本发明公开了一种塑料电镀工艺,包括如下步骤:1)将塑料粉末、粘合剂、促进剂和成形剂按配比进行搅拌,然后将上述混合物放入压延机中压延成型;2)使用汽油进行浸泡2-3小时,取出后使用去油剂进行去油清洗,然后将清洗后的橡胶冲切出所需规格的成品;3)在塑料注射机上通入超临界流体,并通过定量控制所述超临界流体的注入,制备表层微孔发泡实心芯层的塑料制品;对所述塑料制品通过电镀工艺进行电镀,形成金属镀层。本发明不仅提高了工件与后续镀层的结合力,还避免了工件的深孔位置受到腐蚀、镀层表面不均匀等问题。

一种塑料电镀工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及电镀领域,具体地说,特别涉及到一种塑料电镀工艺。
背景技术
电镀(Electroplating)就是利用电解原理在某些金属表面上镀上一薄层其它金属或合金的过程,是利用电解作用使金属或其它材料制件的表面附着一层金属膜的工艺从而起到防止金属氧化(如锈蚀),提高耐磨性、导电性、反光性、抗腐蚀性(硫酸铜等)及增进美观等作用。不少硬币的外层亦为电镀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种塑料电镀工艺,以解决上述问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种塑料电镀工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将塑料粉末、粘合剂、促进剂和成形剂按配比进行搅拌,然后将上述混合物放入压延机中压延成型;
2)使用汽油进行浸泡2-3小时,取出后使用去油剂进行去油清洗,然后将清洗后的橡胶冲切出所需规格的坯料;
3)在塑料注射机上通入超临界流体,并通过定量控制所述超临界流体的注入,制备表层微孔发泡实心芯层的塑料制品;对所述塑料制品通过电镀工艺进行电镀,形成金属镀层。
优选的,所述步骤2)中的最佳侵泡时间为3小时。
优选的,所述步骤2)中的最佳温度为30摄氏度。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
不仅提高了工件与后续镀层的结合力,还避免了工件的深孔位置受到腐蚀、镀层表面不均匀等问题。

实施例1
一种塑料电镀工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将塑料粉末、粘合剂、促进剂和成形剂按配比进行搅拌,然后将上述混合物放入压延机中压延成型;
2)使用汽油进行浸泡2小时,取出后使用去油剂进行去油清洗,然后将清洗后的橡胶冲切出所需规格的成品;
3)在塑料注射机上通入超临界流体,并通过有序定量控制超临界流体的注入,制备表层微孔发泡实心芯层的塑料制品;
塑料制品通过电镀工艺进行电镀,形成具有倒扣结构的金属镀层,从而获得镀层与塑料结合力强的具有金属镀层、微孔发泡层和实心芯层三层结构的高性能塑料电镀制品。
实施例2
一种塑料电镀工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将塑料粉末、粘合剂、促进剂和成形剂按配比进行搅拌,然后将上述混合物放入压延机中压延成型;
2)使用汽油进行浸泡3小时,取出后使用去油剂进行去油清洗,然后将清洗后的橡胶冲切出所需规格的成品;
3)在塑料注射机上通入超临界流体,并通过有序定量控制超临界流体的注入,制备表层微孔发泡实心芯层的塑料制品;
塑料制品通过电镀工艺进行电镀,形成具有倒扣结构的金属镀层,从而获得镀层与塑料结合力强的具有金属镀层、微孔发泡层和实心芯层三层结构的高性能塑料电镀制品。

1.一种塑料电镀工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将塑料粉末、粘合剂、促进剂和成形剂按配比进行搅拌,然后将上述混合物放入压延机中压延成型;
2)使用汽油进行浸泡2-3小时,取出后使用去油剂进行去油清洗,然后将清洗后的橡胶冲切出所需规格的坯料;
3)在塑料注射机上通入超临界流体,并通过定量控制所述超临界流体的注入,制备表层微孔发泡实心芯层的塑料制品;对所述塑料制品通过电镀工艺进行电镀,形成金属镀层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料电镀工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中的最佳侵泡时间为3小时。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料电镀工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中的最佳温度为30摄氏度。
