技术领域
本发明属于烟草技术领域,具体是指一种调节卷烟烟气形态的香精。
技术背景
卷烟烟支在燃点过程中,当温度上升到300℃时,烟丝中的挥发性成分开始挥发而形成烟气;上升到450℃时,烟丝开始焦化;上升到600℃时,烟支被点燃而开始燃烧。
烟支燃烧有两种形式:一种是抽吸时的燃烧,称为吸燃。吸燃的烟气称为主流烟气;另一种是抽吸间隙的燃烧,称为阴燃。阴燃的烟气称为侧流烟气。
在烤烟中含有大量的挥发性芳香族成分,大部分是单取代的产物,可能与木质素降解产物β一氨基苯丙酸的代谢有关,苯丙氨酸的代谢产物如苯甲醇、苯乙醇是烟草中含量较丰富的香味成分之一。Wahlberg等的研究表明,在烤烟调制及醇化过程中,苯甲醛、苯乙醛一直是微量成分,变化不大,但苯甲醇、苯甲酸、苯乙醇、苯乙酸和苯丙酸含量在调制过程中显著增加,醇化6个月后含量达最高,比青烟高1.5—40倍。随着醇化过程的继续,早期代谢产物发生进一步转化,结果是苯乙酸甲酯、苯乙酸乙酗、乙酸苯甲醇酯、乙酸苯乙醇酯等酯类成分在继续醇化过程中增加。
卷烟的烟气由气相物质和粒相物质两部份组成。气相物质约占烟气总量的92%;粒相物质约占烟气总量的8%。
气相物质是能在室温下能通过剑桥滤片(一种玻璃纤维制成的滤片,过滤效率可达99%)的烟气。
粒相物质是指烟气在挥发过程中,温度下降到350℃以下时,烟气中发生的颗粒,形成气溶胶状态。烟气中的粒相物质主要是水、烟碱和焦油。
卷烟烟气形态是卷烟吸食品质的重要组成部分,好的烟气形态可显著提高卷烟香气的透发性,并增强烟气的圆润感和丰满度,给消费者带来舒适和满足。但是,目前,调节卷烟烟气形态的香精很缺乏,已经限制烟草产业发展,发明一种调节卷烟烟气形态的香精迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,提供了一种调节卷烟烟气形态的香精,其应用于卷烟当中,可显著提高卷烟香气的透发性,并增强烟气的圆润感和丰满度。
为实现上述目的,本发明所设计的一种调节卷烟烟气形态的香精,它的原料按照重量百分比计包括:30~60%的丙二醇、20~40%的乙醇、1~5%的3-羟基-2-丁酮、5~15%的2-羟基-3,5,5-三甲基环己-2-烯-1-酮、0.5~3%的糠醛、10~18%的秘鲁浸膏。
进一步地,它的原料按照重量百分比计包括:35~45%的丙二醇、30~40%的乙醇、2~5%的3-羟基-2-丁酮、5~10%的2-羟基-3,5,5-三甲基环己-2-烯-1-酮、1~3%的糠醛、10~15%的秘鲁浸膏。
再进一步地,它的原料按照重量百分比计包括:40.2%的丙二醇、35%的乙醇、3.55%的3-羟基-2-丁酮、7.75%的2-羟基-3,5,5-三甲基环己-2-烯-1-酮、1.5%的糠醛、12%的秘鲁浸膏。

