本发明公开了一种塑料管道连接头及其生产装置，包括内管接头、外管接头和密封圈，内管接头由注塑模具注塑在内管一端，外管接头由注塑模具注塑在外管一端，密封圈设置在内管接头和外管接头中间；生产装置包括注塑管头、支架、上油缸、上模、下模、下油缸、后油缸、后芯模和管工件定位架，上油缸连接上模，下油缸连接下模，后油缸连接后芯模，所述上模、下模、后芯模组合后形成模腔，上油缸、上模、下模、下油缸、后芯模和后油缸设置在支架上，支架前方设置管工件定位架。本发明的塑料管道接头，通过在内管和外管一端分别注塑内管接头和外管接头，在施工现场，将内管接头***外管接头，轻松实现管道的连接；塑料管道连接头的生产装置，结构简单，成本低，操作安全方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料管道技术领域，具体属于一种塑料管道连接头及其生产装置。
背景技术
目前塑料管道制造出来的管多为直管，管道两端不带连接头，在施工时现场临时制作接头，制作麻烦，效率低，安装也不方便，而且管道连接处密封性差，受冷热影响长度变化时管道的性能不能保证。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种塑料管道连接头，可以直接连接，避免在施工现场临时制作接头，效率低的问题，而且能有效保证管道受冷热影响长度变化时的密封性能，成本低。
本发明的另一目的是提供了塑料管道连接头的生产装置。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种塑料管道连接头，包括内管接头、外管接头和密封圈，所述内管接头由注塑模具注塑在内管一端，所述外管接头由注塑模具注塑在外管一端，所述密封圈设置在内管接头和外管接头中间。
所述的内管接头和外管接头由高密度聚乙烯材料注塑而成。提高防腐、耐磨、抗压、密封性能。
所述的塑料管道连接头的生产装置，包括注塑管头、支架、上油缸、上模、下模、下油缸、后油缸、后芯模和管工件定位架，所述上油缸连接上模，下油缸连接下模，后油缸连接后芯模，所述上模、下模、后芯模组合后形成模腔，所述上油缸、上模、下模、下油缸、后芯模和后油缸都设置在支架上，所述支架前方设置管工件定位架。
本发明的塑料管道连接头生产时，先启动后油缸到位，将管道工件***后芯模并固定在管工件定位架上，然后启动上、下油缸，与后芯模合模，连接注塑管头即可开始注塑成型；注塑结束后，先退出后芯模，再退上、下模，然后移去管道工件即可完成操作。
与已有技术相比，本发明的有益效果如下：
(1)本发明的塑料管道接头，通过注塑模具在内管和外管一端分别注塑内管接头和外管接头，在施工现场，将内管接头***外管接头，能轻松有效实现管道的连接，提高施工效率，而且各结构相对独立，当管道发生故障后易于修理更换，操作方便；
(2)本发明的内管接头和外管接头由高密度聚乙烯材料注塑而成，具有防腐、耐磨、抗压、密封、稳定可靠等功能；内管接头和外管接头中间设置密封圈，能有效保证管道受冷热影响长度变化时的密封性能；
(3)本发明的塑料管道连接头的生产装置，用于塑料管道连接头的生产时，效率高，结构简单，成本低，操作安全方便，在支架前方设置管工件定位架，用于注塑时固定管工件，提高装置的稳定性，提高注塑效果。

下面结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
参见附图，一种塑料管道连接头，包括内管接头1、外管接头2和密封圈3，所述内管接头1由注塑模具注塑在内管4一端，所述外管接头2由注塑模具注塑在外管5一端，所述密封圈3设置在内管接头1和外管接头2中间，所述的内管接头1和外管接头2由高密度聚乙烯材料注塑而成。所述的塑料管道连接头的生产装置，包括注塑管头6、支架7、上油缸8、上模9、下模10、下油缸11、后油缸12、后芯模13和管工件定位架14，所述上油缸8连接上模9，下油缸11连接下模10，后油缸12连接后芯模13，所述上模9、下模10、后芯模12组合后形成模腔，所述上油缸8、上模9、下模10、下油缸11、后芯模13和后油缸128都设置在支架7上，所述支架7前方设置管工件定位架14。使用生产装置生产管道连接头时，先启动后油缸12到位，将管道工件15***后芯模12并固定在管工件定位架14上，然后启动上油缸8和下油缸11，使上模9、下模10与后芯模12合模，连接注塑管头6，注塑管头6连接注塑机，即可开始注塑成型；注塑结束后，先退出后芯模12，再退上、下模，然后移去管道工件即可完成操作。本发明的塑料管道接头，通过注塑模具在内管4和外管5一端分别注塑内管接头1和外管接头2，在施工现场，将内管接头1上装入密封圈3，***外管接头2，即能轻松有效实现管道的连接，提高施工效率，各结构相对独立，当管道发生故障后易于修理更换，操作方便；内管接头1和外管接头2由高密度聚乙烯材料注塑而成，具有防腐、耐磨、抗压、密封、稳定可靠等功能；内管接头1和外管接头2中间设置密封圈，能有效保证管道受冷热影响长度变化时的密封性能；塑料管道连接头的生产装置，用于塑料管道连接头的生产时，效率高，结构简单，成本低，操作安全方便。

1.一种塑料管道连接头，其特征在于：包括内管接头、外管接头和密封圈，所述内管接头由注塑模具注塑在内管一端，所述外管接头由注塑模具注塑在外管一端，所述密封圈设置在内管接头和外管接头中间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料管道连接头，其特征在于：所述的内管接头和外管接头由高密度聚乙烯材料注塑而成。
