本实用新型涉及风能转换与利用技术领域,特别是属于一种遮幅式的水平轴风力机。
背景技术
风能作为一种清洁的可再生新能源,发展前景广阔。特别对一些边远地区如山区、牧场等供电困难的地方,中小型风力发电机、风力提水机的适用范围越来越广。如图2所示,现有技术的风力机,其叶轮上的叶片在承受正作用力的同时,总会有另一叶片承受反作用力,转动过程中相互干扰,因此存在风能利用率低、启动性差、振动强度大等缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的即在于提供一种水平轴遮幅式风力机,以达到减轻叶片所承受的反作用力、从而提高风能利用率的目的。
本实用新型所提供的水平轴遮幅式风力机,包括叶轮和支撑叶轮的支座;所述的叶轮由叶轮轴及叶轮轴上呈放射状设置的叶片构成;其特征在于,支座通过轮辐式连杆联结有两个弧形挡板;所述的两弧形挡板同位于叶轮轴的一侧,固定在叶轮轮缘线外侧。
本实用新型的水平轴遮幅式风力机,两弧形挡板能够遮挡叶轮反作用力的风向,且两弧形挡板之间的空隙能够使叶片之间的空气顺利排出,避免产生背压和侧压,因此具有提高风能利用率、结构简单、制造成本低的积极效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的水平轴遮幅式风力机,包括叶轮1,支座4,通过连杆3与支座4连接的两弧形挡板2。叶轮1由叶轮轴和其上设置的三件叶片构成。显然,叶轮轴可以通过轴承与支座配合。两弧形挡板2同位于叶轮轴的下侧,固定在叶轮1轮缘线外侧。如图3所示,当风力作用在上部叶片时,下部叶片由于两弧形挡板2的遮蔽作用,不受风力影响,即不会产生阻力,叶轮在上部叶片作用下产生顺时针转动,启动性能得到改善,风力转化效率得以提高。
当然,上述叶片的件数也可以选择五件、六件等,根据需要而定,其效果一样的。
上述叶轮的叶片可以是内部中空结构,每一叶片由两片弧形支撑板相向叠合而成。上述的弧形支撑板可以由玻璃钢等复合材料制成。

1.一种水平轴遮幅式风力机,包括叶轮(1)和支撑叶轮的支座(4);所述的叶轮由叶轮轴及叶轮轴上呈放射状设置的叶片构成;其特征在于,支座(4)通过轮辐式连杆(3)联结有两个弧形挡板(2);所述的两弧形挡板(2)同位于叶轮轴的一侧,固定在叶轮(1)轮缘线外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水平轴遮幅式风力机,其特征还在于,所述叶轮(1)的叶片为内部中空结构,每一叶片由两片弧形支撑板相向叠合而成。
