本发明涉及面料领域,提供一种抗静电效果好、手感好、耐洗涤、成本较低的抗静电吸附功能面料,包括基布层,所述基布层的上下表面均设有仿毛层,所述基布层由80~90wt%的涤纶纤维与10~20wt%的导电纤维混纺而成,所述涤纶纤维为85D/33F的涤纶低弹丝,所述导电纤维为22D/5F的导电丝;所述基布层的上下表面的仿毛层喷洒有抗静电整理剂组合物,所述抗静电整理剂组合物为:十二烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵盐50~70wt%,羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂10~15wt%,氨基磺酸胺6~12%,耐洗涤剂12~15wt%,余量为水。

一种抗静电吸附功能面料
技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,尤其涉及一种抗静电吸附功能面料。
背景技术
随着人们生活的不断提供,越来越多的开始追求生活的质量,而穿着尤其被人们所看重,俗语有称“人靠衣装马靠鞍”的说法,可以体现人们对着装的重视。
在干燥和多风的秋天,在日常生活中,我们常常会碰到这种现象:晚上脱衣服睡觉时,黑暗中常听到噼啪的声响,而且伴有蓝光,见面握手时,手指刚一接触到对方,会突然感到指尖针刺般刺痛,令人大惊失色;早上起来梳头时,头发会经常“飘”起来,越理越乱,拉门把手、开水龙头时都会“触电”,时常发出“啪、啪” 的声响,这就是发生在人体的静电,上述的几种现象就是体内静电对外“放电”的结果。
人体活动时,皮肤与衣服之间以及衣服与衣服之间互相摩擦,便会产生静电。随着家用电器增多以及冬天人们多穿化纤衣服,家用电器所产生的静电荷会被人体吸收并积存起来,加之居室内墙壁和地板多属绝缘体,空气干燥,因此更容易受到静电干扰。
在放电视时荧屏表面的静电容易吸附灰尘和油污,形成一层尘埃的薄膜,使图像的清晰程度和亮度降低;就在混纺衣服上常见而又不易拍掉的灰尘,也是静电捣的鬼。另外,静电还有可能那个引发易燃物体***。
因此,为了“对付”静电,人们发明了一种布料,在布料上设置金属导电丝,这样制得的布料抗静电效果一般,并且布料的手感不佳,另外,使用一段时间后导电丝容易脱离布料本身,使用寿命短。
发明内容
因此,针对以上内容,本发明提供一种抗静电效果好、手感好、耐洗涤、成本较低的抗静电吸附功能面料。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种抗静电吸附功能面料,包括基布层,所述基布层的上下表面均设有仿毛层,所述基布层由80~90wt%的涤纶纤维与10~20wt%的导电纤维混纺而成,所述涤纶纤维为85D/33F的涤纶低弹丝,所述导电纤维为22D/5F的导电丝;所述基布层的上下表面的仿毛层喷洒有抗静电整理剂组合物,所述抗静电整理剂组合物为:十二烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵盐50~70wt%,羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂10~15wt%,氨基磺酸胺6~12%,耐洗涤剂12~15wt%,余量为水。
进一步的改进是:所述基布层有85wt%的涤纶纤维与15wt%的导电纤维混纺而成。
进一步的改进是:所述抗静电整理剂组合物为:十二烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵盐60wt%,羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂12wt%,氨基磺酸胺8%,耐洗涤剂12wt%,水8wt%。
进一步的改进是:所述耐洗涤剂为三羟甲基丙烷异聚物。
进一步的改进是:所述基布层的密度为:经密68根/cm,纬密52根/cm。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的抗静电吸附功能面料,包括基布层,所述基布层的上下表面均设有仿毛层,所述基布层由80~90wt%的涤纶纤维与10~20wt%的导电纤维混纺而成,涤纶纤维具有较佳的弹性,挺度较好,与导电纤维混纺具有一定的抗静电效果,在基布层的上下表面设置仿毛层,仿毛层具有较好的手感,在仿毛层喷洒抗静电整理剂组物,使得制得的面料,上下表面的抗静电性能佳,并且,耐洗涤,经过洗涤后抗静电性能依然能够保持。

