背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,人们的生活水平大大提高,对食品的纯天然性、安全性、营养性等方面的要求也越来越高。尤其是对“三高”(高血压、高血脂、高血糖)人群而言,选择低脂、低糖健康安全的食品尤为重要。芒果含糖类、维生素A、维生素B族系列维生素、维生素C等多种维生素,还含有钙、铁、磷、钾、钠、镁等矿物质、膳食纤维、柠檬酸,色、香、味俱佳,有果王之称。芒果有理气、止咳、健脾、益胃、止呕、止晕等功效,维生素A能促进生长,增强对疾病的抵抗力,是维持正常的生殖力和视力所必需;维生素C可以治疗坏血病,预防牙龈萎缩、出血,预防动脉硬化,治疗贫血,丰富的胶原蛋白有助于防止癌细胞的扩散,提高人体的免疫力;铁、镁等微量元素,可使皮肤细润有光泽,起到美容瘦身的作用,缓解工作压力;丰富的膳食纤维,让胃肠道蠕动更顺畅;纤维、微量元素等能降低胆固醇和血脂含量,保护心血管和肝脏***等重要生理功能;丰富的矿物质和多种维生素,可预防佝偻病。目前生产的普通糕点原料大都是高糖高热量等添加剂,缺乏人体所需的维生素和多种微量元素。
发明内容
针对目前生产的普通糕点大都缺乏维生素和多种微量元素的这一现实问题,提供一种新的添加含有多种人体必需微量元素和维生素的保健糕点制作方法,制成天然绿色保健食品,更加受消费者的欢迎。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种芒果保健糕点制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:青稞粉45-54份、黍米粉50-57份、高粱粉46-55份、豌豆粉45-51份、芒果18-25份、麦芽5-8份、神曲8-11份、红曲米6-9份、乳香6-9份、何首乌8-11份、石决明2-4份;
(2)将芒果粉碎至50-60目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将乳香、何首乌、石决明一起用适量水煎煮 9-10次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将青稞粉、黍米粉、高粱粉、豌豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置50-60分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的芒果、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。

实施例一
一种芒果保健糕点制备方法:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:青稞粉46份、黍米粉52份、高粱粉47份、豌豆粉47份、芒果19份、麦芽5份、神曲8份、红曲米7份、乳香7份、何首乌8份、石决明2份;
(2)将芒果粉碎至54目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将乳香、何首乌、石决明一起用适量水煎煮 9次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将青稞粉、黍米粉、高粱粉、豌豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置56分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的芒果、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。
实施例二
一种芒果保健糕点制备方法:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:青稞粉53份、黍米粉57份、高粱粉54份、豌豆粉51份、芒果25份、麦芽7份、神曲10份、红曲米9份、乳香9份、何首乌11份、石决明3份;
(2)将芒果粉碎至57目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将乳香、何首乌、石决明一起用适量水煎煮 10次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将青稞粉、黍米粉、高粱粉、豌豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置58分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的芒果、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。
通过上述方法制作的芒果保健糕点不仅美味可口、香味宜人,而且老少皆宜,是十分有益于健康的天然有机绿色食品。
