技术领域
本发明属于建筑外墙涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种以废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料为部分原料制备的真石漆。
背景技术
真石漆是一种具有仿天然石材、大理石、花岗岩的厚浆型涂料,色泽自然,具有天然石材的质感,能提供各种立体形状的花纹结构,能从视觉上彰显整个建筑的高雅与庄重之美,是外墙干挂石材最佳替代品。真石漆一般由高分子聚合物、天然彩砂及相关助剂制成。
聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料密度小、吸水率低、吸湿性好、化学稳定性强、导热率低,是优良的隔热、吸音、防震、包装材料。全世界每年的聚苯乙烯产量已达数百万吨,但是由于其性质稳定,不易自然降解,所以大量聚苯乙烯泡沫堆积,造成了日益严重的“白色污染”,故其回收利用潜力和意义极大。本发明真石漆选用的乳液以废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料为原料制备而得,既解决了环境污染问题,又为泡沫塑料废弃物的综合利用提供了一个新的途径。目前还未见该方面的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明针对废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料对环境的污染问题,提供了一种以废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料为部分原料制备的真石漆,它由甲乙两组分组成,其中甲组分的原料组成及重量百分比配比为:废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料11~15%,溶剂17~22%,乳化剂1~3%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1~2%,过硫酸钠2~3%,改性剂3~6%,和水53~61%;乙组分的原料组成及重量百分比配比为:天然彩砂85~92%,滑石粉3~10%,消泡剂1~2%,羟乙基纤维素醚0.5~1.5%,和成膜助剂3~4%;真石漆中甲乙组分的质量比为1∶2~3。
优选的,所述真石漆由甲乙两组分组成,其中甲组分的原料组成及重量百分比配比为:废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料13%,溶剂20%,乳化剂2%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1.5%,过硫酸钠2.5%,改性剂4%,和水57%;乙组分的原料组成及重量百分比配比为:天然彩砂88%,滑石粉6%,消泡剂1.5%,羟乙基纤维素醚1%,和成膜助剂3.5%;甲乙组分的质量比为1∶2.5。
所述甲组分中溶剂为乙酸乙酯和甲苯的混合物,二者质量比为2∶1。
所述甲组分中乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠与OP-10的混合物,二者质量比为1∶2。
所述甲组分中改性剂为丙烯酸或丙烯酸丁酯或二者任意比例的混合物。
所述乙组分中天然彩砂的粒级配比为:10~20目20%、20~40目50%、40~80目20%、80~120目10%。
所述乙组分中消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
所述乙组分中成膜助剂为醇酯十二。
所述真石漆的制备方法如下:
(1)按上述规定比例精确称取各原料;
(2)将废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料洗净、晾干、粉碎;
(3)将溶剂加入反应釜中,升温至35~45℃,加入粉碎后的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料,搅拌,待泡沫完全溶解成透明粘稠液体后,加入乳化剂与邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌乳化30min,再升温至65~75℃,加入水、过硫酸钠,并缓慢加入改性剂,进行接枝共聚改性反应,加速搅拌乳化1h,后继续升温至90℃,反应1.5~2h,反应停止;
(4)待上一步的反应冷却至室温,然后将反应得到的液体放入高剪切乳化机中进行二次机械乳化30min,得到白色粘稠状液体,即为聚苯乙烯接枝改性乳液;
(5)在混合搅拌机中加入聚苯乙烯接枝改性乳液、天然彩砂、滑石粉、羟乙基纤维素醚,以800r/min的速度搅拌30~40min;
(6)再加入消泡剂与成膜助剂,降低转速至500r/min,搅拌15~20min,即得所述真石漆产品。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明真石漆选用的乳液以废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料为原料制备而得,聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料经溶剂溶解,加入乳化剂与改性剂,采用强力乳化手段使之乳化,并发生接枝聚合反应后,生成的这种聚合物乳液与从苯乙烯单体与丙烯酸单体共聚而得的苯丙乳液化学组成相同,物理性能相似,而苯丙乳液为传统真石漆的优选乳液。因此,本发明以该种聚合物乳液制备的真石漆产品完全符合建筑行业标准对砂壁状建筑涂料的要求,并且本发明为泡沫塑料废弃物的综合利用提供了一个新的途径;
(2)本发明通过试验选择出与该种聚苯乙烯接枝改性乳液搭配的最佳天然彩砂粗细砂粒级配比,制备的真石漆产品在喷涂过程中掉砂量少,涂层致密,具有天然石材质感,仿真效果达到最理想的状态。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
甲组分的原料组成及重量百分比配比为:
废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料13%,乙酸乙酯13%,甲苯7%,十二烷基硫酸钠0.7%,OP-101.3%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1.5%,过硫酸钠2.5%,丙烯酸2%,丙烯酸丁酯2%,水57%;
乙组分的原料组成及重量百分比配比为:
10~20目天然彩砂17.6%,20~40目天然彩砂44%,40~80目天然彩砂17.6%,80~120目天然彩砂8.8%,滑石粉6%,聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5%,羟乙基纤维素醚1%,醇酯十二3.5%;
真石漆产品中甲乙组分的质量比为1∶2.5。
按照该比例精确称取各原料,再参照上述制备方法,即可得所述真石漆产品。

