本发明提供了一种背光模组及显示装置,涉及显示技术领域,所述背光模组可实现360°圆周发光。一种背光模组,包括环形导光体以及光源,所述环形导光体包括靠近轴心的第一侧以及远离轴心的第二侧,所述光源发出的光从所述环形导光体远离轴心的第二侧发出。适用于背光模组及显示装置。

一种背光模组及显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)和OLED(Organic LightEmitting Display,有机发光显示器)不同,液晶显示器其自身不发光,一般通过背光模组提供背光以实现显示。背光模组根据光源与显示屏的位置分为直下式背光模组和侧入式背光模组。直下式背光模组的光源位于显示屏的正下方,侧入式背光模组的光源位于显示屏的一侧。但无论对于直下式背光模组还是侧入式背光模组,由于液晶面板为平面显示,则现有的背光模组均是平面发光的背光源,而不能满足特殊显示的要求,如环形显示。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种背光模组及显示装置,所述背光模组可实现360°圆周发光,满足环形显示的要求。
为达到上述目的,本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案:
一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种背光模组,包括环形导光体以及光源,所述环形导光体包括靠近轴心的第一侧以及远离轴心的第二侧,所述光源发出的光从所述环形导光体远离轴心的第二侧发出。
另一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种显示装置,包括显示屏以及本发明实施例提供的任一所述的背光模组,且所述显示屏固定在所述背光模组的环形导光体远离轴心的第二侧。
本发明的实施例提供一种背光模组及显示装置,所述背光模组包括透明的环形导光体以及光源,所述环形导光体包括靠近轴心的第一侧和远离轴心的第二侧,所述光源发出的光从所述导光体远离轴心的第二侧发出,由于导光体为环形,光源的光经过环形导光体的第二侧发出,即背光模组360°圆周发光。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供了一种背光模组,包括环形导光体以及光源,如图1所示,环形导光体10包括靠近轴心101的第一侧11和远离轴心101的第二侧12,光源发出的光从环形导光体远离轴心101的第二侧12发出。
需要说明的是,由于导光体为环形,光源发出的光从环形导光体远离轴心的第二侧发出,即环形导光体的第二侧为出光面,光源的光经过环形导光体的第二侧发出,即背光模组360°圆周发光。
需要说明的是,环形导光体可以是由PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)、PC(聚碳酸酯)、PET(聚对苯二甲酸)类塑料等形成。具体环形的导光体可以是通过注塑、吹塑等方式一次成型,也可以是由多个拼接形成。
本发明实施例提供了一种背光模组,背光模组包括环形导光体以及光源,环形导光体包括靠近轴心的第一侧和远离轴心的第二侧,光源发出的光从所述导光体远离轴心的第二侧发出,由于导光体为环形,光源的光经过环形导光体的第二侧发出,即背光模组360°圆周发光。
可选的,光源包括至少一个发光体,且发光体至少以环形导光体的轴心为中心360°发光,位于环形导光体的内部。具体的,可以是如图2所示,光源20包括一个发光体,图2所示的发光体(即光源20)为球形可实现全方位的360°发光,光源20通过光源支撑结构24固定在环形导光体10的内部,则光源20发出的光从环形导光体10的第二侧12发出,环形导光体10沿与轴线101垂直的平面360°环形发光。
当然,光源和环形导光体的具体设置并不局限于图2所示的具体方式。
可选的,如图3、图4所示,光源20包括一个柱状发光体,且柱状发光***于环形导光体10的轴心101位置处。
具体的,柱状发光体可以是灯管等。灯管沿其轴线可以实现360°环形发光,则灯管位于环形导光体的轴心,环形导光体沿与轴线垂直的平面360°环形发光。
可选的,如图5所示,光源包括三个柱状发光体(即第一柱状发光体21,第二柱状发光体22,第三柱状发光体23),且三个柱状发光体(即第一柱状发光体21,第二柱状发光体22,第三柱状发光体23)沿环形导光体10的轴心101圆周阵列排布。
当然,光源还可以包括其他多个发光体,且背光模组可以通过控制柱状发光体的个数调节背光模组的发光亮度。本发明实施例仅以光源包括一个柱状发光体和包括三个柱状发光体为例进行说明。
优选的,柱状发光体的长度不小于环形导光体的出光长度。假如,柱状发光体的长度小于环形导光体的出光长度,则在柱状发光体对应环形导光体的部分出光强度大于未对应环形导光体的出光强度。而本发明实施例中,优选的柱状发光体的长度不小于环形导光体的出光长度以保证环形导光体的出光的均匀性。优选的,如图3所示,柱状发光体的长度等于环形导光体的出光长度,以合理利用光源,节省能源浪费。
可选的,如图6所示,环形导光体10还包括相对的第三侧13和第四侧14,第三侧13和第四侧14分别为环形截面侧,第三侧13和/或第四侧14设置有光源20,光源20为环形光源且与环形截面对应。优选的,环形导光体10在靠近轴心101的第一侧11设置有反光结构30。反光结构有利于将光源发出的光从环形导光体的第二侧发出,避免在光源发出的光在导光体内部多次折射。
具体的,如图6所示,反光结构30主要用于反射第三侧13和/或第四侧14的光源20发出的光,使其从环形导光体10远离轴心的第二侧发出。
具体的,图6中以在第三侧13和第四侧14分别设置有光源20为例,且在第三侧13和第四侧14分别设置有光源20,光源20发出的光经过反光结构反射从环形导光体的第二侧发出,有利于提高出光均匀性。当然,也可以是仅在第三侧13或第四侧14设置有光源20。
优选的,环形导光体在靠近轴心的第一侧和/或远离轴心的第二侧设置有匀光结构。匀光结构可以是具有均匀微小网点结构的光学薄膜等,通过匀光结构散光,起到解决光源集中导致的眩光的问题,提高出光均匀性。
可选的,环形光源为环形发光体,或者,环形光源包括多个发光体,且多个发光体沿环形导光体第三侧和/或第四侧的环形截面圆周排布。光源为环形发光体,例如光源为环形灯管等,则环形灯管设置在环形导光体的一侧截面,环形导光体发出的光从环形导光体的截面进入。或者,如图7所示,光源20包括多个发光体,例如可以是多个LED,所述多个LED可以沿所述导光体环形截面圆周排布,以形成环形发光,从环形导光体的截面进入导光体内部。
可选的,如图8、图9所示,背光模组还包括固定支架40,固定支架40用于固定环形导光体10以及光源20。
具体的,如图8所示的背光模组,可以是仅在一侧设置固定支架40,以固定环形导光体10以及光源20。且具体的,固定支架40上设置有环形凹槽,环形导光体10固定在凹槽内。还可以通过在凹槽内设置电源插孔,以向光源提供电信号。
如图9所示的背光模组,环形导光体10环形截面的相对两侧分别设置有光源20,则背光模组还可以在其相对的两侧分别包括一个固定支架40以固定所述导光体10以及光源20。且具体的,固定支架40上设置有环形凹槽,环形导光体10以及光源20可以是均固定在环形凹槽内。则也可以通过在两侧的凹槽内分别设置电源插孔,向导光体两侧的光源提供电信号。当然,光源还可以是通过其他方式固定,例如还可以将光源固定在基板上,再将基板固定在环形导光体上。对于环形导光体以及光源的固定方式很多,本发明实施例仅以上述所述的为例进行说明。
本发明实施例提供了一种显示装置,如图10所示,包括显示屏50以及本发明实施例提供的任一所述的背光模组,且所述显示屏50固定在背光模组的环形导光体10远离轴心的第二侧。即将显示屏50固定在背光模组的出光侧,通过背光模组向显示屏提供背光以实现显示。显示屏可以是通过胶水等贴附在环形导光体远离轴心的第二侧,也可以是通过其他方式固定在所述环形导光体远离轴心的第二侧等。
可选的,显示屏由多个拼接屏拼接形成。如图11所示,显示屏包括第一拼接屏51、第二拼接屏52、第三拼接屏53、第四拼接屏54,第一拼接屏51、第二拼接屏52、第三拼接屏53、第四拼接屏54环形拼接。当然,多个拼接屏的拼接也不局限于此,本发明实施例仅以上述为例进行说明。其中,显示屏可以是柔性显示屏,则显示屏可以是一整块环绕所述环形导光体。
本发明实施例提供的了一种显示装置,显示装置的背光模组的环形导光体从远离轴心的第二侧环形发光,即背光模组360°圆周发光,显示屏固定在背光模组的环形导光体远离轴心的第二侧,则显示装置可以实现360°圆周显示。

