Abstract
一种从牦牛骨中提取复合骨胶原的加工工艺,通过将牦牛骨选料、破碎、蒸煮、分离、磨浆、酸浸、退酸、过滤、酒精沉淀、脱水和干燥等11道工序,将牦牛骨中的复合骨胶原提取出来,制成高度浓缩的复合骨胶原粉粒颗粒。这种牦牛复合骨胶原粉粒可用于制作各种营养品、保健品和化妆品。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于畜产品加工领域,涉及从牦牛骨中提取营养物质,尤其是从牦牛骨中提取复合骨胶原的加工工艺。
背景技术
众所周知,动物骨胶原含有丰富的胶原蛋白、软骨素、活性钙、氨基酸以及其他多种营养元素,可广泛用于保健食品工业及化妆行业。牦牛由于独特的生长环境,高原高寒缺氧的气候,强紫外线照射和生长周期长等特点,使牦牛骨的营养成分和种类非常丰富。通过本发明提供的提取加工工艺,将牦牛骨中的有用成分提取出来,成为高度浓缩的粉状物,可用于制作各种营养品、保健品和化妆品。
发明内容
本发明提供一种从牦牛骨中提取复合骨胶原的加工工艺,将牦牛骨中的有用成分提取出来,使其成为高度浓缩的复合骨胶原粉粒。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种从牦牛骨中提取复合骨胶原的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
1.选料:选健康牦牛鲜骨作为原料,除去附着的表面杂质;
2.破碎:牦牛骨清洗后用破碎机破碎;
3.蒸煮:将牦牛骨破碎块,投入蒸煮罐中,加入1~2 倍的水,并搅拌,通入蒸汽使汤水升温至110~130℃ ,在压力为0.1~0.2MP下,加热蒸煮2.5~3.5小时;
4.分离:将蒸煮后的原料投固液分离机分离,分离出骨油和骨汤和骨渣;
5.磨浆:将分离出的骨渣经骨泥磨进行磨浆;
5.酸浸:磨浆在10~25 ℃温度下用酸液浸泡7~8 天,不断搅拌,使碎骨泥中的不溶性无机盐类转化成可溶性盐类;
6.退酸:加入碱性水中和酸液,调节溶液PH值为中性,以促进营养成份的溶解;
7.过滤:除去皮质、骨粒及其它杂质;
8.浓缩:蒸发水分,减少体积,成稀膏状物料;
9.酒精沉淀:搅拌加入95 %酒精,将稀膏状物料内的有用物质沉淀析出;
10.脱水:向收集的沉淀物反复加入含量95 %酒精,将物料内的水份渗出达到脱水的目的;
11. 烘干:干燥箱60℃~65℃抽风烘干,得牦牛骨复合骨胶原颗粒,粉磨密封包装。
本发明的有益效果是,取用原料为牦牛骨,牦牛骨骨胶原含量丰富,将牦牛骨中的骨胶原提取出来,可用于制作各种营养品、保健品和化妆品。
具体实施例
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
1. 选健康鲜牦牛骨100kg作为原料,除去附着的表面杂质,清洗后用破碎机破碎;
2. 将破碎后的骨块投入蒸煮罐中,加入等量水,水要淹过骨块,通入蒸汽升温至 120℃ ,压力为0.15MP,在机械搅拌下,蒸煮3小时;
3. 将蒸煮后的原料放入固液分离机中分离,分离出骨渣、骨油和骨汤;
4. 分离出的骨渣约55kg,将其用骨泥磨进行磨浆;
5. 用3.5%盐酸80L在15℃温度下浸泡 7 天,不断搅拌,使骨料中的不溶性无机盐类转化成可溶性盐类;
6. 逐步加入NaHC03溶液中和酸液,加入量以达到调节溶液PH值为中性为止,以促进营养成份的溶解;
7. 用离心机3000转/分分批次进行离心操作,以除去皮质、骨粒及其它杂质,留上清液;
8. 上清液加热至60℃~65℃,以蒸发水分,使液体浓缩成稀膏状物料,约8kg ,体积约是原来的10~15%;
9. 搅拌加入95 %酒精于稀膏状物料中,将稀膏状物料内的有用物质沉淀析出,加入的量是2倍量,封盖静止1小时,然后将上层稀酒精抽出,留下沉淀物,反复 3~4 次,直到物料由稀稠膏状逐步变成结实松散颗粒;
10. 将盛装物料的烘盘放置在温度控制在65℃烘箱中,抽风干燥,使水份控制在10%以下干燥结束,得约7kg复合骨胶原,再将干燥后的物料粉磨密封包装,所得复合骨胶原约占鲜原料重 7~10&%左右。

1.一种从牦牛骨中提取复合骨胶原的加工工艺,其特征是用牦牛骨作为原料,从其中提取复合骨胶原。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种从牦牛骨中提取复合骨胶原的加工工艺,其提取的复合骨胶原为粉粒。
