本发明公开了一种抗湿热水基防锈剂,其特征是由下述重量份的原料制得:水性聚氨酯树脂4-6,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-1,N-酰基谷氨酸钠1-2,十八烷基二羟乙基氧化胺0.2-0.4,酒石酸钾钠1-2,乙酸松油酯0.2-0.4,三乙醇胺硼酸酯2-4,泊洛沙姆0.5-1,甘露醇1-2,亚麻籽胶1-2,蔗糖脂肪酸酯0.5-1,改性助剂6-8,水30-40。本发明的防锈剂在金属表面形成的膜层具有良好的抗湿热、防腐蚀、防污防静电效果,耐候性好,能有效防护锈蚀。

一种抗湿热水基防锈剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及金属处理领域,具体涉及一种抗湿热水基防锈剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属工件在生产加工及运输的过程中,很容易生锈,而一旦生锈,将对成品的外观和性能产生不良影响,锈蚀严重的甚至会造成钢材报废。钢铁生锈给国民经济造成巨大损失,因此需要使用防锈剂对金属进行保护。防锈剂的作用方式是通过在金属表面形成一层薄膜来防止金属发生锈蚀。常用防锈剂大部分为油性,其在生产、使用的过程中使用大量有机溶剂,对环境造成污染,因此水基防锈剂的研究具有重要的意义。
传统的金属水基防锈剂大多数都含有亚硝酸盐,其具有价廉、效果良好及使用方便、易去除等优势,但是由于亚硝酸盐能转化成致癌物,其使用和排放已经受到严格限制。目前,新型环保水基防锈剂的研究开始得到广泛的关注,成为一种开发趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗湿热水基防锈剂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗湿热水基防锈剂,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
水性聚氨酯树脂4-6,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-1,N-酰基谷氨酸钠1-2,十八烷基二羟乙基氧化胺0.2-0.4,酒石酸钾钠1-2,乙酸松油酯0.2-0.4,三乙醇胺硼酸酯2-4,泊洛沙姆0.5-1,甘露醇1-2,亚麻籽胶1-2,蔗糖脂肪酸酯0.5-1,改性助剂6-8,水30-40;
其中改性助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
纳米蒙脱土10-20,有机硅季铵盐3-5,聚乙二醇2-4,苹果酸0.5-1,单宁酸0.1-0.2,绿原酸0.05-0.1,三聚磷酸钠1-2;
改性助剂的制备方法是:
将纳米蒙脱土与苹果酸、三聚磷酸钠加入适量水中超声分散15-30min,过滤后干燥,加入聚乙二醇、单宁酸、绿原酸和适量乙醇超声分散5-10min再一并加入反应容器,加入有机硅季铵盐,在氮气保护下加热搅拌回流反应8-12h,过滤并用乙醇洗涤数次,真空干燥完全,即得。
一种抗湿热水基防锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将亚麻籽胶加入1/3-1/2量的水中,80-90℃、400-600r/min下搅拌15-30min,再加入N-酰基谷氨酸钠、十八烷基二羟乙基氧化胺和三乙醇胺硼酸酯800-1000r/min搅拌10-15min,最后加入蔗糖脂肪酸酯、乙酸松油酯和聚二甲基硅氧烷同样条件下搅拌15-30min,得组分A; 
(2)将水性聚氨酯树脂和改性助剂加入余量的水中,先超声分散5-10min,再加入甘露醇和泊洛沙姆,8000-10000r/min高速匀浆15-30min,得组分B;
(3)将组分A、组分B与其余原料混合后400-600r/min搅拌15-30min,分装后即得。
其中所用的水性聚氨酯树脂为拜耳水性聚氨酯树脂1380。
本发明的优点是:
1. 通过配方与工艺的改进,使防锈剂在金属表面形成的膜层具有良好的抗湿热效果,对工件的保护效果持久,耐候性好;
2. 通过添加改性助剂,使防锈剂在金属表面形成牢固、致密、耐腐蚀的膜层,同时还有防静电、抗菌防霉、易去污等效应。
具体实施方式
本发明非限定实施例如下:
一种抗湿热水基防锈剂,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而成:
水性聚氨酯树脂5,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.8,N-酰基谷氨酸钠1.5,十八烷基二羟乙基氧化胺0.3,酒石酸钾钠1.5,乙酸松油酯0.3,三乙醇胺硼酸酯3,泊洛沙姆0.8,甘露醇1.5,亚麻籽胶1.5,蔗糖脂肪酸酯0.8,改性助剂7,水35;
其中,改性助剂由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:
纳米蒙脱土15,有机硅季铵盐4,聚乙二醇3,苹果酸0.8,单宁酸0.15,绿原酸0.08,三聚磷酸钠1.5;
改性助剂的制备方法:
将纳米蒙脱土与苹果酸、三聚磷酸钠加入适量水中超声分散30min,过滤后干燥,加入聚乙二醇、单宁酸、绿原酸和适量乙醇超声分散10min再一并加入反应容器,加入有机硅季铵盐,在氮气保护下加热搅拌回流反应10h,过滤并用乙醇洗涤数次,真空干燥完全,即得。
抗湿热水基防锈剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将亚麻籽胶加入1/2量的水中,90℃、600r/min下搅拌15min,再加入N-酰基谷氨酸钠、十八烷基二羟乙基氧化胺和三乙醇胺硼酸酯1000r/min搅拌15min,最后加入蔗糖脂肪酸酯、乙酸松油酯和聚二甲基硅氧烷同样条件下搅拌30min,得组分A; 
(2)将水性聚氨酯树脂和改性助剂加入余量的水中,先超声分散5min,再加入甘露醇和泊洛沙姆,10000r/min高速匀浆15min,得组分B;
(3)将组分A、组分B与其余原料混合后600r/min搅拌15min,分装后即得。
经检验,湿热试验45#钢片20天合格,盐雾试验45#钢片5天合格。

