Abstract
本发明涉及一种新的物质柠檬酸钙硒及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将无水柠檬酸、氧化钙和二氧化硒投入反应容器,磨碎后发生固相化学反应;(2)充分反应后,获得产品易溶柠檬酸钙硒。本发明的柠檬酸钙硒由柠檬酸、氧化钙和二氧化硒制备而成。可以同时补充钙和硒两种无机元素,溶于水,可以被身体吸收,其柠檬酸成分在体内起到抗菌消炎和消解结石的作用,是一种很好的保健养生产品,可以在各种食品和保健品中,可以得到广泛的应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及生物化工医药食品领域,尤其是涉及一种新物质柠檬酸钙硒及其制备方法。
背景技术
钙是生物必需的元素。对人体而言,无论肌肉、神经、体液和骨骼中,都有用Ca2+结合的蛋白质。钙是人类骨、齿的主要无机成分,也是神经传递、肌肉收缩、血液凝结、激素释放和乳汁分泌等所必需的元素。钙约占人体质量的1.4%,参与新陈代谢,每天必须补充钙;人体中钙含量不足或过剩都会影响生长发育和健康,阳离子钙Ca2+具有壮骨、健牙、消炎、镇痛、维持神经与肌肉的正常兴奋性,有治疗过敏性疾病的功效。
硒Se是人、动物的营养添加剂,有机硒人体容易吸收。具有抗衰老、提高***活力和排毒的功效。可以预防心血管病,维持心脏正常运作;抗氧化,提高免疫功能;防治癌症、高血压、冠心病、心肌炎、克山病、大骨节病等。因此世界卫生组织建议每天补充200微克硒,可有效预防多种疾病的高发。美国医学科学院认为,硒的最低中毒量为每天900微克,每天从饮食和硒制品中摄入的硒的含量若不超过400微克是安全的。
柠檬酸C6H8O7是食品风味酸络合剂,可以用作抗菌消炎,由于柠檬酸可络合胆肾膀胱输尿管结石的草酸钙成易溶柠檬酸钙,亦可以使结石变小而消失。
当今国内外市场上易溶柠檬酸钙硒还没有出现

本发明的目的在于填补现有技术的空白,提供一种易溶柠檬酸钙硒的合成方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种易溶柠檬酸钙硒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将无水柠檬酸、氧化钙和二氧化硒投入反应容器,磨碎后发生固相化学反应;
(2)充分反应后,获得产品易溶柠檬酸钙硒。
进一步,所述步骤(1)投入无水柠檬酸、氧化钙和二氧化硒的摩尔比为2202:3301:1。
进一步,所述步骤(1)的反应容器为搅拌球磨机。
进一步,所述步骤(1)的化学反应在常温下进行。
进一步,所述步骤(1)的化学反应的反应时间为30分钟。
进一步,所述易溶柠檬酸钙硒的制备方法还包括步骤(3):对反应结束的产物分装,包装获得成品。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种新的物质柠檬酸钙硒,其按照上述任一所述的制备方法制得。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
本发明制备得到的柠檬酸钙硒,又名枸橼酸钙硒,化学结构分子式SeCa3301(C6H5O7)2202·3303H2O,白色结晶粉末,分子量608323.3,含硒0.01%,含钙21.75%,含柠檬酸68.46%,含结晶水9.78%,纯度在99%以上,溶于水(0.82g Ca/100ml,25℃,0.0004g Se/100ml,25℃)。
本发明的柠檬酸钙硒由柠檬酸、氧化钙和二氧化硒制备而成。可以同时补充钙和硒两种无机元素,易溶于水,可以被身体吸收。可以起到壮骨、健牙、消炎、镇痛、维持神经与肌肉的正常兴奋性,起到过敏性疾病的辅助治疗功效; 此外,还具有抗衰老、提高***活力和排毒的功效,可以预防心血管病,维持心脏正常运作,抗氧化,提高免疫功能,防治癌症、高血压、冠心病、心肌炎、克山病、大骨节病等;其柠檬酸成分在体内起到抗菌消炎和消解结石的作用,是一种很好的保健养生产品,可以在各种食品和保健品中,可以得到广泛的应用。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明。这些实施例的用意只是说明性的,而不应理解为对本发明的限制。
本实施例为柠檬酸钙硒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取二氧化硒110.96g、氧化钙185120.1g和无水柠檬酸423092.3,将上述材料混合,投入搅拌球磨机进行固相化学反应,开机反应半小时,反应生成谷氨酸铵硒,化学反应式为:
SeO2+3301CaO+2202C6H8O7=SeCa3301(C6H5O7)2202·3303H2O,
反应条件是常温;
(2)充分反应30分钟后,从搅拌球磨机中放出产物;
(3)将获得的成品充分反应后,获得产品柠檬酸钙硒晶体称重,得到易溶柠檬酸钙硒晶体608323.3g,然后包装成品。
本发明的柠檬酸钙硒由柠檬酸、氧化钙和二氧化硒制备而成。可以同时补充钙和硒两种无机元素,易溶于水,可以被身体吸收,其柠檬酸成分在体内起到抗菌消炎和消解结石的作用,是一种很好的保健养生产品,可以在各种食品和保健品中,可以得到广泛的应用。

1.一种易溶柠檬酸钙硒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将无水柠檬酸、氧化钙和二氧化硒投入反应容器,磨碎后发生固相化学反应;
(2)充分反应后,获得产品易溶柠檬酸钙硒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易溶柠檬酸钙硒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)投入无水柠檬酸、氧化钙和二氧化硒的摩尔之比为2202:3301:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的易溶柠檬酸钙硒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)的反应容器为搅拌球磨机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的易溶柠檬酸钙硒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)的化学反应在常温下进行。
5.根据权利要求1所述的易溶柠檬酸钙硒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)的化学反应的反应时间为30分钟。
6.根据权利要求1所述的易溶柠檬酸钙硒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述溶柠檬酸钙硒的制备方法还包括步骤(3):对反应结束的产物分装,包装获得成品。
7.一种按照权利要求1~6任一所述的制备方法制备得到的易溶柠檬酸钙硒。
