本发明涉及一种沙拉香菇酱。
背景技术
沙拉作为一种营养美食,越来越受到人们的喜爱,其制作方法简单,并且能最大限度的保证食品的营养成分不被损坏。沙拉酱的种类和制作也随之多样化,不过在开发各种美味酱汁的同时,其成分因含大量油脂所带来的健康隐患也逐渐受到人们的重视,传统工艺制作中油脂类成分占据很大的比例,使血脂、胆固醇等明显升高,所以沙拉酱亦有心血管杀手之称。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种沙拉香菇酱。
