Abstract

本发明提供一种具有除甲醛、除烟等净化功能的环保净化球,其组分包括原料、硅藻泥、咖啡粉,各组分的质量百分比为:原料5-10%、硅藻泥35-45%、其余为咖啡粉,各组分的质量百分比之和为100%,所述的原料中纳米硅片(NSP)30-40%、纳米银粉体30-40%、甲克素40-20%。将具有除甲醛等净化功能的原料按照一定的比例混入硅藻泥和咖啡粉中,加入适量的水搅拌均匀成为混合物,然后将混合物放入造粒机中进行造粒,造粒完成后经自然干燥,或简单风干后,使制作完成的球状混合物具有一定的除甲醛和除烟等空气净化功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带除甲醛除烟等功能的环保净化球,尤其是用于空气净化设备的环保净化球。
背景技术
    活性炭等材料一直被广泛地应用于空气净化设备,用来吸附空气中的有害物质,比如异味、甲醛、烟味等。但由于活性炭的来源主要是树木和竹子,所以制备活性炭的同时也消耗了大量的森林资源,间接地破坏了生态环境。此外,    活性炭作为净化材料,通常需要制作活性炭净化层。目前的活性炭净化层的制作方法有二种,一种是直接使用压型模具将配置好的含有活性炭成分的泥状混合料压制成蜂窝状,另一种是将研磨成细小颗粒的活性炭通过相关工艺吸附在滤网或者无纺布上。上述两种制作方法对于活性炭在净化器上的应用有较多的局限性,前者制作方法每次应用须新开发对应形状的压型模具,后者制作方法,由于滤网的净化能力受吸附数量的局限而使净化能力大打折扣。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种除甲醛除烟环保净化球。
本发明要解决的是目前活性炭资源成本高、不可再生,而且除甲醛效果有限的问题。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明的除甲醛除烟环保净化球的组分包括原料、硅藻泥、咖啡粉,各组分的质量百分比为:原料5-10%、硅藻泥35-45%、其余为咖啡粉,各组分的质量百分比之和为100%,所述的原料中纳米硅片(NSP)30-40%、纳米银粉体30-40%、甲克素40-20%。
    该净化球的形状为规则状或不规则状,规则状包括球状、丝状、条状。
本发明的有益效果是:一是不破坏生态环境,本发明用硅藻泥、咖啡粉等原料代替活性炭,所述的咖啡粉是生产咖啡后产生的粉状废弃物,由于其具有类似活性炭一样的分子特性,并且获得渠道充裕、使用不破坏生态环境。
二是净化效果好,所述的硅藻泥本身的分子结构也使其具有一定的甲醛、烟雾、有害气体等吸附作用。
三是制作工艺简单且环保节省能源,本发明只需搅拌、造粒、自然干燥即可,也不产生任何废水废气。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明所述的除甲醛除烟环保净化球的组分包括原料、硅藻泥、咖啡粉,各组分的质量百分比为:原料5-10%、硅藻泥35-45%、其余为咖啡粉,各组分的质量百分比之和为100%,所述的原料中纳米硅片(NSP)30-40%、纳米银粉体30-40%、甲克素40-20%。
该净化球的形状为规则状或不规则状,规则状包括球状、丝状、条状。
    本发明的产口可以简单地通过框架和夹网,用上下两片夹网将该环保净化球放置中间填满,然后使用两个框架将上下两片夹网的四边夹住,然后通过螺钉等方式将其连成一体,该装置即可成为净化器的滤芯。

1.一种除甲醛除烟环保净化球,其特征在于该净化球的组分包括原料、硅藻泥、咖啡粉,各组分的质量百分比为:原料5-10%、硅藻泥35-45%、其余为咖啡粉,各组分的质量百分比之和为100%,所述的原料中纳米硅片(NSP)30-40%、纳米银粉体30-40%、甲克素40-20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除甲醛除烟环保净化球,其特征在该净化球的形状为规则状或不规则状,规则状包括球状、丝状、条状。
