Abstract

本发明公开了三色共挤塑料型材的生产方法,包括以下步骤:1)选取PVC基料和两种不同ASA胶粒;2)将PVC基料和两种不同ASA胶粒分别加入主挤出机和两个辅挤出机挤出;3)由主、辅挤出机挤出的原料经共挤模具实现三色共挤成型;其中:所述共挤模具由前、中、后三个挤出块组成,其中第一、第三挤出块设有储液槽,第二挤出块设有液流型腔。本发明三色共挤塑料型材的生产方法可以保证共挤层挤压时各部位所受压力均匀,共挤层厚度均匀;所生产出的彩色塑料型材平直度好,色泽饱满,颜色多样化,抗紫外线,抗老化等,具有美化环境和环保的效果。

三色共挤塑料型材的生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于塑料加工领域,涉及共挤成型方法,特别涉及一种三色共挤塑料型材的生产方法。
背景技术
塑料门窗具有耐腐蚀、寿命长、密封性好、保温性能优异等优点,目前已经获得广泛的运用。然而传统的塑料型材颜色整体颜色单一,不能满足市场需求,为次,技术人员采用喷涂,覆膜技术在塑料表层涂覆带颜色的涂层,这虽然丰富了产品颜色,但也存在涂层与集体结合不够牢固,在外力及环境的作用下容易剥落的缺点。
由此,彩色塑料型材共挤技术应运而生,通过共挤复合所得型材与基体结合可靠,克服了涂层在外力及环境的作用下容易剥落的缺点,已经获得了较为广泛的运用。但是,共挤复合技术还不太成熟,在实际生产当中易出现型材共挤层厚度不均、型材变形,色泽暗淡,共挤层表面出现刮痕、摩擦痕、气泡、麻点,抗老化等缺陷,这种现象对于三色共济现有尤为突出。
有鉴于此,有必要对开发一种三色共济成型技术,以克服现有技术所存在的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种三色共挤塑料型材的生产方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
三色共挤塑料型材的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、选取PVC基料和两种不同ASA胶粒;
2)、将PVC基料和两种不同ASA胶粒分别加入主挤出机和两个辅挤出机挤出;
3)、由主、辅挤出机挤出的原料经共挤模具实现三色共挤成型;
其中:所述共挤模具由前、中、后三个挤出块组成,其中第一、第三挤出块设有储液槽,第二挤出块设有液流型腔。
作为本发明三色共挤塑料型材的生产方法的优选,
步骤1)所选PVC基料按质量计由以下组分组成:PVC树脂:265±3份;氯化聚乙烯:26.5±2;TiO2:15±0.5份;CaCO3:25±0.5份;稳定剂:13±0.5份;ACR改性剂:7.0±0.3份;TCC:79.5±0.2份;颜料:1.6±0.2份。
作为本发明三色共挤塑料型材的生产方法的优选,
步骤2)将PVC基料加入主挤出机后挤出工艺为:机筒加热一、二区温度为165~200℃,三、四区温度为150~185℃,机头温度为190~210℃,机筒螺杆转速控制为38~55r/min。
作为本发明三色共挤塑料型材的生产方法的优选,
步骤2)两种不同ASA胶粒分别加入两个辅挤出机后,辅副挤出机挤出工艺为:机筒加热一区温度为180~210℃,机筒加热二区温度为175~202℃,机筒加热三区温度为175~190℃,机筒螺杆转速为40~45r/min。
作为本发明三色共挤塑料型材的生产方法的优选,
步骤3)经共挤模具三色共挤成型时挤压速度为2.1~2.4m/min。
作为本发明三色共挤塑料型材的生产方法的优选,
还包括真空定型和冷却定型步骤,步骤3)三色共挤所得型材在牵引机的作用下以2.15~2.5m/min的速度首先进入真空度为0.2~0.3MPa的真空定型模真空定型,然后进入水温为14~25℃的水冷箱冷却定型。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明三色共挤塑料型材的生产方法所用模具由前、中、后三个挤出块组成,该挤压模具内部设有凹凸槽,可以保证共挤层挤压时各部位所受压力均匀,共挤层厚度均匀;本发明进一步优化了原料成分及后处理工艺,所生产出的彩色塑料型材平直度好,色泽饱满,颜色多样化,抗紫外线,抗老化等,具有美化环境和环保的效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述。
图1为本发明胶条挤出装置结构示意图,其中14为电机,7为加料桶,8为机筒加热一区,9为机筒加热二区,10为机筒加热三区,11为机头加热一区,12为机头加热二区,13为共挤模具。
图2-4为本发明模具结构示意图,本发明的模具由第一模具块,第二模具块和第三模具块组成,使用时将三个模具块顺次装配即可;图中1为模具本体,2为型腔,3为彩色料储存腔,4为彩色料流道,5为彩色料入口,6为彩色料挤出槽。
实施例1:
本实施例三色共挤塑料型材的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、选取PVC基料和两种不同ASA胶粒;
2)、将PVC基料和两种不同ASA胶粒分别加入主挤出机和两个辅挤出机挤出;
3)、由主、辅挤出机挤出的原料经共挤模具实现三色共挤成型;
其中:所述共挤模具由前、中、后三个挤出块组成,其中第一、第三挤出块设有储液槽,第二挤出块设有液流型腔。
本实施例中,主机挤出的PVC基材进入第一模具块的型腔2,依次经过第二模具块和第三模具块后离开模具;由辅挤机挤出的彩色料经过彩色料入口5进入共挤模具,然后进入彩色料储液槽3,接着由彩色料流道4(液流型腔)进入第三模具块储液槽,然后进入第三模具的色料挤出槽6,最终由彩色料挤出槽6进入型腔2并与型腔2中的PVC基材共挤复合。
本实施例中:
步骤1)所选PVC基料按质量计由以下组分组成:PVC树脂:265±3份;氯化聚乙烯:26.5±2;TiO2:15±0.5份;CaCO3:25±0.5;稳定剂:13±0.5;ACR改性剂:7.0±0.3;TCC:79.5±0.2;颜料:1.6±0.2;
步骤2)将PVC基料加入主挤出机后挤出工艺为:机筒加热一、二区温度为165~200℃,三、四区温度为150~185℃,机头温度为190~210℃,机筒螺杆转速控制为38~55r/min;
步骤2)两种不同ASA胶粒分别加入两个辅挤出机后,辅副挤出机挤出工艺为:机筒加热一区温度为180~210℃,机筒加热二区温度为175~202℃,机筒加热三区温度为175~190℃,机筒螺杆转速为40~45r/min;
步骤3)经共挤模具三色共挤成型时挤压速度为2.1~2.4m/min。
作为本实施例的优选,还包括真空定型和冷却定型步骤,步骤3)三色共挤所得型材在牵引机的作用下以2.15~2.5m/min的速度首先进入真空度为0.2~0.3MPa的真空定型模真空定型,然后进入水温为14~25℃的水冷箱冷却定型。

