Description

滚动轴承的阻挡端盖和配备有该盖的铁路轴的支承装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于滚动轴承的轴向阻挡端盖。本发明还涉及一种用于设置有配备有这样的盖的轴箱的铁路轴的支承装置。
背景技术
众所周知,例如从US3741614中,铁路车辆由一系列铁路轴支承,其中的每个都包含其上安装有车轮的轴;每个轴端由包括通过适当的悬架被限制至铁路车的铁路轴箱的装置支承。每个轴箱包括安装在轴的直径减小的端部(被称为轴颈)上的滚动轴承。滚动轴承的内圈被安装且轴向地锁定在由轴一体承载的肩部与通过螺钉被一体地限制至轴颈自由端尤其是其中正面表面的阻挡端盖之间的轴的轴颈上。
阻挡端盖受到相对高的应力,这可通过弯曲产生弹性变形。阻挡端盖(该端盖通常被当作凹盘)的中心朝向轴颈偏转,而盖的外周边缘偏转以便沿轴向移动远离轴承。这些变形(无论多小)可能会带来很多弊端,因为空间狭窄且可能存在车轮旋转检测装置。因此,阻挡端盖目前被当作相对刚性的元件,以便以盖的大重量的成本或限制或防止当今越来越少可接受的变形。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于滚动轴承的轴向阻挡端盖,特别是用于铁路轴的支承装置的铁路轴箱,该铁路轴同时还在存在相对高的弯曲应力中的轻重量以及很小倾向的变形。
因此,根据本发明,提供了一种具有在所附权利要求书中所公开的特征的用于滚动轴承的轴向阻挡端盖以及用于铁路轴的支承装置。

具体实施方式
参照图1,附图标记1整体上是指铁路轴2的支承装置,为了简化起见仅部分地示出且属于车轴(其是已知的,但为了简化起见并未示出)。
轴2具有直径减小的相应端部3,为了简化起见仅示出了其中的一个,也称为轴颈,其中每一个由装置1承载。
装置1包括至少一个铁路轴箱4(其是已知类型的,但为了简化起见,仅部分示出),该铁路轴箱反过来又包括安装在轴2的轴颈3上的滚动轴承5,并且包括被分成两个环部6b和6c的内圈6、外圈7、以及在图示的非限制性示例中的双冠滚动体8。
滚动轴承5的内圈6(带有其两个环部6b和6c)轴向地安装成被阻挡在由轴2一体承载的邻接肩部9(在相关情况下由圈10限定)与通过一系列的螺钉12(在图示的例子中三个以120°布置)一体地安装在圈10的相反侧上的轴颈3上的阻挡端盖11之间的轴2的轴颈3上。
同样参照图2和3,用于轴承5的阻挡端盖11被成形为凹盘,其由具有使用中与轴承5(图1)的对称轴线B同轴的对称轴线A的环形侧壁13、由横向布置至对称轴线A的底壁14以及由径向截面为肘形并将底壁14连接至侧壁13的环形连接部15限定。
底壁14设置有用于螺钉12的多个通孔16,用于在使用中将盖11紧固至轴2,侧壁13终止于底壁14的相反侧上,前环形表面17适于在使用中抵接着轴承5的圈6。
根据本发明的第一方面,盖的底壁14的厚度(在平行于对称轴线A的方向上测量)在位于该对称轴线的最大厚度S1与布置在由侧壁13限定的盖11的径向外边缘18的最小厚度S2之间的径向方向上是连续变化的。
特别地,底壁14被限制在面向侧壁13的前环形表面17的相反侧的外前表面19与在侧壁13的邻接前环形表面17的相同侧上面向的内前表面20之间,并且与侧壁13共同限定盖11的内凹陷或凹部21,其适于在使用中至少部分地与轴2的轴颈3的自由端22联接。
根据本发明,底壁14的外前表面19和内前表面20不是彼此平行的,而是在侧壁13的侧面上在朝向彼此的径向方向上会聚,两者都不垂直于对称轴线A。此外,底壁14的外前表面19和内前表面20都是曲面,优选的是让其曲率中心置于对称轴线A上。
根据本发明的另一方面,并且特别参照图4,底壁14的内前表面20具有的曲率半径R1比底壁14的外前表面19的曲率半径R2大至少一个数量级。此外,该底壁的外前表面的曲率半径R2等于测量的侧壁13的径向外径De(图3)的四倍或五倍。
此外,根据本发明的优选方面,底壁14的外前表面19和内前表面20具有相反的曲率。换句话说,曲率半径R1和R2是互为相反的,因为它们的曲率中心布置在相对于底壁14的相反侧上。半径R1的曲率中心布置成超出底壁14,在邻接前环形表面17的相反部分上,而半径R2的曲率中心布置在邻接前环形表面17的部分上并且超出了凹部21。
令人惊讶的是,代替具有恒定厚度的底壁以及具有如在现有技术中的平行表面,通过使盖11具有根据上面描述的尺寸参数允许减少盖11的整体重量,因而弯曲强度保持相等,从而使得径向外边缘18在使用中在螺钉12的压应力下不会明显变形。
此外,为了获得最佳结果,肘形环形连接部15在底壁14的厚度的方向上被限制在两个曲面22和23之间,这两个曲面以连续的方式与底壁14以及与侧壁13接合平齐;第一径向外曲面22具有第一半径R3,第二径向内曲面23具有第二半径R4;根据本发明的另一方面,第一半径R3具有的值大于第二半径R4的值,其包括在第二半径R4的值加上在连接部15的底壁的厚度S的一半与第二半径R4的值加上在连接部15的底壁的厚度S的两倍之间,使得下面的不等式应用:
(1)R3≥R4+1/2S
(2)R3≤R4+2S
盖11具有侧壁13,其在外部沿径向设置有被获得在侧壁13的前环形表面17附近的凸缘24,而且沿轴向从前环形表面17移开,从而将环形台阶26限定在侧壁13的径向外横向表面25上并朝向前环形表面17,根据本发明的最后一个方面,该环形台阶在轴向方向上必须测量的高度H或等于或大于2毫米。
