本发明涉及一种治疗风寒感冒的中药制剂，其特征是辛温解表，散寒除湿，行气和胃的中药组方而成，包括桂枝、紫苏叶、羌活、川芎、白芍、防风、细辛、黄芩、半夏（制）、干姜、炙甘草）。依据本发明制成的药剂能明显缓解风寒感冒症状，治愈风寒感冒。通过临床观察本发明可明显缓解外感风寒所致的恶寒发热、无汗或汗出不畅、头痛且重、肢体酸痛、舌苔薄白等风寒潮症，总有效率达90%，且未发现任何明显的不良反应，临床效果满意。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药制剂，特别是一种治疗风寒感冒的中药制剂。
背景技术
感冒是四季常见的外感病，以鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏、头痛、发热等为特征，四时皆有，以冬、春季节为多见。病情轻者，称为伤风；重者称为重伤风或时行感冒。
据中国非处方药协会的统计显示，目前在中国常见病症的自我诊疗比例中最高的是感冒，占常见病症的89.6％，高出第二位30个百分点。这使得众多的感冒药目标消费者不再去医院治疗感冒，而是去药店自行买药。城镇居民在非处方药的消费上，感冒药占到85%，远远超过排名第二的消炎药55%的比例，这种现象在全球普遍存在。用于治疗感冒的药物有许多种，由于中成药具有副作用小、疗效好的特点，故很受人们青睐。中国许多家庭都备有治疗感冒的中成药，但实践证明，有的人患感冒后吃了不少药，但病症并没减轻，关键在于没有辨证用药。不同类型的感冒病因病机、症状、治疗原则及用药差别很大。中医将感冒分为风寒型感冒、风热型感冒、暑湿型感冒和时行感冒(流行性感冒)四种类型。根据辨证施治的原则，不同类型的感冒应选用不同的中成药治疗。风寒感冒是风寒之邪外袭、肺气失宣所致。症状可见：恶寒重、发热轻、无汗、头痛身痛、鼻塞流清涕、咳嗽吐稀白痰、口不渴或渴喜热饮、苔薄白。目前，国内感冒药市场以主治风热感冒及流行性感冒为主，治疗风寒感冒的中药制剂相对较少。
本发明正是针对这一现状而设，辛温解表，散寒除湿，用于外感风寒所致的恶寒发热、无汗或汗出不畅、头痛且重、肢体酸痛、舌苔薄白等风寒潮症。
通过临床观察，以本发明制成的药剂服用1天后可明显缓解风寒感冒病人不适症状，服用3天后患者感冒症状不明显，基本治愈，总有效率达90%，且未发现任何明显的不良反应，临床效果满意。因此，本发明的开发有望为临床提供一个安全、有效、价格低廉、使用方便的理想中药制剂，推广应用后可望取得较好的经济、社会效益。
发明内容
   本发明属一种治疗风寒感冒的中药制剂，其特征是辛温解表，散寒除湿，行气和胃的的中药组方而成，包括桂枝（12-36%）、紫苏叶（8-25%）、羌活（10-28%）、川芎（5-21%）、白芍（5-25%）、防风（6-25%）、细辛（2-9%）、黄芩（5-22%）、半夏（制）（5-21%）、干姜（3-8%）、炙甘草（4-18%）。
本发明的技术方案是：对本发明中各味中药进行提取，提取液减压浓缩成浓缩液；将浓缩液通过不同方法干燥成提取干粉后，通过分别加入不同辅料，可制成颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂等固体制剂；还可以将浓缩液中加入适量蒸馏水，水沉过滤后，加入辅料和防腐剂制成口服液；还可以将浓缩液加入适量基质混匀后滴入冷凝液中，收缩冷却制成滴丸剂。本发明不同剂型加入的不同辅料，并不影响本发明的临床效果。
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗风寒感冒的中药制剂。临床上用本发明颗粒剂治疗风寒感冒30例，服用1日后，明显缓解感冒症状24例，服用3日后所有患者感冒症状均得到不同程度缓解，服用5日后全部患者感冒症状不显，基本治愈，总有效率达到100%。
临床实验过程中同时还观察了本发明颗粒对肝、肾功能的安全性指标的影响，发现治疗前后无明显异常变化。临床服用过程中也未报告有胃肠道及其它不良反应，说明本发明服用安全。
  实施例1
取干姜120g，细辛80g,分别提取挥发油，挥发油提取液用β-环糊精包结成包结物；药渣与羌活700g，紫苏叶560g,黄芩320g，加水煎煮2次，每次2小时，合并提取液，过滤，滤液浓缩，浓缩液中加入乙醇使含醇量达60%，醇沉，冷藏（-2～2℃）24小时，滤过，滤液回收乙醇并浓缩成相对密度为1.22～1.23（60℃）的浓缩液；再取桂枝660g，川芎560g，白芍240g，防风360g，半夏（制）240g，炙甘草120g,加60%乙醇提取二次，第一次2小时，第二次1小时，合并提取液，滤过，滤液回收乙醇，并浓缩成相对密度为1.21～1.22的浓缩液；另取干姜挥发油包结物5.6g，细辛挥发油包结物2.3g粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀。取上述二种浓缩液，合并，继续浓缩成稠膏，干燥，粉碎，加入上述细粉，均匀过筛，即为本发明的提取干药粉；或取上述二种浓缩液合并，加入上述细粉，加入300ml蒸馏水使溶解，水沉（-2～2℃）24小时，过滤，过滤液即为本发明提取药液。
