Abstract
本发明公开了一种羽绒服防钻绒无纺布及工艺,包括刺无纺布、PE膜,所述PE膜两侧分别粘贴有水刺无纺布,原料重量配比为:涤纶30-40份、粘胶5-10份、聚酰胺10-20份、碳酸钙2-3份;搅拌混合均匀并开松除杂;机械杂乱梳理成网;纤网预湿;水针交缠;表面处理然;烘干,通过烘干设备将水刺无纺布烘干。本发明能够很好的解决羽绒钻出布料现象的发生,同时手感好,视觉效果好,具有一定的档次品质,同时制造工艺简单,成本较低。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及无纺布的技术领域,特别是一种羽绒服防钻绒无纺布及工艺的技术领域。
【背景技术】
随着社会生活品质的不断提高,人们对羽绒服的要求己经不仅仅停留在保暖性能上,而是对羽绒服的品质有相当高的诉求,其中主要表现在对羽绒服防钻绒性能的要求,目前羽绒服装防钻绒性能已被列入羽绒服装国家标准,现有的羽绒服有部分也具有防钻绒的功能,但是价格低的布料手感,手感好的布料价格又比较高,所以还不能满足普通消费群体对防钻绒羽绒服的需求,市场需要一种既能够防钻绒,同时具有较高的手感的羽绒服布料。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种羽绒服防钻绒无纺布及工艺,能够很好的解决羽绒钻出布料现象的发生,同时手感好,视觉效果好,具有一定的档次品质,同时制造工艺简单,成本较低。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种羽绒服防钻绒无纺布,包括刺无纺布、PE膜,所述PE膜两侧分别粘贴有水刺无纺布。
作为优选,所述PE膜一侧或两侧的水刺无纺布上涂有聚氨酯涂层。
作为优选,所述PE膜的厚度为0.01~0.03mm。
一种羽绒服防钻绒无纺布工艺,其特征在于:通过以下步骤实现:
a)原料重量配比为:涤纶30-40份、粘胶5-10份、聚酰胺10-20份、碳酸钙2-3份;
b搅拌混合均匀并开松除杂;
c机械杂乱梳理成网;
d纤网预湿;
e水针交缠;
f表面处理然;
g烘干,通过烘干设备将水刺无纺布烘干;
h将PE膜两侧涂上丙烯酸乳液,将水刺无纺无纺布粘贴在PE膜的两侧;
i通过热轧机对布料进行加工,最终通过卷取和检验后包装入库。
作为优选,所述原料重量配比为:涤纶33份、粘胶7份、聚丙烯腈27份、聚酰胺16份、碳酸钙2份。
作为优选,所述原料重量配比为:涤纶33份、粘胶7份、聚酯16份、聚乙烯醇12份、聚乙烯29份、聚酰胺15份、碳酸钙1.6份。
作为优选,所述PE膜与水刺无纺布热轧温度为45℃~85℃。
作为优选,将PE膜两侧涂上丙烯酸乳液,将水刺无纺粘贴在PE膜的两侧,然后在PE膜一侧或两侧的水刺无纺上涂上聚氨酯。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将水刺无纺布和超薄PE膜在丙烯酸乳液均匀涂抹后高温粘合,使无纺布和PE膜紧密粘合,能够很好的解决羽绒钻出布料现象的发生,同时手感好,视觉效果好,具有一定的档次品质,同时制造工艺简单,成本较低。

【具体实施方式】
参阅图1,本发明一种羽绒服防钻绒无纺布,包括水刺无纺布1、PE膜2,所述PE膜2两侧分别粘贴有水刺无纺布1。所述PE膜2一侧或两侧的水刺无纺布1上涂有聚氨酯涂层。所述PE膜2的厚度为0.01~0.03mm。
一种羽绒服防钻绒无纺布工艺,其特征在于:通过以下步骤实现:
a)原料重量配比为:涤纶30-40份、粘胶5-10份、聚酰胺10-20份、碳酸钙2-3份;
b搅拌混合均匀并开松除杂;

本发明一种羽绒服防钻绒无纺布及工艺,通过将水刺无纺布和超薄PE膜在聚氨酯溶液均匀涂抹后高温粘合,使无纺布和PE膜紧密粘合,能够很好的解决羽绒钻出布料现象的发生,同时手感好,视觉效果好,具有一定的档次品质,同时制造工艺简单,成本较低。

Claims (8)
1.一种羽绒服防钻绒无纺布,其特征在于:包括水刺无纺布(1)、PE膜(2),所述PE膜(2)两侧分别粘贴有水刺无纺布(1)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种羽绒服防钻绒无纺布,其特征在于:所述PE膜(2)一侧或两侧的水刺无纺布(1)上涂有聚氨酯涂层。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种羽绒服防钻绒无纺布,其特征在于:所述PE膜(2)的厚度为0.01~0.03mm。
4.一种羽绒服防钻绒无纺布工艺,其特征在于:通过以下步骤实现:
a)原料重量配比为:涤纶30-40份、粘胶5-10份、聚酰胺10-20份、碳酸钙2-3份;
b)搅拌混合均匀并开松除杂;
c)机械杂乱梳理成网;
d)纤网预湿;
e)水针交缠;
f)表面处理然;

5.如权利要求4所述的一种羽绒服防钻绒无纺布工艺,其特征在于:所述原料重量配比为:涤纶33份、粘胶7份、聚丙烯腈27份、聚酰胺16份、碳酸钙2份。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种羽绒服防钻绒无纺布工艺,其特征在于:所述原料重量配比为:涤纶33份、粘胶7份、聚酯16份、聚乙烯醇12份、聚乙烯29份、聚酰胺15份、碳酸钙1.6份。
7.如权利要求4所述的一种羽绒服防钻绒无纺布工艺,其特征在于:所述PE膜与水刺无纺布热轧温度为45℃~85℃。
8.如权利要求4所述的一种羽绒服防钻绒无纺布工艺,其特征在于:将PE膜两侧涂上丙烯酸乳液,将水刺无纺粘贴在PE膜的两侧,然后在PE膜一侧或两侧的水刺无纺上涂上聚氨酯。
