加上变相的加厚了膜片厚度,使得面板的立体效果更加明显,3D形状效果鲜明,给消费者带来很强的视觉冲击。

一种空调面板的模内注塑方法
技术领域
本发明涉及空调制造工艺领域,具体涉及一种空调面板的模内注塑方法。
技术背景
空调面板等塑料板,为了装饰作用一般会在上面涂上一层风格鲜明的图案,传统的面板注塑方法是利用面板表面覆膜工艺,这种工艺直接在面板表层粘合图案层,然后注塑镀上一层塑料膜,这种注塑方法的膜片粘合不牢固,粘合效率低,而且外层的塑料膜很容易磨损,进而影响到里层的图案层造成失色。另外,这种方法装饰的立体效果也不是特别明显,视觉冲击力差。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中膜片粘合不牢固、粘合效率低、三维立体效果补明显,热处理效果不好的问题,本发明提供一种空调面板的模内注塑方法,这种工艺使得膜片粘合的牢固性强、粘合位置准确、粘合加工效率高、三维立体效果强,热处理温度和时间合理。为了到达这个目的,本发明采用了以下方法:一种空调面板的模内注塑方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:准备膜片,在膜片上印刷图案层,图案层可根据实际需求选择,采用丝网印刷工艺将需要的图案和颜色印刷在膜片上。
S2:在膜片印刷面的背面印刷粘合层;粘合层印刷在膜片的背面,在注塑时用来和空调面板粘合。
S3:用刀模对膜片进行裁剪;根据空调面板的实际形状和尺寸,用刀模对膜片进行剪切,使得膜片的大小与面板相吻合。
S4:对膜片进行热成型处理,是膜片形状与弯曲的面板形状吻合一致;由于空调面板形状一般都弯曲且带有一定弧度,所以在需要在固定的磨具中对膜片进行热处理,使得裁剪好的膜片的形状与需要粘合注塑空调面板的形状一致。
S5:将膜片放置于刀模上,对膜片进行定位,并对热处理后的多余尺寸进行修剪裁切。
S6:将膜片和透明的空调面板分别进行定位;
S7:开始注塑,使得透明的空调面板基材与膜片粘合。
优选的,所述S4步骤中的热处理温度为250摄氏度-300摄氏度。
优选的,所述S4步骤中的热处理时间为10s-20s。
优选的,所述S6步骤中的定位方式为:将膜片放置于注塑模具的下模上,并通过定位装置定位;将透明的空调面板放置于注塑模具的上模上,并通过定位装置定位。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明中空调面板的模内注塑方法科学,膜片的热处理的合理时间和温度大大增强了热处理效果,同时由于装饰材料是通过丝印或者网印印刷将图案颜色印刷在片材上,成型为3D形状,并且将片材内覆于透明面板表面,通过折射和反射的作用加上变相的加厚了膜片厚度,使得面板的立体效果更加明显,带给人们强烈的视觉冲击,空调的美观性得到了极大的提升。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明做更进一步的了解,下面配合附图做进一步的描述:一种空调面板的模内注塑方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:准备好膜片,在膜片上印刷图案层,图案层可根据实际需求选择,采用丝网印刷工艺将需要的图案和颜色印刷在膜片上,装饰材料是通过丝印或者网印印刷将图案颜色印刷在片材上,成型为3D形状,形象美观,视觉冲击力强
步骤2:在膜片印刷面的背面印刷粘合层。
步骤3:用刀模对膜片进行裁剪,此时的膜片一般比较大,需要用刀模将膜片裁剪到跟空调大小合适的尺寸。
步骤4:,将膜片尺寸裁剪好后,由于膜片大部分形状平滑,为传统的长方形,而大部分空调面板都带有一定弯曲角度,所以需要将膜片放在热处理装置上进行热成型处理,使得膜片形状与弯曲的面板形状吻合一致。
在此过程中热处理时间为10s-20s,热处理温度为250摄氏度-300摄氏度。这种温度既保证了热处理时间耗时最短,也保证了不会因为温度过高而对热处理效果产生了负面影响。
步骤5:由于第一次裁剪膜片的形状很难做到跟空调面板大小面积完全吻合,所以将膜片进行热成型处理后,膜片周围经常会出现一些多余的边角和毛刺,所以此时还需要将膜片放置于刀模上,利用刀模上的固定装置对膜片进行定位,并裁剪成合适的尺寸,
步骤6:将膜片和透明的空调面板分别进行定位,将膜片放置于注塑模具的下模上,并通过定位装置定位;将透明的空调面板放置于注塑模具的上模上,并通过定位装置定位。
膜片内覆于透明面板的表面后,通由于光线的折射和反射的作用再加上本方法变相的加厚了膜片厚度,空调面板的立体效果更加明显,带给人们带来了强烈的视觉冲击。
本发明中的空调面板的模内注塑方法科学,膜片的热处理的合理时间和温度大大增强了热处理效果,空调的美观性得到了极大的提升,具有很大的推广意义。

1.一种空调面板的模内注塑方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:准备膜片,在膜片上印刷图案层;
S2:在膜片印刷面的背面印刷粘合层;
S3:用刀模对膜片进行裁剪;
S4:对膜片进行热成型处理,是膜片形状与弯曲的面板形状吻合一致;
S5:将膜片放置于刀模上,对膜片进行定位,并对热处理后的多余尺寸进行修剪裁切;
S6:将膜片和透明的空调面板分别进行定位;
S7:开始注塑,使得透明的空调面板基材与膜片粘合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空调面板的模内注塑方法,其特征在于,所述S4步骤中的热处理温度为250摄氏度-300摄氏度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种空调面板的模内注塑方法,其特征在于,所述S4步骤中的热处理时间为10s-20s。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种空调面板的模内注塑方法,其特征在于,所述S6步骤中的定位方式为:
将膜片放置于注塑模具的下模上,并通过定位装置定位;
将透明的空调面板放置于注塑模具的上模上,并通过定位装置定位。
