本发明涉及蛋鸡养殖技术领域,尤其涉及一种增大鸡蛋蛋黄的方法。
背景技术
蛋黄即鸡蛋内部发黄的部分,鸡蛋中的大多数蛋白质集中在蛋清和蛋膜,而其余营养物质都集中在蛋黄。鸡蛋蛋黄中含有丰富的脂肪,包括中性脂肪、卵磷脂、胆固醇等,也含有丰富的钙、磷、铁等微量元素;同时含有丰富的蛋白质,而且是高生物价的蛋白质;而且含有丰富的维生素,其中以维生素A、维生素D、维生素B最多。蛋黄中的卵磷脂被人体消化后可以释放出胆碱,胆碱进入血液中进而合成乙酰胆碱,是神经递质的主要物质,可以避免智力衰退,增强记忆力,提高脑功能;医学转角说卵磷脂为老年性痴呆的克星;蛋黄中的卵磷脂可促进肝细胞再生,还可提高人体血浆蛋白的含量,促进机体的新陈代谢,增强免疫力。
鸡蛋蛋黄是由一类富含类胡萝卜素的物质形成的,而该类物质在蛋鸡体内是不能自己合成的,只能从饲料中得到补充,因此蛋黄的大小与鸡的饲料密切相关;另外,蛋黄的大小也受蛋黄中脂肪、微量元素、蛋白质、维生素含量影响,在蛋鸡饲养过程中,提高饲料能力水平和脂肪、微量元素、蛋白质、维生素含量有助于使蛋黄变大。

本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种增大鸡蛋蛋黄的方法,通过在蛋鸡不同的饲养期间分别在鸡的标准日粮中添加不同的原料,提高饲料中类胡萝卜素和脂肪、微量元素、蛋白质、维生素含量,有效增大鸡蛋蛋黄大小,加深鸡蛋蛋黄颜色,提高鸡蛋品质,安全无副作用。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种增大鸡蛋蛋黄的方法,从雏鸡饲养开始至产蛋结束,在不同的饲养期间分别在鸡的标准日粮中添加不同的原料,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)育雏期:在鸡的标准雏料中添加4-6%的刺槐叶粉、1-3%的螺旋藻粉、0.1-0.3%的金盏菊、2-5%的聚合草;
(2)育成期:在鸡的标准育成料中添架4-6%的刺槐叶粉、0.8-1.2%的青蒿粉、0.2-0.4%的红辣椒粉、0.8-1.0%的益母草、0.5-0.8%的向日葵油、0.6-0.8%的玉米油;
(3)产蛋期:在鸡的标准蛋鸡料中添加5-7%的刺槐叶粉、1-3%的螺旋藻粉、2-4%的艾粉、0.5-0.8%的蒜辣粉、2-4%的海带粉、2-3%的银合欢、2-3%的苜蓿草、0.8-1.2%的朝天红、0.1-0.3%的雨生红球藻、0.8-1.2%的向日葵油、0.6-0.8%的玉米油。

(2)育成期:在鸡的标准育成料中添架5%的刺槐叶粉、1.0%的青蒿粉、0.3%的红辣椒粉、1.0%的益母草、0.6%的向日葵油、0.7%的玉米油;
(3)产蛋期:在鸡的标准蛋鸡料中添加6%的刺槐叶粉、2%的螺旋藻粉、3%的艾粉、0.6%的蒜辣粉、3%的海带粉、3%的银合欢、2.5%的苜蓿草、1.0%的朝天红、0.2%的雨生红球藻、1.0%的向日葵油、0.7%的玉米油。所述的蒜辣粉由大蒜粉和辣椒粉配成的蒜辣粉,大蒜和辣椒晒干粉碎,按1:1比例混合。
Claims (2)
1.一种增大鸡蛋蛋黄的方法,其特征在于:从雏鸡饲养开始至产蛋结束,在不同的饲养期间分别在鸡的标准日粮中添加不同的原料,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)育雏期:在鸡的标准雏料中添加4-6%的刺槐叶粉、1-3%的螺旋藻粉、0.1-0.3%的金盏菊、2-5%的聚合草;
(2)育成期:在鸡的标准育成料中添架4-6%的刺槐叶粉、0.8-1.2%的青蒿粉、0.2-0.4%的红辣椒粉、0.8-1.0%的益母草、0.5-0.8%的向日葵油、0.6-0.8%的玉米油;
(3)产蛋期:在鸡的标准蛋鸡料中添加5-7%的刺槐叶粉、1-3%的螺旋藻粉、2-4%的艾粉、0.5-0.8%的蒜辣粉、2-4%的海带粉、2-3%的银合欢、2-3%的苜蓿草、0.8-1.2%的朝天红、0.1-0.3%的雨生红球藻、0.8-1.2%的向日葵油、0.6-0.8%的玉米油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增大鸡蛋蛋黄的方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述的蒜辣粉是由大蒜粉和辣椒粉配成的蒜辣粉,大蒜和辣椒晒干粉碎,按1:1比例混合。
