Abstract

本发明涉及机床导轨,包括底座及设置在底座上的导轨本体,所述导轨本体上表面设有油槽,底座内设有加油空腔,加油空腔与油槽通过油管相连,底座的表面上设有漏油槽,漏油槽设置在导轨本体两侧面的正下方。本发明具有结构简单,润滑油添加方便,使用寿命长等特点。

本发明涉及机床设备技术领域,特别涉及机床导轨。
背景技术
现有技术中,机床的导轨是一体结构,机床工作时,刀具或者其他的机械工具都在导轨上运动,导轨使用非常频繁,如果不注意保养的话,导轨的寿命将很短,但是工作的时候有无法保养导轨,通常是在工作结束后人工刷保养机油,这样就造成很多的不便。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,润滑油添加方便,使用寿命长的机床导轨
实现本发明的技术方案如下:
机床导轨,包括底座及设置在底座上的导轨本体,所述导轨本体上表面设有油槽,底座内设有加油空腔,加油空腔与油槽通过油管相连,底座的表面上设有漏油槽,漏油槽设置在导轨本体两侧面的正下方。
采用了上述的方案,加油空腔内填满润滑油,通过油管对油槽供油,润滑油流出油槽并扩散到导轨本体表面各处,这样导轨上得到润滑油润滑或冷却,在工作时减少了因摩擦而缠身的损耗,延长了使用寿命,而且也可以一边工作一边加油,简单方便,效率大大提高,当导轨本体上的油量过多或有油漏下时,漏油槽正好储存多出来的油,以便回收再利用,大大节省使用成本。
所述油槽设置在导轨本体的中心处,导轨本体的中心向上凸起,优点是便于润滑油均匀流向导轨本体表面各处。
所述底座上设有与加油空腔相连通的加油孔,加油孔内设有密封盖,密封盖与加油孔之间为螺纹连接,优点是可以随时对加油空腔进行添加润滑油,防止加油空腔内没有润滑油使用,结构简单,使用方便。
所述加油空腔内设有推杆,推杆与设置在底座上的驱动装置相连,优点是通过驱动装置对推杆进行推动,推杆便会将加油空腔内的润滑油送至导轨本体上的油槽,随时对导轨本体进行润滑。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1,机床导轨,包括底座1及设置在底座1上的导轨本体2,所述导轨本体2上表面设有油槽3,底座1内设有加油空腔4,加油空腔4与油槽3通过油管5相连,底座1的表面上设有漏油槽6,漏油槽6设置在导轨本体2两侧面的正下方。
所述油槽3设置在导轨本体2的中心处,导轨本体2的中心向上凸起,优点是便于润滑油均匀流向导轨本体表面各处。
所述底座1上设有与加油空腔4相连通的加油孔8,加油孔8内设有密封盖9,密封盖9与加油孔8之间为螺纹连接,优点是可以随时对加油空腔进行添加润滑油,防止加油空腔内没有润滑油使用,结构简单,使用方便。
所述加油空腔4内设有推杆7,推杆7与设置在底座1上的驱动装置10相连,优点是通过驱动装置对推杆进行推动,推杆便会将加油空腔内的润滑油送至导轨本体上的油槽,随时对导轨本体进行润滑。

1.机床导轨,包括底座及设置在底座上的导轨本体,其特征在于:所述导轨本体上表面设有油槽,底座内设有加油空腔,加油空腔与油槽通过油管相连,底座的表面上设有漏油槽,漏油槽设置在导轨本体两侧面的正下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机床导轨,其特征在于:所述油槽设置在导轨本体的中心处,导轨本体的中心向上凸起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的机床导轨,其特征在于:所述底座上设有与加油空腔相连通的加油孔,加油孔内设有密封盖,密封盖与加油孔之间为螺纹连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的机床导轨,其特征在于:所述加油空腔内设有推杆,推杆与设置在底座上的驱动装置相连。
