本发明公开了一种液晶屏防冲击挤压托盘,包括具有多个承载槽的底板,在所述承载槽周边设有多组向下凸起的定位支撑部;所述定位支撑部呈Y型;所述Y型包括内接点和外接点;所述内接点与外接点之间分别采用圆弧线相连接;所述外接点之间也采用圆弧线连接;所述圆弧线线长度均相等。本发明在托盘成型后顶位面形成堆料加宽踩踏面,其堆叠在一起叠加状态稳定,从而保护其中的产品免受损坏;此外,这样一种托盘应是易于竖立、易于使用、且生产经济的。

一种液晶屏防冲击挤压托盘
技术领域
本发明涉及一种托盘,特别涉及一种液晶屏防冲击挤压托盘。  
背景技术
如附图1所述的现有技术托盘定位支撑部结构示意图,原托盘定位支撑部内为十字型槽1设计,顶位面2成型后失料过多,造成叠加受力面减少易造成踩陷,且顶位柱3体分料面过多造成偏软强度变弱;成型后的托盘需要堆叠以便提供容易的运送和分配;堆叠后的托盘在压力测试下状态不够稳定,而且托盘在叠加使用时上层托盘容易陷入下层托盘中造成客户产品损坏不能进行有效的保护。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种在托盘叠加时防止下陷,造成产品损坏的液晶屏防冲击挤压托盘。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种液晶屏防冲击挤压托盘,包括具有多个承载槽的底板,在所述承载槽周边设有多组向下凸起的定位支撑部;所述定位支撑部呈Y型。
作为本发明进一步改进的,所述Y型包括内接点和外接点;所述内接点与外接点之间分别采用圆弧线相连接;所述外接点之间也采用圆弧线连接;所述圆弧线线长度均相等。
作为本发明进一步改进的,所述定位支撑部底部设有防止叠加时下陷的凸环。
作为本发明进一步改进的,所述定位支撑部分别设置在所述承载槽的四个拐角处。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的一种液晶屏防冲击挤压托盘,在托盘成型后顶位面形成堆料加宽踩踏面,其堆叠在一起叠加状态稳定,从而保护其中的产品免受损坏;此外,这样一种托盘应是易于竖立、易于使用、且生产经济的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来说明本发明。
如附图1所述的现有技术托盘定位支撑部结构示意图;

如附图3、4、5所述的本发明所述的一种液晶屏防冲击挤压托盘,包括具有多个用于承载液晶屏的承载槽11的底板12,在所述承载槽11周边设有多组向下凸起的定位支撑部13;所述定位支撑部13呈Y型。所述Y型包括内接点14和外接点15;所述内接点14与外接点15之间分别采用圆弧线相连接;所述外接点15之间也采用圆弧线连接;所述圆弧线线长度均相等,此种结构,抗压力好,使其叠加状态稳定,从而保护其中的产品免受损坏。
如附图5、6所示,在定位支撑部13底部设有防止叠加时下陷的凸环16;定位支撑部13分别设置在承载槽11的四个拐角处,使其堆叠受力均匀。
本发明在托盘成型后顶位面17形成堆料加宽踩踏面,其堆叠在一起叠加状态稳定,从而保护其中的产品免受损坏;此外,这样一种托盘应是易于竖立、易于使用、且生产经济的。

1.一种液晶屏防冲击挤压托盘,包括具有多个承载槽的底板,其特征在于:在所述承载槽周边设有多组向下凸起的定位支撑部;所述定位支撑部呈Y型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液晶屏防冲击挤压托盘,其特征在于:所述Y型包括内接点和外接点;所述内接点与外接点之间分别采用圆弧线相连接;所述外接点之间也采用圆弧线连接;所述圆弧线线长度均相等。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种液晶屏防冲击挤压托盘,其特征在于:所述定位支撑部底部设有防止叠加时下陷的凸环。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种液晶屏防冲击挤压托盘,其特征在于:所述定位支撑部分别设置在所述承载槽的四个拐角处。
