技术领域
本发明涉及一种工装,特别是刀体拉钉定位工装。
背景技术
数控机床刀具刀体、刀杆锥柄都是用气动拉钉来锁紧加工的,刀柄拉钉定位孔要求尺寸精度、位置度很高,过去加工拉丁空用自定心或单动卡盘打表、校正后加工,费时而且产品质量差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够保证产品加工质量、定位精度高的刀体拉钉定位工装。
实现本发明目的的技术方案如下:
刀体拉钉定位工装,包括夹具体、定位锥套、可换弹性套、锁紧压盖以及垫圈,所述定位锥套安装在夹具体右端,所述夹具体右端设置紧定螺钉将定位锥套顶紧,所述定位锥套的锥孔内设有可换弹性套,所述夹具体右端设置垫圈并用锁紧压盖压紧。
所述夹具体左端设有与机床连接的紧固螺钉。
采用上述结构后,可换弹性套的设置提高了定位精度,加紧校正工作时间缩短,不同规格刀体、刀柄更换可换弹性套即可加工,产品加工质量稳定。

具体实施方式
由图1可知本发明刀体拉钉定位工装包括夹具体1、定位锥套2、可换弹性套3、锁紧压盖4以及垫圈5,所述定位锥套2安装在夹具体1右端,所述夹具体1右端设置紧定螺钉6将定位锥套2顶紧,所述定位锥套2的锥孔内设有可换弹性套3,所述夹具体1右端设置垫圈5并用锁紧压盖4压紧,所述夹具体1左端设有与机床连接的紧固螺钉7。
采用上述结构后,可换弹性套的设置提高了定位精度,加紧校正工作时间缩短,不同规格刀体、刀柄更换可换弹性套即可加工,产品加工质量稳定。