实施例2
 取干姜180g，细辛60g,分别提取挥发油，挥发油提取液用β-环糊精包结成包结物；药渣与羌活900g，紫苏叶660g,黄芩480g，加水煎煮2次，每次2小时，合并提取液，过滤，滤液浓缩，浓缩液中加入乙醇使含醇量达60%，醇沉，冷藏（-2～2℃）24小时，滤过，滤液回收乙醇并浓缩成相对密度为1.22～1.23（60℃）的浓缩液；再取桂枝560g，川芎480g，白芍180g，防风480g，半夏（制）360g，炙甘草210g,加60%乙醇提取二次，第一次2小时，第二次1小时，合并提取液，滤过，滤液回收乙醇，并浓缩成相对密度为1.21～1.22的浓缩液；另取干姜挥发油包结物6.7g，细辛挥发油包结物3.4g粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀。取上述二种浓缩液，合并，继续浓缩成稠膏，干燥，粉碎，加入上述细粉，均匀过筛，即为本发明的提取干药粉；或取上述二种浓缩液合并，加入上述细粉，加入300ml蒸馏水使溶解，水沉（-2～2℃）24小时，过滤，过滤液即为本发明提取药液。
实施例3  片剂
将上述各实施例中任何一提取物干药粉中加入130g淀粉、20g微晶纤维素，混匀，制粒，烘干，过筛，加入1.5g硬脂酸镁，混匀，压成1000片即为本发明片剂。
实施例4  胶囊剂
将上述各实施例中任何一提取物干药粉中加入180g淀粉，混匀，制粒，烘干，过筛，装1000粒胶囊，即为本发明胶囊剂。
实施例5  颗粒剂
将上述各实施例中任何一提取物干药粉中加入乳糖180g，糊精600g，制粒，整粒，过筛，制成1000g颗粒，即为本发明颗粒剂。
实施例6  口服液
将上述各实施例中任何一提取物干药粉中加入0.3%苯甲酸钠，400ml蒸馏水，消毒，灌装，制成1000ml口服液，即为本发明口服液。
实施例7  滴丸剂
将上述各实施例中任何一提取物干药粉中加入300ml聚乙二醇6000，制成混悬液，加入液状石蜡，放入磨具，收缩冷凝，制成1000粒滴丸，即为本发明滴丸剂。
按照本发明的配方，还可以制成混悬剂等其他剂型的制剂。

Claims (4)

1.一种治疗风寒感冒的中药制剂，其特征在于该制剂是由以下原料组成：桂枝、紫苏叶、羌活、川芎、白芍、防风、细辛、黄芩、半夏（制）、干姜、炙甘草。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有治疗糖尿病预防心脑血管并发症的中药制剂，其特征在于各成分用量分别为：桂枝12-36%、紫苏叶8-25%、羌活10-28%、川芎5-21%、白芍5-25%、防风6-25%、细辛2-9%、黄芩5-22%、半夏（制）5-21%、干姜3-8%、炙甘草4-18%。
3.如权利要求1、2所述的具有治疗风寒感冒的中药制剂，其特征是制成中成药，剂型为口服片剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂、口服液、滴丸等制剂。
4.如权利要求1、2、3所述的具有治疗风寒的中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于所述制剂的工艺流程为：将干姜、细辛分别提取挥发油，挥发油提取液用β-环糊精包结成包结物；药渣与羌活、紫苏叶、加水煎煮2次，每次2小时，合并提取液，过滤，滤液浓缩，浓缩液中加入乙醇使含醇量达60%，醇沉，冷藏（-2～2℃）24小时，滤过，滤液回收乙醇并浓缩成相对密度为1.22～1.23（60℃）的浓缩液；再取桂枝、川芎、白芍、防风、半夏（制）、炙甘草,加60%乙醇提取二次，第一次2小时，第二次1小时，合并提取液，滤过，滤液回收乙醇，并浓缩成相对密度为1.21～1.22的浓缩液；另取干姜挥发油包结物，细辛挥发油包结物粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀；取上述二种浓缩液，合并，继续浓缩成稠膏，干燥，粉碎，加入上述细粉，均匀过筛，即为本发明的提取干药粉；或取上述二种浓缩液合并，加入上述细粉，加入300ml蒸馏水使溶解，水沉（-2～2℃）24小时，过滤，过滤液即为本发明提取药液；通过加入淀粉、糊精、微晶纤维素、硬脂酸镁、乳糖、低聚木糖、防腐剂辅料，制成颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂、口服液、滴丸。