1.三色共挤塑料型材的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)、选取PVC基料和两种不同ASA胶粒;
2)、将PVC基料和两种不同ASA胶粒分别加入主挤出机和两个辅挤出机挤出;
3)、由主、辅挤出机挤出的原料经共挤模具实现三色共挤成型;
其中:所述共挤模具由前、中、后三个挤出块组成,其中第一、第三挤出块设有储液槽,第二挤出块设有液流型腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述三色共挤塑料型材的生产方法,其特征在于:
步骤1)所选PVC基料按质量计由以下组分组成:PVC树脂:265±3份;氯化聚乙烯:26.5±2;TiO2:15±0.5份;CaCO3:25±0.5;稳定剂:13±0.5;ACR改性剂:7.0±0.3;TCC:79.5±0.2;颜料:1.6±0.2。
3.根据权利要求1所述三色共挤塑料型材的生产方法,其特征在于:
步骤2)将PVC基料加入主挤出机后挤出工艺为:机筒加热一、二区温度为165~200℃,三、四区温度为150~185℃,机头温度为190~210℃,机筒螺杆转速控制为38~55r/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述三色共挤塑料型材的生产方法,其特征在于:
步骤2)两种不同ASA胶粒分别加入两个辅挤出机后,辅副挤出机挤出工艺为:机筒加热一区温度为180~210℃,机筒加热二区温度为175~202℃,机筒加热三区温度为175~190℃,机筒螺杆转速为40~45r/min。
5.根据权利要求1所述三色共挤塑料型材的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤3)经共挤模具三色共挤成型时挤压速度为2.1~2.4m/min。
6.根据权利要求1所述三色共挤塑料型材的生产方法,其特征在于:还包括真空定型和冷却定型步骤,步骤3)三色共挤所得型材在牵引机的作用下以2.15~2.5m/min的速度首先进入真空度为0.2~0.3MPa的真空定型模真空定型,然后进入水温为14~25℃的水冷箱冷却定型。