Claims (13)

1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括环形导光体以及光源,所述环形导光体包括靠近轴心的第一侧以及远离轴心的第二侧,所述光源发出的光从所述环形导光体远离轴心的第二侧发出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述光源包括至少一个发光体,所述发光***于所述环形导光体的内部,且所述发光体至少以所述环形导光体的轴心为中心360°发光。
3.根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述光源包括一个柱状发光体,且所述柱状发光***于所述环形导光体的轴心位置处。
4.根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述光源包括三个柱状发光体,且所述三个柱状发光体沿所述环形导光体的轴心圆周阵列排布。
5.根据权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述柱状发光体的长度不小于所述环形导光体的出光长度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述环形导光体还包括相对的第三侧和第四侧,所述第三侧和所述第四侧分别为环形截面侧,所述第三侧和/或所述第四侧设置有光源,所述光源为环形光源且与所述环形截面对应。
7.根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述环形导光体在靠近轴心的第一侧设置有反光结构。
8.根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述环形光源为环形发光体,或者,所述环形光源包括多个发光体,且所述多个发光体沿所述环形导光体的第三侧和/或第四侧的环形截面圆周排布。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述环形导光体在靠近轴心的第一侧和/或远离轴心的第二侧设置有匀光结构。
10.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的背光模组,其特征在于,还包括固定支架,所述固定支架用于固定所述环形导光体以及光源。
11.根据权利要求10所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述固定支架上设置有环形凹槽,所述环形导光体固定在所述环形凹槽内。
12.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括显示屏以及权利要求1-11任一项所述的背光模组,且所述显示屏固定在所述背光模组的环形导光体远离轴心的第二侧。
13.根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示屏由多个拼接屏拼接形成。
