本发明公开了一种冲切成型夹具,包括底座、冲压座;所述底座中部通过固定块安装有成型座;所述成型座两侧设有导向管;所述冲压座中部设有与成型座相配合的冲压杆;所述冲压座上还设有与导向管相配合的导向套;所述冲压座下端设有切断刃;所述成型座内设有与切断刃相配合的刃腔;本发明方案通过在成型座两侧设有导向管以及在冲压座上设置与导向管相配合的导向套,加工时,导向管与导向套相配合,能够保证夹具的平稳性,提高产品的合格率,同时,在冲压座下端设有切断刃,成型座内设有与切断刃相配合的刃腔,能够对加工成型的产品进行切割,实现成型与切割的一步到位,减少了加工中的步骤,提高了生产效率。

本发明涉及一种冲切成型夹具,主要涉及冲床技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术对材料进行切断与冲压成型往往分两个步骤进行,对于不同形状的材料进行冲压与切断,往往需要分步进行,从而来达到技术要求,同时,对材料进行冲压成型时,需要用到夹具来完成加工,但是,在冲压过程中,由于冲压时产生的晃动容易造成产品的误差,这样的误差影响产品的合格率,因此需要一种能够提高产品合格率的夹具。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种能够提高产品合格率且冲切一体化的冲切成型夹具。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种冲切成型夹具,包括底座、冲压座;所述底座中部通过固定块安装有成型座;所述成型座两侧设有导向管;所述冲压座中部设有与成型座相配合的冲压杆;所述冲压座上还设有与导向管相配合的导向套;所述冲压座下端设有切断刃;所述成型座内设有与切断刃相配合的刃腔。
优选的,所述成型座与底座之间还设有顶块。

本发明的一种冲切成型夹具,通过在成型座两侧设有导向管以及在冲压座上设置与导向管相配合的导向套,加工时,导向管与导向套相配合,能够保证夹具的平稳性,提高产品的合格率,同时,在冲压座下端设有切断刃,成型座内设有与切断刃相配合的刃腔,能够对加工成型的产品进行切割,实现成型与切割的一步到位,减少了加工中的步骤,提高了生产效率。

附图1为本发明所述的一种冲切成型夹具,包括底座1、冲压座2,所述底座1中部通过固定块3安装有成型座4,所述成型座4能够按照需要进行产品的成型;所述成型座4两侧设有导向管5;所述冲压座2中部设有与成型座4相配合的冲压杆6;所述冲压座2上还设有与导向管5相配合的导向套7,导向管5与导向套7在加工时相配合,导向管5伸入导向套7内保证冲压座2与成型座4的平稳性,保证了冲压时的精确度,从而保证产品的合格率;所述冲压座2下端设有切断刃9;所述成型座4内设有与切断刃9相配合的刃腔10,加工完成后的产品在切断刃9的作用下进行切割,切断刃9进行刃腔10,将产品切断,实现加工与切割的双重功能,减少加工步骤;所述成型座4与底座1之间还设有顶块8,所述顶块8能够将完成加工后的产品从成型座4内顶出,方便成品的拿取。
本发明方案的一种冲切成型夹具,通过在成型座4两侧设有导向管5以及在冲压座2上设置与导向管5相配合的导向套7,加工时,导向管5与导向套7相配合,能够保证夹具的平稳性,提高产品的合格率;同时,在冲压座2下端设有切断刃9,成型座4内设有与切断刃9相配合的刃腔10,能够对加工成型的产品进行切割,实现成型与切割的一步到位,减少了加工中的步骤,提高了生产效率。
