Abstract

本发明是一种治疗肝癌的中药制剂，其原料药是由：旋复花、海藻、昆布、地丁、蒲公英、天丁 三棱、白花蛇舌草、山慈菇、马钱子、黄独、牡蛎、丹参、赤芍、垂盆草、龙胆草、黄芩、柴胡、党参五味子、人参、半夏、炙甘草、板蓝根、银花藤、白芍等50味中药组成。肝癌早期无明显症状，故易延误诊断，出现症状时已多属晚期，常见的临床表现为肝区疼痛，肝脏进行性肿大，低热、黄疸、腹胀、食欲减退、恶心呕吐、消瘦乏力、水肿及进行性贫血等，由于发现后进展迅速，死亡率高，故严重危害着人们的生命和健康。肝癌为肝脏血淤、气滞、痰凝、邪毒结聚而成。本发明具有清热解毒、活血化瘀、行气化痰、软坚散结、扶正、健脾益胃、抗癌和杀灭癌细胞的作用，用于治疗肝癌效果突出。

Description

肝癌药
(一)技术领域  本发明是一种治疗肝癌的中药制剂。
(二)背景技术  肝癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一，肝癌早期无明显症状，故易延误诊断，出现症状时已多属晚期，常见的临床表现为肝区疼痛，肝脏进行性肿大，低热、黄疸、腹胀、食欲减退、恶心呕吐、消瘦乏力、水肿及进行性贫血等，由于发现后进展迅速，死亡率高，故严重危害着人们的生命和健康。肝癌的发病原因：从西医的观点来看，发病原因尚未明确，目前认为以下因素与肝癌的发病密切相关1、慢性肝脏疾病病毒性肝炎与肝癌的发病有关，肝炎中的乙型，是诱发肝癌的主要类型。肝硬变与肝癌的发病也密切相关，表明肝炎一肝硬变一肝癌在发病学中有密切的联系，并主要与乙型肝炎有关2、化学致病物质如黄曲霉素、亚硝酸胺类、四氯化碳、偶氮苯类等化学物质可诱发肝癌。3、其他营养不良、遗传、某些肝脏寄生虫也可诱发肝癌；从中医学观点认为癌症发病原因较为复杂……肝癌为肝脏血淤、气滞、痰凝、邪毒结聚而成。
(三)发明内容  本发明是由原料药：茵陈30份 炒槐角(研)10份 旋复花15份 海藻20份 昆布20份 鳖甲(醋制)15份 夏枯草60份 地丁30份 蒲公英30份 天丁20份 三棱20份 莪术20份 白花蛇舌草60份 败酱草30份 山慈菇6份 马钱子4份 斑蝥0.3份 露蜂房30份 九节茶30份 黄独30份 天葵15份 牡蛎30份 郁金20份 丹参20份 赤芍20份 土鳖虫15份 雪上一支蒿0.04份 垂盆草40份 地耳草40份 龙胆草12份 黄芩15份 柴胡15份 党参30份 黄芪30份 女贞子30份 五味子10份 人参20份 白术20份 淫羊藿20份 茯苓20份 半夏20份 陈皮20份 炙甘草15份 大青叶20份 珍珠草20份 板蓝根30份 银花藤30份 当归18份 川芎18份 白芍24份按重量比组成。肝癌为肝脏血淤、气滞、痰凝、邪毒结聚而成。
其中：白花蛇舌草 板蓝根 银花藤 夏枯草 天丁 地丁 蒲公英 败酱草 天葵 马钱子 斑蝥 露蜂房 九节茶 黄独 龙胆草 黄芩 大青叶 珍珠草 垂盆草 地耳草清热解毒、攻毒已达到减轻症状的目的，同时白花蛇舌草 马钱子 露蜂房 九节茶 黄独 天葵 斑蝥有抗癌的作用，大青叶 珍珠草有使HBsAg转阴的作用，茵陈 炒槐角有治肝炎消黄疸的作用，龙胆草 柴胡 黄芩 垂盆草 地耳草有降转氨酶的作用，鳖甲 丹参 郁金 牡蛎用于肝脾肿大有软缩肝脾的效果，三棱 莪术 赤芍 丹参 川芎 当归 土鳖虫 