Abstract
本发明公布了一种新型榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构的制备方法,随着木质工程材料的应用越来越广,为了增强木质工程材料的力学强度,本发明设计了一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构。所述木质工程材点阵夹芯结构包括上板面、芯层结构和下面板。在所述上板面的下表面开有相互平行的燕尾榫槽,开槽方法是以每相邻两个燕尾榫槽为一组,根据面板长度确定组数,在板长度方向每隔10cm开一组,并将上板面与芯层结构通过榫卯结合方式进行组装。本发明所设计的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构结构合理、力学强度高、制造方便、绿色无污染,能广泛用于家具制造和建筑等领域。

技术领域:
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,尤其涉及一种在木结构建筑中使用木质工程材点阵夹芯结构。
背景技术:
随着天然木材资源日益缺少,而木结构建筑在国内又呈现日趋增多的趋势,木材在现在或将来可能会出现供应链不足的问题,人们对木质工程材的研究逐渐加深及其应用日益广泛。木质工程材料点阵结构是木质工程材的一种新型结构,但目前人们对木质工程材料点阵结构的研究有所不足。
发明内容:
发明目的:本发明主要针对上述问题,设计了一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构,包括上板面、芯层结构和下面板。在所述上板面的下表面开有相互平行的燕尾榫槽,开槽方法是以每相邻两个燕尾榫槽为一组,根据面板长度确定组数,在板长度方向每隔10cm开一组,组内两平行榫槽的最小间距为2cm~3cm,开榫深度为面板厚度的三分之一至二分之一,并将上板面与芯层结构通过榫卯结合方式进行组装。
本发明所述的一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构,其特征在于:在所述下面板的上表面开有相互平行的燕尾榫槽,开槽方法是以每相邻两个燕尾榫槽为一组,根据面板长度确定组数,在板长度方向每隔10cm开一组,组内两平行榫槽的最小间距为2cm~3cm,开榫深度为面板厚度的三分之一至二分之一,并将下板面与芯层结构通过榫卯结合方式组装。
本发明所述的一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构,其特征在于:所述芯层结构由燕尾榫和连接件通过胶黏剂胶接而成,且其厚度在5cm~15cm之间。
本发明所述的芯层结构,其特征在于:所述的胶黏剂可以是乳白胶、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、氯丁橡胶。
本发明所述的一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构,其特征在于:所述的燕尾榫是横截面为方形或者圆形的且两端端部加工成燕尾榫的方榫或者圆棒榫,且其边长或直径的范围为1cm~1.5cm。
本发明所述的一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构,其特征在于:所述的榫卯结合方式是利用燕尾榫两端的燕尾榫从上面板(1)、下面板一侧的燕尾榫槽移入到距较近面板边缘四分之一至二分之一处的位置,并在该位置用胶黏剂胶接。
本发明所述的连接件是正方形的薄木片、塑料片或轻质片状材料,其特征在于:其每个连接件上开的四个或多个与燕尾榫横截面形状相吻合的开口,用于将四个或多个燕尾榫和一个连接件通过胶黏剂胶接在一起,组成芯层结构的基本单元。
有益效果:本发明的有益效果是结构合理、力学强度高、制造方便、绿色无污染。

具体实施方式:
一种新型榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构,它包括上板面、芯层结构和下面板三者通过榫卯结合。具体方式是利用燕尾榫两端的燕尾榫从上面板、下面板一侧的燕尾榫槽移入到距较近面板边缘四分之一至二分之一处的位置,并在该位置用胶黏剂胶接而成。
如图11和图14所示,利用连接件连接将芯层结构分为5组点阵单元,采用中间一组,两侧两组的安排方式,利用上述的方法,制作完成。
两种情况适用于不同榫型即方榫与圆棒榫的情况,具有结构合理、力学强度高、制造方便、绿色无污染的特点。

1.一种新型榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构的制备方法,包括上板面(1)、芯层结构(2)和下面板(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构的制备方法,其特征在于:在所述上板面(1)的下表面开有相互平行的燕尾榫槽(4),开槽方法是以每相邻两个燕尾榫槽(4)为一组,根据面板长度确定组数,在板长度方向每隔10cm开一组,组内两平行榫槽的最小间距为2cm~3cm,开榫深度为面板厚度的三分之一至二分之一,并将上板面(1)与芯层结构(2)通过榫卯结合方式进行组装。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构的制备方法,其特征在于:在所述下面板(3)的上表面开有相互平行的燕尾榫槽(5),开槽方法是以每相邻两个燕尾榫槽(4)为一组,根据面板长度确定组数,在板长度方向每隔10cm开一组,组内两平行榫槽的最小间距为2cm~3cm,开榫深度为面板厚度的三分之一至二分之一,并将下板面(1)与芯层结构(2)通过榫卯结合方式组装。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构的制备方法,其特征在于:所述芯层结构(2)由燕尾榫(6)和连接件(7)通过胶黏剂胶接而成,且其高度在5cm~15cm之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的芯层结构(2),其特征在于:所述的胶黏剂可以是乳白胶、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、氯丁橡胶。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的燕尾榫(6)是横截面为方形或者圆形的且两端端部加工成燕尾榫的方榫或者圆棒榫,且其边长或直径的范围为1cm~1.5cm。

8.根据权利要求4所述的连接件(7)是正方形的薄木片、塑料片或轻质片状材料,其特征在于:其每个连接件(7)上开的四个或多个与燕尾榫横截面形状相吻合的开口,用于将四个或多个燕尾榫和一个连接件通过胶黏剂胶接在一起,组成芯层结构(2)的基本单元。