按照该比例精确称取各原料,再参照上述制备方法,即可得所述真石漆产品。

甲组分的原料组成及重量百分比配比为:
废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料15%,乙酸乙酯15%,甲苯7%,十二烷基硫酸钠0.7%,OP-101.3%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2%,过硫酸钠3%,丙烯酸丁酯3%,水53%;
乙组分的原料组成及重量百分比配比为:
10~20目天然彩砂18.4%,20~40目天然彩砂46%,40~80目天然彩砂18.4%,80~120目天然彩砂9.2%,滑石粉3%,聚二甲基硅氧烷1%,羟乙基纤维素醚0.5%,醇酯十二3.5%;
真石漆产品中甲乙组分的质量比为1∶3。
按照该比例精确称取各原料,再参照上述制备方法,即可得所述真石漆产品。
实施例4
甲组分的原料组成及重量百分比配比为:
废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料12%,乙酸乙酯14%,甲苯7%,十二烷基硫酸钠0.3%,OP-100.7%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1%,过硫酸钠3%,丙烯酸2%,丙烯酸丁酯2%,水58%;
乙组分的原料组成及重量百分比配比为:
10~20目天然彩砂17.7%,20~40目天然彩砂44.2%,40~80目天然彩砂17.7%,80~120目天然彩砂8.9%,滑石粉5%,聚二甲基硅氧烷2%,羟乙基纤维素醚1.5%,醇酯十二3%;
真石漆产品中甲乙组分的质量比为1∶2.7。
按照该比例精确称取各原料,再参照上述制备方法,即可得所述真石漆产品。
实施例5
甲组分的原料组成及重量百分比配比为:
废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料14%,乙酸乙酯12%,甲苯6%,十二烷基硫酸钠2%,OP-101%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2%,过硫酸钠2%,丙烯酸4%,水57%;
乙组分的原料组成及重量百分比配比为:
10~20目天然彩砂18%,20~40目天然彩砂45%,40~80目天然彩砂18%,80~120目天然彩砂9%,滑石粉4%,聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5%,羟乙基纤维素醚0.5%,醇酯十二4%;
真石漆产品中甲乙组分的质量比为1∶2.2。
按照该比例精确称取各原料,再参照上述制备方法,即可得所述真石漆产品。
将上述实施例1-5制备的真石漆产品按照JG/T24-2000《合成树脂乳液砂壁状建筑涂料》进行性能测试,结果如下表1:

由表1可知,按实施例1-5方法制备的真石漆产品测试结果均为符合要求,说明本发明产品符合建筑行业标准规定的使用要求。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种以废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料为部分原料制备的真石漆,其特征在于,它由甲乙两组分组成,
其中甲组分的原料组成及重量百分比配比为:
废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料11~15%,溶剂17~22%,乳化剂1~3%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1~2%,过硫酸钠2~3%,改性剂3~6%,和水53~61%;
乙组分的原料组成及重量百分比配比为:
天然彩砂85~92%,滑石粉3~10%,消泡剂1~2%,羟乙基纤维素醚0.5~1.5%,和成膜助剂3~4%;所述乙组分中天然彩砂的粒级配比为:10~20目20%、20~40目50%、40~80目20%、80~120目10%;
甲乙组分的质量比为1:2~3。
2.如权利要求1所述的真石漆,其特征在于,它由甲乙两组分组成,
其中甲组分的原料组成及重量百分比配比为:
废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料13%,溶剂20%,乳化剂2%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1.5%,过硫酸钠2.5%,改性剂4%,和水57%;
乙组分的原料组成及重量百分比配比为:
天然彩砂88%,滑石粉6%,消泡剂1.5%,羟乙基纤维素醚1%,和成膜助剂3.5%;
甲乙组分的质量比为1:2.5。
3.如权利要求1所述的真石漆,其特征在于,所述甲组分中溶剂为乙酸乙酯和甲苯的混合物,二者质量比为2:1。
4.如权利要求1所述的真石漆,其特征在于,所述甲组分中乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠与OP-10的混合物,二者质量比为1:2。
5.如权利要求1所述的真石漆,其特征在于,所述甲组分中改性剂为丙烯酸或丙烯酸丁酯或二者任意比例的混合物。
6.如权利要求1所述的真石漆,其特征在于,所述乙组分中消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
7.如权利要求1所述的真石漆,其特征在于,所述乙组分中成膜助剂为醇酯十二。
8.一种如权利要求1~7中任意一项所述的真石漆,其特征在于,所述真石漆的制备方法如下:
(1)按上述规定比例精确称取各原料;
(2)将废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料洗净、晾干、粉碎;
(3)将溶剂加入反应釜中,升温至35~45℃,加入粉碎后的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料,搅拌,待泡沫完全溶解成透明粘稠液体后,加入乳化剂与邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌乳化30min,再升温至65~75℃,加入水、过硫酸钠,并缓慢加入改性剂,进行接枝共聚改性反应,加速搅拌乳化1h,后继续升温至90℃,反应1.5~2h,反应停止;
(4)待上一步的反应冷却至室温,然后将反应得到的液体放入高剪切乳化机中进行二次机械乳化30min,得到白色粘稠状液体,即为聚苯乙烯接枝改性乳液;
(5)在混合搅拌机中加入聚苯乙烯接枝改性乳液、天然彩砂、滑石粉、羟乙基纤维素醚,以800r/min的速度搅拌30~40min;
(6)再加入消泡剂与成膜助剂,降低转速至500r/min,搅拌15~20min,即得所述真石漆产品。
