本发明公开了一种带肋梁楼板模板支设方法,其特征是包括A、搭设好肋梁模板支撑***,B、在肋梁梁底悬挑出肋梁主龙骨木方,并且肋梁主龙骨木方在上搭设板支撑***。步骤B中将竖向钢管和可调托撑构成的支承杆下端支承在肋梁主龙骨木方上,水平钢管通过碗式扣件横向扣接在竖向钢管上端,板龙骨木方支设在水平钢管上,板龙骨木方与水平钢管交叉布置,板龙骨木方上架设板模。本发明具有操作方便、实用性强的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带肋梁楼板模板支设方法,适用于建筑施工领域。
背景技术
传统的带肋梁楼板模板支撑方法为梁与板的支撑体系互相分开,荷载通过各自支撑体系独立传递。梁板各自搭设独立支撑体系势必会导致承重立杆高度不一致,会加大施工难度。另外,带肋梁楼板施工荷载不均匀,梁、板模板荷载差距大,支撑体系受力不均,而且可与支撑体系拉接的结构部位较少,因此带肋梁楼板模板支撑体系稳定性要求高,在施工中需加强支撑体系自身的刚度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带肋梁楼板模板支设方法,该方法在解决了承重立杆高度不一致的问题的同时还使支撑体系稳定性更好。
为此本发明提供的带肋梁楼板模板支设方法包括A、搭设好肋梁模板支撑***,B、在肋梁梁底悬挑出肋梁主龙骨木方,并且肋梁主龙骨木方在上搭设板支撑***。
本发明提供的带肋梁楼板模板支设方法解决了承重立杆高度不一致而导致的施工难度大的问题,具有操作方便、实用性强的特点,适用于肋梁高度为0.8m~1.6m的肋梁楼板模板施工,并且整个支撑体系的稳定性较高。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明提供的带肋梁楼板模板支设方法包括A、搭设好肋梁模板支撑***,B、在肋梁梁底悬挑出肋梁主龙骨木方11,肋梁次龙骨木方10支设在肋梁主龙骨木方11上,肋梁主龙骨木方11通过承重立杆12将上部荷载传递到地面后或下层楼面,并且肋梁主龙骨木方11在上搭设板支撑***,架设板支撑***时可将竖向钢管4和可调托撑8构成的支承杆下端支承在肋梁主龙骨木方11上,可调托撑8支设在肋梁梁底悬挑出的肋梁主龙骨木方11上,可调托撑8高度调节范围为800mm,水平钢管5通过碗式扣件横向扣接在竖向钢管4上端,板龙骨木方2支设在水平钢管5上,板龙骨木方2与水平钢管5交叉布置,即沿梁跨方向布置,板龙骨木方2之间间距为100~150mm,板龙骨木方2上架设板模1。在步骤B中支撑***内横向支设有多根侧向支撑钢管7,侧向支撑钢管7两端支承在肋梁模板上,最上端的侧向支撑钢管7离上部水平钢管5的距离为0.2m,两侧向支撑钢管之间间距为0.3~0.5m。在本实施例中肋梁与楼板下方竖向钢管4和可调托撑8构成的支承杆高度一致。
如图所示,在本实施例中竖向钢管4和可调托撑8将荷载传递到肋梁主龙骨木方11,肋梁主龙骨木方11依次将荷载传递给下方承重立杆12。竖向钢管4、可调托撑8、承重立杆12应在同一中心线上。承重立杆12支撑底部铺通长木方14。肋梁和楼板下方承重立杆12高度一致,承重立杆支撑13最上端一道横杆距梁底模支撑点不大于500mm,梁底支撑与楼板支撑整体构成满堂红碗扣钢管支架,横杆连续设置。
如图所示,在本实施例中肋梁次龙骨木方10沿梁跨方向布置,间距为100~150mm,垂直于次龙骨木方10方向设置主龙骨木方11,主龙骨木方11厚度比次龙骨木方10大,间距为300~500mm。肋梁主次龙骨木方10顺直且调整在同一个水平面内,以保证模板接触面平实。肋梁次龙骨木方10的接头必须搭在主龙骨木方11上,主龙骨木方11的接头处必须加支撑。在肋梁交叉部位,梁底增加一条肋梁主龙骨木方11。肋梁模板9采用对拉螺栓3连接,对拉螺栓3采用沿梁跨方向间距为300~500mm,与主龙骨木方11一致,在梁底另加一道对拉螺栓3,防止漏浆。

1.一种带肋梁楼板模板支设方法,其特征是:包括A、搭设好肋梁模板支撑***,B、在肋梁梁底悬挑出肋梁主龙骨木方(11),并且肋梁主龙骨木方(11)在上搭设板支撑***。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带肋梁楼板模板支设方法,其特征是:步骤B中将竖向钢管(4)和可调托撑(8)构成的支承杆下端支承在肋梁主龙骨木方(11)上,水平钢管(5)通过碗式扣件横向扣接在竖向钢管(4)上端,板龙骨木方(2)支设在水平钢管(5)上,板龙骨木方(2)与水平钢管(5)交叉布置,板龙骨木方(2)上架设板模(1)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带肋梁楼板模板支设方法,其特征是:步骤B中板支撑***内横向支设有多根侧向支撑钢管(7),侧向支撑钢管(7)两端支承在肋梁模板上,最上端的侧向支撑钢管(7)离上部水平钢管(5)的距离为0.2m,两侧向支撑钢管之间间距为0.3~0.5m。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的带肋梁楼板模板支设方法,其特征是:肋梁与楼板下方竖向钢管(4)和可调托撑(8)构成的支承杆高度一致。