雪上一支蒿活血化瘀从而起到消除肿块和止痛的作用，尤其是雪上一支蒿对手术后及晚期癌肿疼痛凑效快而持续时间长，三棱、莪术对癌细胞有直接杀灭的作用因此对抑杀癌细胞及防止其扩散和转移均有重要的作用，海藻 昆布 半夏 牡蛎 山慈菇 旋复花化痰散结已消肿块，鳖甲滋阴软坚散结，郁金 柴胡疏肝理气可达到行气活血散结止痛的目的，人参 黄芪 淫羊藿 女贞子 白术 当归 扶正补虚是治疗癌症的重要方法，同时人参 女贞子对于化疗和放射线疗法引起的白血球下降有使其升高的作用，白术 黄芪 五味子 当归 能保护肝脏提高抗病能力。人参 茯苓 白术 炙甘草陈皮 半夏有益气健脾的作用，只有胃纳旺盛，中土健运正常，使“生化”之源不竭，营养充沛，才能耐受癌症邪毒的伤害，同时也有利于祛邪药物的攻伐。
本发明的中药制剂能有效的治疗肝癌，经多年来的临床实践应用取得了卓越的疗效其治愈率达90％以上。现以100例肝癌的有关临床治疗情况详述如下：
1、病人概况：选择病史、病情、年龄、性别及原始治疗方法等项目
2、病人来源：门诊患者。
3、病人入组标准：一律以摄片B超或活检确诊为肝癌为标准。
4、服药方法：服用本发明的中药制剂：水煎剂，每日3次，早、中、晚饭前一个小时各服一次每次吞服装有药粉的胶囊3粒。以3个为一疗程
5、服药禁忌：鸡、鸽、猪头、猪脚、牛肉、羊肉、狗肉、鱼、虾、蟹、辛、辣等及其一切发疮动火之物特别是烟、酒类，更应禁绝房事
6、疗效评定： 
(1)痊愈：症状完全消失，摄片或B超检查癌肿消失。
(2)显效：症状大部分消失，摄片或B超检查癌肿显著缩小
(3)有效：症状明显减轻，摄片或B超检查癌肿有所缩小。
(4)无效：症状改善不明显，摄片或B超检查癌肿没有缩小。
6、疗效分析： 
(1)性别：按入组标准，男性60例(60％)女性40例(40％)
(2)病程：3-6个月50例。7个月以上50例。
(3)年龄：30-40岁20例41-60岁50例60岁以上30例
(4)疗效：痊愈率90％以上，有效率100％
通过采用本发明的中药制剂治疗肝癌收到了很满意的疗效。临床治疗是在门诊进行的。
本组病例治疗前，多数患者都经过西医的化疗、放疗、介入、手术治疗，均因疗效不佳，而前来诊治。
在服用过程中不得服用其他药物同时本病多与饮食情志有关。至于精神的安慰与饮食的调摄，对于配合治疗，提高疗效很有必要，临床也不可忽视。
本发明的中药制剂选用了清热解毒、活血化瘀、行气化痰、软坚散结、扶正、健脾益胃、抗癌和杀灭癌细胞的药物，患者用后，无任何如何毒副反应，且疗效颇为显著。治愈率达90％以上，有效率100％
现举2例典型患者的治疗效果观察如下
病例1：杨某某，男，56岁，住重庆市长寿区付合高丰村，于2004年6月11日从重庆肿瘤医院出院来我处诊治，患者主述：“在重庆肿瘤医院经CT扫描确诊为肝癌系胰腺癌转移。住院治疗3个多月无效，病情反而加重，最后医院无药可施劝其出院。”现头疼，胸胁胀痛，食减，腰部胀痛，胃脘胀满，神疲乏力，目黄，小便黄，舌淡紫，中部苔黄腻，脉弦，患者服用本发明的中药制剂3剂后，病情有所好转，继续服用6个月而痊愈。