实施例一
一种抗静电吸附功能面料,包括基布层,所述基布层的上下表面均设有仿毛层,所述基布层有85wt%的涤纶纤维与15wt%的导电纤维混纺而成,所述涤纶纤维为85D/33F的涤纶低弹丝,所述导电纤维为22D/5F的导电丝,所述基布层的密度为:经密68根/cm,纬密52根/cm,所述基布层的上下表面的仿毛层喷洒有抗静电整理剂组合物,所述抗静电整理剂组合物为:十二烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵盐60wt%,羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂12wt%,氨基磺酸胺8%,三羟甲基丙烷异聚物12wt%,水8wt%。
电荷面密度按照GB/T1 2703-1 991 C法进行测试,洗涤按GB1201 4-1989洗涤18h,电荷面密度为2.8.0μc/m2
实施例二
一种抗静电吸附功能面料,包括基布层,所述基布层的上下表面均设有仿毛层,所述基布层由80wt%的涤纶纤维与20wt%的导电纤维混纺而成,所述涤纶纤维为85D/33F的涤纶低弹丝,所述导电纤维为22D/5F的导电丝,所述基布层的密度为:经密68根/cm,纬密52根/cm;所述基布层的上下表面的仿毛层喷洒有抗静电整理剂组合物,所述抗静电整理剂组合物为:十二烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵盐50wt%,羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂10wt%,氨基磺酸胺12%,三羟甲基丙烷异聚物15wt%,水13wt%。
电荷面密度按照GB/T1 2703-1 991 C法进行测试,洗涤按GB1201 4-1989洗涤18h,电荷面密度为3.0μc/m2
实施例三
一种抗静电吸附功能面料,包括基布层,所述基布层的上下表面均设有仿毛层,所述基布层由90wt%的涤纶纤维与10wt%的导电纤维混纺而成,所述涤纶纤维为85D/33F的涤纶低弹丝,所述导电纤维为22D/5F的导电丝,经密68根/cm,纬密52根/cm;所述基布层的上下表面的仿毛层喷洒有抗静电整理剂组合物,所述抗静电整理剂组合物为:十二烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵盐70wt%,羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂10wt%,氨基磺酸胺6%,三羟甲基丙烷异聚物12wt%,水2wt%。
电荷面密度按照GB/T1 2703-1 991 C法进行测试,洗涤按GB1201 4-1989洗涤18h,电荷面密度为2.9μc/m2
本发明的抗静电吸附功能面料,包括基布层,所述基布层的上下表面均设有仿毛层,所述基布层由80~90wt%的涤纶纤维与10~20wt%的导电纤维混纺而成,涤纶纤维具有较佳的弹性,挺度较好,与导电纤维混纺具有一定的抗静电效果,在基布层的上下表面设置仿毛层,仿毛层具有较好的手感,在仿毛层喷洒抗静电整理剂组物,使得制得的面料,上下表面的抗静电性能佳,并且,耐洗涤,经过洗涤后抗静电性能依然能够保持。

1.一种抗静电吸附功能面料,包括基布层,所述基布层的上下表面均设有仿毛层,其特征在于:所述基布层由80~90wt%的涤纶纤维与10~20wt%的导电纤维混纺而成,所述涤纶纤维为85D/33F的涤纶低弹丝,所述导电纤维为22D/5F的导电丝;所述基布层的上下表面的仿毛层喷洒有抗静电整理剂组合物,所述抗静电整理剂组合物为:十二烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵盐50~70wt%,羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂10~15wt%,氨基磺酸胺6~12%,耐洗涤剂12~15wt%,余量为水,所述耐洗涤剂为三羟甲基丙烷异聚物,所述基布层的密度为:经密68根/cm,纬密52根/cm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电吸附功能面料,其特征在于:所述基布层有85wt%的涤纶纤维与15wt%的导电纤维混纺而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电吸附功能面料,其特征在于:所述抗静电整理剂组合物为:十二烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵盐60wt%,羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂12wt%,氨基磺酸胺8%,耐洗涤剂12wt%,水8wt%。
