Abstract

本发明是一种外圈斜拉式多叶片风轮,其特征在于包括内毂、叶片、外圈和钢丝,多个叶片通过钢丝斜拉紧在内毂和外圈之间组合而成。本发明的风轮能在风力较小的情况下使用,充分利用风资源,并且能降低风力叶片制造的成本,使整个风轮的制造成本大幅降低,其结构紧凑、外形美观,是一种全新结构的新型风轮。

技术领域
本发明涉及风力设备技术领域,具体地说是把一种风能转化旋转动能的外圈斜拉式多叶片风轮。
背景技术
在现有的风力发电机中使用的风轮一般为三片式叶轮,其结构特点是适用于高速运转的风机,其要求工作风速和起动风速较高,当风速较低时,基本不能使用,且结构较复杂,生产成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种外圈斜拉式多叶片风轮,其能充分利用风力资源,在风速较小的情况下也能工作,并且制造成本较低。
本发明技术方案为:外圈斜拉式多叶片风轮包括内毂、叶片、外圈和钢丝,多个叶片通过钢丝斜拉紧在内毂和外圈之间,由此组合而成。
所述的叶片形状为沿径向外大内小长拉梯形。
所述的叶片为30-300片在内毂和外圈上均匀分布。
所述的外圈为一空心管外圈。
所述的钢丝与内毂和外圈连接,在每个叶片上分别通过两组钢丝与内毂和外圈连接。
本发明的风轮能在风力较小的情况下使用,充分利用风资源,并且能降低风力叶片制造的成本,使整个风轮的制造成本大幅降低,其结构紧凑、外形美观,是一种全新结构的新型风轮。

具体实施方式
 如图1所示,本发明的外圈斜拉式多叶片风轮包括内毂5、叶片3、外圈1和钢丝2、4,多个叶片3通过钢丝2和4斜拉紧在内毂5和外圈1之间,即叶片在外圈和内毂间斜5°拉紧安装,由此组合而成。所述的钢丝与内毂和外圈连接,在每个叶片上分别通过两组钢丝与内毂和外圈连接。所述的叶片3形状为沿径向外大内小长拉梯形。所述的叶片3为30-300片在内毂5和外圈1上均匀分布。所述的外圈1为一空心管外圈。

1.一种外圈斜拉式多叶片风轮,其特征在于包括内毂、叶片、外圈和钢丝,多个叶片通过钢丝斜拉紧在内毂和外圈之间,由此组合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外圈斜拉式多叶片风轮,其特征在于所述的叶片形状为沿径向外大内小长拉梯形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外圈斜拉式多叶片风轮,其特征在于所述的叶片为30-300片在内毂和外圈上均匀分布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的外圈斜拉式多叶片风轮,其特征在于所述的外圈为一空心管外圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述的外圈斜拉式多叶片风轮,其特征在于所述的钢丝与内毂和外圈连接,在每个叶片上分别通过两组钢丝与内毂和外圈连接。