病例2：徐某某，男，65岁，住重庆市长寿区凤城镇凤园路6号，于2014年4月3日初诊，患者主述：“有乙肝病史，后自觉右上腹肝区部经常疼痛，饮食减少，形体显著消瘦。”经重庆西南医院、第三军医大学新桥医院等多家医院CT扫描，核磁共振和B超，肝功检查确诊肝右叶15.3cmX15.4cmX15.1cm肿块，ACT 110.8AST 234.6ALT 221CCT 607AFP 295确诊为肝癌在第三军医大学新桥医院作介入疗法，作了3次介入疗法后查，不但右肝叶癌肿未缩小，反而左肝内及左肝外分别见一3.1cmX2.4cm、2.7cmX2.4cm癌肿而且每次作介入疗法都受不了，甚至话都说不出来，因来就诊。初诊时，患者脉弦长有力82次/分钟，舌质紫暗边有齿痕，苔黄厚腻，根据西医的病历诊断及脉舌形质症状以观，为肝脏血淤、气滞、痰凝、邪毒结聚成块，法当开郁、行气、活血、化痰、消淤、软坚散结、清热解毒、止痛、抗癌、扶正、益气健脾之中药，患者服用本发明的中药制剂，4剂后，去做第4次介入疗法于五月1日来就诊时说：“服用你的4剂药后做第4次介入疗法比前三次要好些，能说出话来，说明你的中药有效。从此我在不去作介入疗法了，就服用你的中药。”服用本法明的中药制剂15剂(2天一剂)后到医院B超检查左肝癌肿消失，饮食增加，精神好转，语声有力，乏力减轻，继续服用2疗程后到医院检查癌肿消失，肝功正常，临床症状消失而痊愈
(4)具体实施方式将原料药：茵陈30g炒槐角(研)10g旋复花15g海藻20g昆布20g鳖甲(醋制)15g 夏枯草60g 地丁30g 蒲公英30g 天丁20g 三棱20g 莪术20g 白花蛇舌草60g 败酱草30g 山慈菇6g 马钱子4g 斑蝥0.3g 露蜂房30g 九节茶30g 黄独30g 天葵15g 牡蛎30g 郁金20g 丹参20g 赤芍20g 土鳖虫15g 雪上一支蒿0.04g 垂盆草40g 地耳草40g 龙胆草12g 黄芩15g 柴胡15g 党参30g 黄芪30g 女贞子30g 五味子10g 人参20g 白术20g 淫羊藿20g 茯苓20g 半夏20g 陈皮20g 炙甘草15g 大青叶20g 珍珠草20g 板蓝根30g 银花藤30g 当归18g川芎18g 自芍24g除：山慈菇、斑蝥、马钱子。雪上一支蒿共打粉装入18颗胶囊外，其余药物放入陶瓷罐内，加冷水漫过药面浸泡透后，加盖，先用武火煎沸后，改为文火，煎取药液900ml，滤过，即得，供口服，2日服完。每日服3次早、中、晚饭前，各服一次，每次吞服装有药物的胶囊3粒。

1.一种治疗肝癌的中药制剂，其特征在于：原料药由茵陈30份 炒槐角(研)10份 旋复花15份海藻20份 昆布20份 鳖甲(醋制)15份 夏枯草60份 地丁30份 蒲公英30份 天丁20份 三棱20份 莪术20份 白花蛇舌草60份 败酱草30份 山慈菇6份 马钱子4份 斑蝥0.3份 露蜂房3、份 九节茶30份 黄独30份 天葵15份 牡蛎30份 郁金20份 丹参20份 赤芍20份 土鳖虫15份 雪上一支蒿0.04份 垂盆草40份 地耳草40份 龙胆草12份 黄芩15份 柴胡15份 党参30份黄芪30份 女贞子30份 五味子10份 人参20份 白术20份 淫羊藿20份 茯苓20份 半夏20份陈皮20份 炙甘草15份 大清叶20份 珍珠草20份 板蓝根30份 银花藤30份 当归18份 川芎18份 白芍24份按重量比组成。
2.跟据权利要求1所述的一种治疗肝癌的中药制剂，其其特征在于将原料药除山慈菇 斑蝥 马钱子 雪上一支蒿共打粉装入胶囊外，其余药物放入陶瓷罐内，加冷水漫过药面浸泡透后，加盖，先用武火煎沸后，改为文火，煎起药液，去渣，滤过，即得。
