Abstract

本发明涉及一种柳编颜料漆,包括:水、水性不饱和聚酯漆、水性丙烯酸树脂漆、聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚、硫酸锰、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、膨润土、环己酮肟、颜料、三硬脂酸甘油酯。本发明中以水溶性漆作为主体,可以有效地防止使用挥发性溶剂对身体的伤害,油漆中加入多种助剂,有效地改善了油漆的性能,使其可以快速干燥,油漆的韧性也得到提高,在柳编制品表面形成保护膜,防止柳编制品的腐蚀,而且在油漆中加入颜料,可以为柳编制品提供需要的颜色。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油漆,具体涉及一种柳编颜料漆。
背景技术
柳编制品在我国有上千年的历史,柳编制品以其实用的性质和优美的外形自古以来受到人们的欢迎,柳编制品主要使用柳条、藤条、秸秆等原材料编织而成,这些原料在使用过程中容易腐蚀而造成柳编制品的使用寿命缩短,而且柳编制品的颜色往往是原料的原色,色泽较为单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种柳编颜料漆,既可以防止柳编制品的腐蚀,同时可以为柳编制品上色,丰富柳编制品的颜色。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种柳编颜料漆,按重量计包括:12-20%水、25-35%水性不饱和聚酯漆、30-40%水性丙烯酸树脂漆、1-2%聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚、0.2-0.5%硫酸锰、0.03-0.1%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、1-3%膨润土、0.08-0.1%环己酮肟、7-12%颜料、0.2-1%三硬脂酸甘油酯。
优选地,一种柳编颜料漆,按重量计包括:18%水、30%水性不饱和聚酯漆、39%水性丙烯酸树脂漆、1.5%聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚、0.4%硫酸锰、0.05%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、2%膨润土、0.05%环己酮肟、8.5%颜料、0.5%三硬脂酸甘油酯。
所述颜料为钛白粉、铅铬黄、铁蓝、大红粉、偶淡黄、酞菁蓝中的一种,也可以为其他颜料。
以硫酸锰为催干剂,提高油漆干燥的速度,提高加工的速度,以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为增韧剂,提高了油漆的韧性,膨润土为颜料分散剂,提高了颜料在油漆中的分散程度,使喷涂油漆的制品颜色均匀,环己酮肟为抗结皮剂,聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚、三硬脂酸甘油酯为分散剂。
本发明使用的油漆可以使用刷涂或者喷涂的方式涂刷。
本发明的有益效果:本发明中以水溶性漆作为主体,可以有效地防止使用挥发性溶剂对身体的伤害,油漆中加入多种助剂,有效地改善了油漆的性能,使其可以快速干燥,油漆的韧性也得到提高,在柳编制品表面形成保护膜,防止柳编制品的腐蚀,而且在油漆中加入颜料,可以为柳编制品提供需要的颜色。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种柳编颜料漆,按重量计包括:12-20%水、25-35%水性不饱和聚酯漆、30-40%水性丙烯酸树脂漆、1-2%聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚、0.2-0.5%硫酸锰、0.03-0.1%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、1-3%膨润土、0.08-0.1%环己酮肟、7-12%颜料、0.2-1%三硬脂酸甘油酯。
实施例2
一种柳编颜料漆,按重量计包括:18%水、30%水性不饱和聚酯漆、39%水性丙烯酸树脂漆、1.5%聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚、0.4%硫酸锰、0.05%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、2%膨润土、0.05%环己酮肟、8.5%钛白粉、0.5%三硬脂酸甘油酯。
加工时,将水与三硬脂酸甘油酯混合均匀,然后加入30%水性不饱和聚酯漆、39%水性丙烯酸树脂漆,加热至30-35℃,在120-200r/min下搅拌20-25min;然后加入聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚、硫酸锰、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、膨润土、环己酮肟、钛白粉加入上述油漆中加入上述混合物,继续搅拌15-30min,然后喷涂在柳编制品表面。
本实施例提供的颜料漆喷涂后,在柳编制品表面形成保护膜,耐腐蚀时间提高180%,而且柳编制品可以保持更高的柔韧性,而且柳编制品具有更好的颜色。

Claims (3)

1.一种柳编颜料漆,其特征在于,按重量计包括:12-20%水、25-35%水性不饱和聚酯漆、30-40%水性丙烯酸树脂漆、1-2%聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚、0.2-0.5%硫酸锰、0.03-0.1%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、1-3%膨润土、0.08-0.1%环己酮肟、7-12%颜料、0.2-1%三硬脂酸甘油酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柳编颜料漆,其特征在于,按重量计包括:18%水、30%水性不饱和聚酯漆、39%水性丙烯酸树脂漆、1.5%聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚、0.4%硫酸锰、0.05%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、2%膨润土、0.05%环己酮肟、8.5%颜料、0.5%三硬脂酸甘油酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柳编颜料漆,其特征在于:所述颜料为钛白粉、铅铬黄、铁蓝、大红粉、偶淡黄、酞菁蓝中的一种。