Claims (2)

1.一种抗湿热水基防锈剂,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
水性聚氨酯树脂4-6,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-1,N-酰基谷氨酸钠1-2,十八烷基二羟乙基氧化胺0.2-0.4,酒石酸钾钠1-2,乙酸松油酯0.2-0.4,三乙醇胺硼酸酯2-4,泊洛沙姆0.5-1,甘露醇1-2,亚麻籽胶1-2,蔗糖脂肪酸酯0.5-1,改性助剂6-8,水30-40;
所述改性助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
纳米蒙脱土10-20,有机硅季铵盐3-5,聚乙二醇2-4,苹果酸0.5-1,单宁酸0.1-0.2,绿原酸0.05-0.1,三聚磷酸钠1-2;
所述改性助剂的制备方法是:
将纳米蒙脱土与苹果酸、三聚磷酸钠加入适量水中超声分散15-30min,过滤后干燥,加入聚乙二醇、单宁酸、绿原酸和适量乙醇超声分散5-10min再一并加入反应容器,加入有机硅季铵盐,在氮气保护下加热搅拌回流反应8-12h,过滤并用乙醇洗涤数次,真空干燥完全,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗湿热水基防锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将亚麻籽胶加入1/3-1/2量的水中,80-90℃、400-600r/min下搅拌15-30min,再加入N-酰基谷氨酸钠、十八烷基二羟乙基氧化胺和三乙醇胺硼酸酯800-1000r/min搅拌10-15min,最后加入蔗糖脂肪酸酯、乙酸松油酯和聚二甲基硅氧烷同样条件下搅拌15-30min,得组分A; 
(2)将水性聚氨酯树脂和改性助剂加入余量的水中,先超声分散5-10min,再加入甘露醇和泊洛沙姆,8000-10000r/min高速匀浆15-30min,得组分B;
(3)将组分A、组分B与其余原料混合后400-600r/min搅拌15-30min,分装后即得。