本发明原理:
本发明所用3-羟基-2-丁酮中文别名:乙偶姻;甲基乙酰基原醇分子式(Formula):C4H8O2,分子量(Molecular Weight):88.11,CAS No.:513-86-0,具有强烈的奶油、脂肪、白脱样香气,高度稀释后有令人愉快的奶香气。可与乙醇、水、甘油溶混,不溶于脂肪油和碳轻化合物,在卷烟中可使烟气圆润,有飘逸感;
2-羟基-3,5,5-三甲基环己-2-烯-1-酮又名烟酮,是一种化学原料,外观为白色到淡黄色晶体或粉末,熔点90~91℃,沸程90~100℃(2000Pa),天然品存在于白肋烟草等中,具有烟草特征香气,略带凉甜感,是一种性能优良的烟用香料,化学物质登记号(CAS):57696-89-6,主要用做高档烟用香精,具有增加烟香和口吃味,改善烟的口感的功能;烟酮也是调制烟用香精和食用香精不可多得的主要香料。卷烟使用它能有效烟气的透发性,增加烟香和醇香,去辣压杂味,改善口感;高档烟用它,能提高烟之档次;中低档烟用它,可以提高烟之品位。烟酮具有很好的咖啡香气,气味芳香,由于从烟叶中分离提纯只能得到少量烟酮,远远满足不了市场的需求,烟酮主要用于食用和香烟用香料,用于食品、饮料、糖果和香烟生产中,加入极少量烟酮,具有很好的增香效果,产品味道宜人。国外香料公司于80年代中期进行开发合成烟酮。
糠醛,英文名称:furfural,其他名称:呋喃甲醛,由植物原料中的戊聚糖水解成戊糖后,进一步脱水而成。工业上将玉米芯等富含戊聚糖的原料与稀硫酸共热,再经汽提、冷凝、蒸馏、真空精制而得糠醛,分子式C5H4O2,又称2-呋喃甲醛。糠醛是呋喃环系最重要的衍生物,是一个重要的由农副产品中制得的产品。无色液体,具有与苯甲醛类似的气味。在卷烟中有增加香气量,使烟气丰富而饱满的作用。
秘鲁浸膏主产于中美洲,为深棕色粘稠液体,具有鲜甜的膏香和偏于香夹兰豆豆香气息。香气浓甜留长,主成分为苯甲酸和肉桂酸以及苄醇酯、香兰素、丁香酚、金合欢醇、松柏醇(coniferyl alcohol)和肉桂酸松柏酯等,常作为各种香型香精的定香剂。

一种调节卷烟烟气形态的香精,它的原料按照重量百分比计包括;35%的丙二醇、30%的体积分数为95%乙醇、1%的3-羟基-2-丁酮、15%的2-羟基-3,5,5-三甲基环己-2-烯-1-酮、1%的糠醛、18%的秘鲁浸膏。
实施例5
一种调节卷烟烟气形态的香精,它的原料按照重量百分比计包括;45%的丙二醇、26%的体积分数为95%乙醇、2%的3-羟基-2-丁酮、10%的2-羟基-3,5,5-三甲基环己-2-烯-1-酮、2%的糠醛、15%的秘鲁浸膏。
选用中档空白烟丝,对烟气形态调节剂添加到卷烟中的作用进行评价。采用1μL注射器进行注射进行评吸评价。7人组成评吸小组,其中国家级评吸师一名,省级评吸师两名。
由评吸结果(表1)表明,烟气形态调节剂对卷烟质量有明显提升,具有烟气入口甜,圆润感好,香气透发、飘逸,口腔干净等效果,可以作为新型烟用香精进行使用。

Claims (4)
1.一种调节卷烟烟气形态的香精,其特征在于:它的原料按照重量百分比计包括:30~60%的丙二醇、20~40%的乙醇、1~5%的3-羟基-2-丁酮、5~15%的2-羟基-3,5,5-三甲基环己-2-烯-1-酮、0.5~3%的糠醛、10~18%的秘鲁浸膏。
2.根据权利要求1所述调节卷烟烟气形态的香精,其特征在于:它的原料按照重量百分比计包括:35~45%的丙二醇、30~40%的乙醇、2~5%的3-羟基-2-丁酮、5~10%的2-羟基-3,5,5-三甲基环己-2-烯-1-酮、1~3%的糠醛、10~15%的秘鲁浸膏。
3.根据权利要求2所述调节卷烟烟气形态的香精,其特征在于:它的原料按照重量百分比计包括:40.2%的丙二醇、35%的乙醇、3.55%的3-羟基-2-丁酮、7.75%的2-羟基-3,5,5-三甲基环己-2-烯-1-酮、1.5%的糠醛、12%的秘鲁浸膏。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述调节卷烟烟气形态的香精,其特征在于:所述乙醇的体积分数为95%。
